Ce charmant, grand, 2 chambres + loft, 2 salles de bains, condo à 3 niveaux, est le refuge de montagne idéal. Jusqu'à 8 personnes, profitez du snowcreek # 97 en famille ou entre amis. Entrez dans l'unité au premier étage où se trouvent les chambres et les salles de bains. La chambre principale a un lit King, une télévision à écran plat, un patio extérieur privé avec une vue imprenable et une salle de bain principale attenante privée. La deuxième chambre est meublée de deux lits jumeaux. La deuxième salle de bain partagée complète est également située au niveau d'entrée avec la salle de bain privée, dans l'unité, laveuse et sécheuse.

Le salon est situé au deuxième étage et s'ouvre sur un balcon extérieur avec une vue imprenable et un barbecue à gaz privé. Le salon a des plafonds voûtés, une cheminée à bois, un grand canapé sectionnel et une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD Blu-Ray. La cuisine entièrement équipée est également située au deuxième étage et est équipée d'un lave-vaisselle, four, cuisinière, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetière, vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine et ustensiles pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Profitez des repas à la maison avec la famille et les amis autour de la table à manger pleine taille, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6, et des sièges supplémentaires pour 2 au bar de la cuisine. Le loft à l'étage sert de troisième chambre et dispose de 4 lits jumeaux, 3 lits jumeaux standard et 1 lit gigogne jumeau gigogne, parfait pour les enfants.

Situé dans la phase I de Snowcreek et à quelques pas du terrain de golf. ce condo peut accueillir un maximum de 8 personnes et est livré avec 2 places de parking extérieures. Il y a 4 escaliers menant à l'unité, 3 niveaux à l'intérieur, et il est interdit de fumer ou d'animaux de compagnie.

Perfect location

Location is perfect, close to town, yet the creek in the backyard makes it feel like you’re away from everything! Back deck was perfect to drink my coffee every morning. Just wish upstairs balcony was a bit larger. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has most everything you need. Bring coffee(not kcups) for the coffee drinkers! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great Place, Amazing View!

The unit is very spacious, it fit our group of 6 with no problems. The views from the master bedroom and balcony are AMAZING! Will definitely consider staying there again.

We had a great ski trip. The place was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. Just a short walk to the Red Line shuttle stop. I will keep this location saved for future trips.

Great Location

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy. Great location and only minutes away by car to the village and grocery stores. My only concern with having a one year old were the stairs in the living room that led to the entrance which is located downstairs. Also, the master bed was the hardest bed I've ever slept on which made the sleep uncomfortable. Overall enjoyed the stay with my family.

Stunning and warming

Absolutely wonderful! Great location! Everything is walking distance and also drivable. They unit was fully furnished and very clean. Me and my family loved it and will definitely stay there again.

After Xmas Getaway

The property was as advertised. It was warm and inviting. The condo was clean and ready to live in when we arrived. The unit is close to Vons and other shops. The grounds crew cleared the walk and drive way daily (fresh snow).

A Family Favorite

We just got back from the most epic Mammoth trip we've ever been on. it was two families, my brothers, his wife and kids, myself, my hubby and two kids. We stayed at this location and couldn't have been happier. The condo was cozy, clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you could need away from home. For our family of 8, it never felt crowded or loud. Each kid and couple had their own bed. The unit was situated on the lower level with a beautiful creek/Mountain View right near the town walking path perfect for the dog. The primary bedroom had access to a nice open area along the creek where the kids had an epic snowball fight after the storm passed. We hope to stay here again! The only advice would be to bring your own condiments if you plan to cook at home which we love to do. They only had salt and pepper but otherwise 10/10 place!

Good location

Overall nice place for a good price, very clean, kitchen had lots of tools for preparing meals. Lots of clear instructions for check out. Beds were comfortable and heating was good to make the whole house warm. Communication with the company was easy. Location was great and easy to get to the ski resort using the shuttle or driving.Some things we didnt love. Although the listing says it is pet friendly, its more like pets are alloaed but not necesareily pet friendly as there are several warnings about fees for excessive pet fur and pets not allowed on furniture. You only get 1 towel per person for the entire stay and will be charged a fee for requesting extra. The bathrooms are all located on the first floor with 1 being in the master so if youre really housing 8 people, its a little more work to share the 2 bathrooms

Beautiful Fall Vacation

My daughter and I came to Mammoth to do some hiking and enjoy the Fall weather. Right behind the condo is a lovely meadow with a walking path and a clear sparkling stream. In the evening it got chilly so we made a fire in the wood burning fireplace. We had everything we needed for cooking and we slept very well in the comfortable bedrooms. We hiked Convict Lake, the June Lake area and visited Bodie- the gold mining ghost town. The weather was beautiful and mid to high 60's during the day. It was a thoroughly relaxing vacation.

Lesson learned: Get trip insurance

After booking the property, a blizzard warning was issued, impacting travel, canceling my event and closing the mountain. Rather than providing any considerations to reschedule or cancel the booking, the management company offered zero support. It’s a good thing we drive a 4WD SUV and carry shovels because we had to shovel our way out of the property to finally return home.

70’s Look

House needs updating. Kitchen needs new pots and pans & lighting upgrade. Screen doors were both in need of major repair as they would not open. Maintenance did come by make them function. Bathrooms need updating and laminate flooring was dirty. Needs new dining table and chairs very unstable. Great views!

over all view having never stayed there before.

I was suprised at the "No check-in" office. It was all done on a electronic pad when you get inside. You are given a lockbox code to get inside first and 'check-in'. It was rather convienient and easy after doing it, but I was not used to it. Not a negative, just different for me. Everything was clean, with available utensils, pans, silverware, plates, etc. only noticed no cheese slicer, but seemed to have everything else. Yes, it was a bit dim inside I think because of the low wat bulbs, but you get used to it. I loved the silence of the place. You only hear cars go by once in a while if you open the living room sliding door, but you can sit in a folding chair out the front and have almost complete silence. A big plus in my book.

We had a great trip. This condo was in a great location close to the lakes. It was clean and accommodating. I would change a few things in the condo however.
