Hello Paul, While we appreciate you sharing your feedback, we would like to add a few pieces of information that seem to have been omitted. The garage door was not functioning and we had a technician there upon your arrival at 4 pm. It was the choice of your party to not enter until later, as we were advised multple times that since we could not offer a remote-operated garage, you would not stay at the unit and would dispute all charges. We also offered to have the technician continue working on the garage; however, this option was vehemently declined. After speaking with our team and the homeowner, we did offer a full refund for cancellation and allowing you to book elsewhere, which was shared with your party within 2-hours of check in. However, once provided with this option, which was requested, you chose to decline the offer and stay in the property. Nothing further regarding the issues mentioned in your review were shared with our team during your stay. While we appreciate your perspective, we do not feel it adequately describes the entire experience. Thank you again! Cheers, The Nomadness Team

Hello Tiffany, We appreciate the time you took into providing this feedback, as well as our interactions during your stay. We require all our homeowners to provide portable space heaters for guest use, as comfort levels are individualized between guests. During your stay, once notified, we immediately sent our team out, adjusted the windows, inspect the HVAC unit, and send out a specialist for further investigation. Unfortunately, the central air could not be repaired prior to your departure but once we secured the master bedroom windows without a draft, the temperatures should have reached a comfortable level. In addition to email, we have a 24/7 phone line available for any emergencies, that could have been called any time during your visit. Due to your situation, we did reach out to the homeowner and explained your experience, and compensation was refunded to you for these issues.
