Inside, this joyful home boasts a bright open floorplan combining the kitchen, living room, and dining room into one living space with vaulted ceilings and turquoise accents here and there. Comfortable sofas surround a cable TV, offering an incredibly comfortable entertainment space. Let your loved ones unwind and chat while you treat them to a delicious meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Boasting incredible appliances (French-door fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and two coffee makers) and all the pots and utensils to whip up everything that comes to mind, cooking will be a breeze. Enjoy meals a the breakfast bar, a great addition to the dining table.

This home has four bedrooms (two of them are located on one side of the home and the other two on the opposite side), two full baths, and a convenient laundry nook with a washer/dryer combo. The main bedroom has a TV and an en-suite full bath with a walk-in shower. There is a bunk bed that is just perfect for kids. The other two bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The pet owner is responsible for the dog's behavior and waste while vacationing on the property.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
