Au cœur de la Rome antique, à deux pas du Colisée, à proximité des Fori Imperiali et du métro "Cavour", dans le quartier historique de Monti. 2 chambres, salle de bain avec douche, cuisine, salon et salle à manger. WI-FI, AC, VENTILATEURS, MICROW, LAVE-VAISSELLE, LAVE-LINGE. Idéal pour se détendre après une journée d'explorations vivifiantes dans le monde de l'art de cette ville mystérieuse et fascinante.

Cette charmante maison est située au troisième étage (sans ascenseur) d'un immeuble du début des années 1900, à seulement 5 minutes du Colisée, également connu sous le nom d'amphithéâtre Flavien et derrière les Forums impériaux, au cœur de la Rome antique. L'appartement est de 70 mètres carrés, vient d'être rénové et se compose d'un salon confortable avec canapé et fauteuils et coin repas avec table pour 6 personnes, une chambre double et une chambre avec deux lits simples, dont l'un peut devenir un double, une grande salle de bain complète avec douche et une cuisine-salle à manger bien équipée: quatre plaques électriques, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, bouilloire, grille-pain, et accès à un petit balcon qui de l'intérieur de la cour avec des plantes d'asperge à l'eau , surtout pendant les mois les plus chauds. Tant pour l'eau chaude que pour le chauffage, il existe un système de gaz autonome. L'appartement dispose de CLIMATISATION, VENTILATEURS, MACHINE À LAVER confortable et Wi-Fi.
Idéal pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis. Se déplacer dans le quartier est particulièrement fascinant et agréable car vous le trouverez plein d'artisans, de boutiques et de magasins pleins de charme et de personnalité.

Perfect location in Rome

Great place for a family stay

We had a great stay in this apartment. Our host, Constanza, let us in an hour early and gave us a warm welcome. She also worked quickly the next day to get the washer fixed so that we could do our laundry.The place is great for a family, with a room of three beds so that no one needed to share.The location is just 5 minutes from a subway stop and close to shops, food, and an outstanding gelateria. We were delighted.

Perfect location for trip to Rome

This is a great apartment that is well appointed and very comfortable. The location was perfect for touring in the city. Costanza was extremely helpful and made everything easy. I definitely recommend this apartment and would stay there again myself.

Rome trip with family

Fantastic apartment in a really excellent location. The apartment was light and airy and had everything needed for a fantastic stay. All major sights close by and very convenient to metro and termini. Vibrant streets surrounding with easy access to supermarkets etc. Costanza was fantastic and very informative about the local areas and Rome in general. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Perfect location for visiting Rome. For the price there is soem things need improvement. Some of the sheets had stains. Towels had a very funky smell to them that we had to wash them before we used them. Also there are lots of noice till 12am if not nore from restaurant.restaurant

Great location close to Colosseum and all major attractions

Great location close to Colosseum and all major attractions. We did not use parking for the car as it is extremely difficult to find the spot ( so rent after you finish your Rome visit. 15 min walk to train station to rent a car ( very convenient). Clean place good for family of 4 or 5 it do not expect to much space as this is old Rome. Host was waiting for us at the front door and instantly helps us with checking in and that was great help. Host helped us arrange transportation from airport and it is worth after long flight and when heat of 35c hits you. Over all I would recommend this place any time! We have a great stay.!

Perfect!!

Perfect appartment for 3 friends to share for a weekend of sightseeing & exploring Rome. Great location to base yourself from, not far at all from the Colesseum and easy to get everywhere really! Check the map for locations as some things are a bit of a walk (but would be the same if you stayed in the other side to get here!) Appartment was perfectly equipped, spacious and lovely!! Room to relax in the lounge & all other areas too!! Not noisy at night at all! I’d definitely stay here again!

Fun to live in Rome

Nicely kept apartment that was close to many things we were looking for in Rome. Very close to a metro station, lots of restaurants, and a fairly close walk to the market. It was a hike up to the apartment at the end of the day, but a few days in it got to be the routine. We felt comfortable and cozy in the well equipped rooms and there was nothing we lacked.

Great Location in Monti

This property is in a great location in Monti. It is two blocks from the Cavour metro stop so it is easy to get anywhere in Rome, and it is about a 10 minute walk from Termini station, if you want to go anywhere in Italy. You can see the Colosseum down the street from the building, and the forum/Capitoline Museum are a close walk. There are a number of excellent restaurants close by, as well as a grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaner. The unit is comfortable, with plenty of space and is attractively furnished. If you are older, you should be warned you need to climb four flights of stairs. Costanza was a helpful hostess, she gave us restaurant recommendations and she helped resolve any issues we had with the unit. I would come back here in a future trip to Rome!

Lovely Rome!

We stayed at this property for 5 days while in Rome. We love having a delicious restaurant downstairs, and other restaurants and grocery nearby. Upon check in we got a map and lots of helpful info. However, a few nights it was very loud in the front room, so just know that if you are a light sleeper. The kids had 3 beds in the backside, so had very little noise. It was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay! The washing machine was out of order, but the host kindly did a load for me in another apartment she had.

A Wonderful Stay in Rome!

We traveled to Rome as a family of four, two adults and two teens. We really enjoyed staying at the location. It was perfect for us as a family of four, with the adults in one room and the children sharing the other room. The Monti location is very centrally located in Rome and has lots of vintage shopping and restaurants. There was a nice bar across the street that had one of the best expresso's that I had in Italy, and I had many. The Coliseum is a short distance away, and we really enjoyed taking a walk every night after dinner to see it at nighttime. Communication with the owner was easy and terrific. Our highest recommendation.

Excellent and great great location...

Located right in the heart of Monti. It's an easy easy walk from Termini, very close to Fori Imperiali, the metro station, supermarkets etc. Lots of good restaurants around, exceptionally clean, etc. There's a small piazza just across from the Church that, yeah, can get a bit noisy but it calmed down every evening around 11pm. Close the windows and you'll be fine. Highly recommended.

Great neighborhood

This is a very spacious, bright and comfortable property in an excellent location: lots of local people including a lot of young people, a step away from the crowds but with easy access to Rome's history and great bars and restaurants. We had some very hot weather and the apartment's AC was very valuable. Very well equipped and access to a rooftop terrace with great views. Constanza was a pleasure to work with and very efficient and thorough. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location

The location of this property is perfect if you are interested in the historic center of Rome. It suited our family of 4 very well. The Colosseum is literally less than 10 minutes walk away as is the Roman forum. The property was light and airy. The beds were comfy as was the couch. It had a nice feel. Constanza was a lovely and attentive host. She was particularly helpful re directions from the airport. A couple of small things could be improved but this is me being a little picky. There was no oven in the kitchen and it was small so if you were planning to cook it could be challenging. It could be noisy at night in the main bedroom because it sits above a restaurant.

Spacious apartment in lively neighborhood

The apartment was larger than we had expected and provided comfortable space for the two of us. With high ceilings, large windows, ceiling fans, and AC (that we didn't need to use) the temperature was always comfortable. The kitchen was adequately equipped and we took advantage of the washing machine in the nicely sized bathroom. The shower was larger than most of the places we stayed in Italy and provided good water pressure and temperature. Our host, Costanza, was informative and friendly; she responded to all communications in a timely manner. She even called us ahead of time to check on our travel itinerary. The only surprises that we encountered were minor, and in our opinion, out of the control of our host. The street below the apartment has multiple restaurants and bars that stayed open late. So even though the apartment location was perfect for access to food, historical sites, and the Metro train station, there were a few nights when our sleep was disturbed. Suggest using a white noise app to overcome the outside revelry. The second disappointment was that we couldn't use the very small balcony off the kitchen and access to the rooftop terrace was not allowed (due to a pending legal issue caused by misuse of previous guests.) Overall, this apartment worked out perfectly for us and helped us live like locals for the week.

Schöne Wohnung in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten

Wir waren Anfang März 2025 als Familie (2 Erwachsene / 1 Teenager 14 Jahre) für 5 Tage in Rom. Von der Wohnung sowie der Umgebung waren wir begeistert. Auch unsere Vermieterin war toll und hat uns super betreut. Von Infos zu einem Supermarkt, Restaurants bis hin zu Laufwegen war alles dabei und wir hätten immer per WhatsApp noch Nachfragen stellen können. Die Wohnung ist für einen Urlaub/Aufenthalt ausreichend ausgestattet und liegt wirklich sehr zentral zu den für uns wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten (Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Trevi Brunnen, spanische Treppe, Pantheon, verschiedenste Kirchen, Brunnen usw.). Laufwege zwischen 6 - 20 Minuten. Wir bedanken uns bei unserer Gastgerberin/ Vermieterin für die Betreuung und kommen gerne nochmals wieder.
