À propos de cet hébergement

Property is a one bedroom apartment on the lower level of owner occupied home with private access, contactless entry, and free covered parking. The large bedroom has a queen bed and an attached full bath with stand up shower and can be closed off from the living space. There is a wet bar with a mini frig and keurig. (I provide a few pods but you may want to pack your favorites). The living room has a dining table for 6, a big screen tv, recliner, small sofa that makes into a queen bed, full size washer and dryer, and a PING PONG table! There is a queen air mattress, hair dryer, iron/board, small ice chest, some toys for toddlers, a usb charger, plus a portable fan and space heater available for your use. Towels and mini shampoo/conditioner/body wash are also provided.

Best bathroom in Waco

This is a great little spot But , what’s worth noting is the bathroom!!! Will stay here again for that reason alone!

Great base for exploring Waco

This was a great place to stay and very convenient to everything we wanted to do in the Waco area, including visiting friends at Baylor, the Silos, and the mammoth national monument. Andrea was super responsive and we had zero problems. The ping pong table was a nice bonus that our kids enjoyed!

Perfect for those not needing a kitchen!

Very nice property. Would have preferred a queen or king bed. Otherwise, It had everything I needed. Quiet and spacious.

Nice place but not as advertised

We used this as a little staycation for my son’s 18th bday. From the pictures it looked like a fun place to hangout and play. We did not know it was connected to rest of the house, and that they would be living right above us. We heard them walking above us at night. We had more than one car and did not know we were not supposed to park in the front and were charged an extra 50, just know what you are getting before you rent.

Great place to stay

We rented this home for a weekend trip to Waco. The owner was very responsive and put a lot of thought into making the home welcoming. As an example, there were waters in the fridge and snacks in a basket on the table. My two elementary aged sons loved the ping pong table, which was an added bonus. We would certainly stay here again.

Great little place, SO comfy

Had a fantastic time here. Spent most of the day around Waco—great proximity to restaurants, mall, Silos, Magnolia Table. Loved it all. Only thing we’d have liked to have added would have been a microwave as we brought back leftovers, but we couldn’t have been happier in this beautiful home! We even played ping pong! Would do it again❤️.

Great place in a great neighborhood

We stayed here for a week with a family of four while working remote during the workweek and everything was fine! The kids slept in the living room on air mattresses and the sleeper sofa, there's enough room to leave the air mattress inflated. There isn't a full kitchen but with a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker you can make it work. The host was responsive and great to work with as well!

First off parking was very minimal If you have larger vehicles no room for 2 The unit is very old….even smells “old”. Had to message the host to adjust air. Got very hot during the night messaged multiple times early morning hours with a response several hours later Just not a good stay!

Perfect Place for a Baylor Weekend

We enjoyed our stay!! While we were here we went to a Men’s basketball game and the football game. We were 5-15 minutes from everything we needed! It was the perfect place for our family of 5. Two kids slept on the couch bed and one on the queen air mattress. My big boys loved the ping pong table and my daughter loved all the toys. Item was so nice that there was a mini fridge and Keurig for the mornings. I also loved that there was a full washer and dryer so I could go home with a suitcase full of clean clothes. We would definitley stay here again next time we come to town for Baylor events!

Andrea made the process of booking, arrival check in, and departure easy! The home was clean and had everything needed. Andrea gave us great recommendations for food and site seeing. The area the home was located in felt very safe and secure! We had a wonderful time!

Great place to stay!

Less than 15 minutes from the Baylor Campus. Nice neighborhood, clean house. Perfect for weekend visits to Baylor and to sight see and shop Waco! Andrea is super sweet and helpful! This us the 2nd time we have stayed here and plan on coming back!

We came in for Baylors Parents Weekend. This was place was spacious, clean and inky 15 minutes from campus! Andrea was very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
