Charmant appartement meublé avec tout le confort moderne, au coeur de l'ancien “rione Monti”, l 'un des quartiers historiques appréciés des Romains comme des touristes. L'appartement est au premier etage d'un immeuble ancien avec ascenceur. Il est composé de 2 chambres doubles avec la possibilité d'ajouter un lit simple supplémentaire, une cuisine bien équipée(four, rérigérateur, microonde, lave-vaisselle), un salon avec table, chaises et canapé (possibilité d'ajouter un lit simple supplémentaire), TV, salle de bain avec douche, terrace, WiFi, air conditionné, et une magnifique vue sur la place de San Martino ai Monti. Des fenêtres on peut voir les 2 tours médievales du parc: la tour Capocci et la tour Graziani, l'apside de l'église des Saints Silvestre et Martin ai Monti. On voit également au loin les chevaux au sommet de l'autel de la Patrie.

Quick stay in Rome

Stayed here for 2 nights with 3 adults and 1 teenager. The apartment had plenty of room for all of us with a nice outdoor, covered seating area. Easy location to access attractions in the city from. Host that checked us in was friendly and helpful in answering questions during the stay.

Martina’s apartment was excellent. Location is within a great neighborhood away from the touristy areas. Quiet at night and safe. The inside was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4 (kids are 18 & 22). We didn’t spend a lot of time there as we were taking in what Rome had to offer. We had a lot of good food from the suggested places. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Glad we had air conditioning too since it was 88F/31C during our stay. If you are looking for a comfy place to call home while in Rome that is outside the crowded areas, yet close enough to lively attractions and places, this is a good choice.

Wish we had booked two nights

We have been to Rome a few times before and opted for a shorter stay this time on our way to Amalfi Coast. But I wish we had stayed one more night. The beds were comfy and there is a washing machine which was handy being halfway through our holiday.The location is great for a walking tour of the sights. We found an overnight parking garage just a block away which was super handy. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Apartment

My family and I booked this apartment to stay in for our flight out of Rome the next day. Apartment was in a residential neighborhood with a nice bakery, gelato place and restaurants nearby. It seemed like a neighborhood out of the main touristy areas and there were lots of locals around. The hosts were very attentive and there was a lot of resources for us to enjoy our stay. Would recommend!

The property was as advertised and the pictures were very accurate. It was a great place for the few days we were in Rome. The only issue we had was with the street noise at 2am. From the night club around the corner

Adorable apartment with great location!

We enjoyed our stay here. Martina was a GREAT host! She allowed us to check in early and was very accommodating. The apartment was very roomy and spotlessly clean. It was also centrally located to many places of interest. Our only disappointment was that we had to leave early to get back home due to a hurricane coming to our home town in Florida.

One Night Stay

We just needed a place to stay for one night prior to flying out of Rome. The location is a 10 minute walk from the train station and surrounded by lots of eateries. The host is very responsive to text messages. I would definitely on with this host again.

Very close to Colosseum and train station. Space was well laid out. Room big enough for family of 4. Washing machine was a bonus. Great food and drinks right outside of accommodations. Only negative was the restaurant/disco adjacent to accommodations. Can get a bit loud - hard to sleep but ear plugs would work.

Great location!

Fantastic location

We had a wonderful stay! Apartment was very clean with all main amenities including a washing machine. The outside sitting area was very enjoyable and the location with proximity fo Termini station is ideal for traveling around Rome. Highly recommend. Also, a great location for children. There was a variety of toys and games to keep them busy.

One night in Rome

We stayed here for our last night in Rome before flying home. It was centrally located for sightseeing and restaurants. The accommodation was comfortable but tight for 5 adults, although fine for us staying only one night. During our trip, it was difficult for us to communicate with our host because of our spotty data and Wi-Fi service. This also caused difficulty with check-in due to the City Tax and passport photo requirements. The host allowed us to check in at the site by using VRBO chat for passport photos and paying with cash. The host made many efforts to reach us and allowed us to enter before the official check-in time, which was greatly appreciated!

On the Monti

Spacious apartment on the Monti. Close to great restaurants and historical sights. Loved that the metro was a few minutes away which will take you easily to the Vatican, Spanish steps and other areas of Rome. Martina was gracious and corresponded quickly to our needs. Her notebooks about the apartment and Rome were very helpful Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this accommodation.

Great stay in Rome

The apartment was just as described in the listings. Martina was fantastic and met us at the apartment to get us all checked in. The apartment is modern and super clean. The location was great and not too far from major attractions within the city. The apartment building has an elevator and the apartment we stayed in was on the 2nd floor. Pay as you go parking is available on the side of the building and down the street. The apartment is well furnished, A/C and very comfortable. Great stay!

We had a FANTASTIC stay at Martina's apartment. Communication was phenomenal, the place was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable and location was close to several good restaurants, a small bar and metro stations. AC was excellent as well. 15 minute walk to Rome Termini. The little patio is also a cute addition. Washing machine and drying rack came in handy after my previous week in Greece. I would highly recommend Martina's apartment in Rome! Grazie!

Lovely place to stay in Monti

This beautiful two bedroom apartment in the heart of Monti was very clean and Martina supplied all the amenities like shampoo, laundry soap and dish washer soap. There are lots of little restaurants very close by and a market literally across the door for anything you may need to pick up in a day. They even have fresh fruit every morning. The check in process was also very easy and Martina is extremely responsive. The apartment is walking distance to the train and metro stations, as well as major attractions like the Coliseum. The only small negative is that it's right above a disco and there are a few bars on the street, and it can get quite loud when the bars let out, and you can hear the base from the disco when the music gets going around 10:00 PM. Ear plugs helped, but if you are a light sleeper, it might not be the best for you. Otherwise, I would highly recommend.

Perfect Spot!

We stayed in Martina’s apartment in Monti for 5 days following our cruise. We visited Rome 2 yrs ago and wanted to return to spend more time, so we knew the exact area where we wanted as a home base. This apartment was perfect as we did most of our touring on foot, & it’s close to most major sites. It’s also a short walk to the Roma Termini station which was terrific as we did a day trip to Pompei & being near to the train station was ideal. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in photos, perhaps even better. It is very well laid out & spacious for our family with two young adult boys. My oldest loved sitting in the outdoor area each night to relax after our return from long days of touring. The apartment is very clean, well stocked, air conditioned and we found the beds very comfortable too. Communication with Martina was excellent from the moment of booking and through our stay. She even messaged us after our arrival to ensure everything was good. She has very detailed binders outlining anything/everything you might need to know during your stay, even restaurant recommendations. We were thrilled to have an fabulous restaurant just a few doors down where we ate a few times and a sandwich/pastry/pizza shop on the street too. Literally outside the door is a mini market that has fresh fruits/vegetables daily plus other little things you might need. We did do groceries upon arrival at a larger grocery store nearby. This is a perfect apartment for your stay in Rome.
