Nice clean and comfortable place!!

We needed an overnight stay on our way to our vacation destination and this was the perfect place. It fit my family of 5 perfectly. It was clean and the location was great! The beds were very comfortable! We would recommend it to anyone!

Great Location

Gated property offered security. Property close to Waco attractions, shopping, dining and entertainment. Close proximity to airport a plus. Check in was a breeze. Host quick to reply and easy to communicate with.

Enjoyable retreat!

My wife and I were in town for Baylor Homecoming, and this condo was a nice, relaxing stay, a bit removed from the hubbub of campus. Be sure to look closely at the artwork in the living area!

Waco Girls Trip

We took my mom to Waco for her birthday! The location was great, just a short drive to Magnolia and downtown. Very clean and had all amenities! Great stay!

Nice spot near Cameron Park

Great little spot far enough away from Waco downtown but also close enough. Close to Cameron Park for mountain bikes, hiking, disc golf. Close to main road but road noise virtually zero inside the unit.

There to watch daughter play softball

Location was very good and convenient to ball field. Place could have used a little TLC. But I would recommend this place and we will stay there again

The apartment was very clean and neat! Michael did a great job communicating, and has extra touches of hospitality like bags of extra toiletries in the bathroom, in case you forgot something. I would stay here again if I visit Waco I’m the future.

Enjoyable Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy, no hassle. Communication from Michael was clear and friendly. Our stay was peaceful, we enjoyed the pool, and the place is beautiful. It was so nice to have a toddler bed, kitchen booster seat, and pack-n-play already there for our toddler! Our preschooler enjoyed the games and big firetruck puzzle. Thank you so much for a happy family weekend!

Waco convenience

Had a bit of a snafu getting checked in but Michael was a great host and immediately took care of a minor issue. The location was great and very convenient to the event we were in town for at Cameron Park. Close to everything and the place had everything we needed while we were there.

Excellent location

The property is conveniently located near downtown and the Silos. Michael was a great host. He answered questions within minutes. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. No noise from neighbors. Would definitely stay here again.

Sister get together

This was perfect for 3 sisters got a few days together. We all had our own bed. The pull out bed was comfortable. The coffee options were nice with kerig and drip machine. Great time. You might appreciate a sleep sound machine to block out traffic sounds.

Comfortable stay

We had a great experience at this condo. It was in a great location near brazos park where we came to spectate a profession disc golf tournament. Michael was very responsive and friendly. We accidentally locked ourselves out and Michael came out promptly to help us back in. Very kind and helpful.

One of the best VRBO experiences we have had. Exactly as advertised and best set up we have seen for our preschooler (actually had plates and utensils you could trust her with and toys/games that were flexible for all ages). Beds were comfortable. There is some road noise but it wasn’t enough to keep any of us from sleeping well. The artwork was bonus entertainment!

Condominium at Waco, TX

The condominium was extremely clean, quite, comfortable, well organized, and well kept. I will return to this place in the future to lease it, since the hotels around WACO are horrible and the price is comparable. I highly recommend leasing this condominium to anyone on their next visit WACO, TX. The communication with the property manager was prompt. Thank you for your services.

Great place! Affordable, clean, and close to everything.

We had a wonderful stay! We had a few bumps when we first got there. The code didn’t work to get in. The owner immediately text and then called. The code had glitched and put a different code in. He fixed it immediately. Walking in the kids were excited to stay at the apartment. It smelled nice and was so clean we could walk around without our feet getting dirty. It was so great using the washer and dryer because the weather turned off cold and we had to wear the same warm clothes a few times. There were plenty of beds and TVs in the bedrooms too. I can’t say enough about this unit. The affordability and location was what attracted us to it but we were pleasantly surprised with all the other little things (board games, laundry detergent, extra toiletries etc..) Would highly recommend!
