Un hébergement confortable dans le palais de la fin du XIXe siècle, situé stratégiquement dans le quartier branché du quartier de Tonnw, Monti jonchait les galeries d'art et les boutiques chics du bar des restaurateurs traditionnels, tous à pied près du Colisée, du Forum impérial romain et du romantique trevi Fontain et de la magnifique basilique de Santa Maria Maggiore, métro sous le réseau au sol, un arrêt pour le Colisée et un arrêt pour la gare Termini.

A perfect stay

Everything about the stay was pleasant. Ivana was very accommodating and even let us drop our luggage off before check-in which was such a gift to us having just flown in that morning. You can tell she wants her guests to have a great stay. Would recommend and would stay again.

Fabulous Monti apartment

Great location in Monti, handy to facilities like station, cabs and minimart, spacious apartment, everything you might need supplied, and host Ivana was friendly and helpful. And beautiful church across the road. Just the best of everything!

Very nice place at an affordable price

The apartment is wonderful and within 20 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, great places to eat, shopping district and more. Really close to the Roma Termini station which makes it easy to get to. This is the place to stay when you want to visit Rome.

Great location and communication

My adult daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights. Plenty of room for us, easy walk to the Colosseum and forum. Convenient to restaurants, Termini train station, and metro lines. Great communication with our host. Highly recommended.

Loved this place!

Perfect accommodation

From the time Ivana met us at the door 'til the time we left, we felt at home in this lovely apartment. It had all the amenities we could want and was close to everything we needed. Excellent restaurants, little grocery stores, the train station and hop on hop off bus stop. Thank you Ivana!

Beautiful apartment! Definitely would recommend!

The apartment was very clean and well-appointed with everything you need! Ivana made the check-in/check-out process very easy and she also helped us with directions to all the sights. Great restaurants all around and very easy to walk to the Colosseum. The ceiling in the bedroom is spectacular! Thank you for the great stay!

Beautiful apartment, perfect location, spotless, gracious hostess.

Great place and location. Plenty of room and spotless. Ivana, was great, she had everything ready for us, including fruit coffee and even some bubbly.. rent this place and you can't go wrong. I will be back, that's for sure!!!

Gorgeous appartement at walkable distance from the Roma Termini station. Great location as most landmarks are also at walkable distance (like Colosseum and Trevi Foutain) and there are lots of restaurants and grocery shopping options nearby. We stayed there for 3 nights and we had a blast, as the apartment is well equipped and the owner is really welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The best place we stayed at during our trip to Italy, definitely recommended !

Great apartment and fantastic location

It was very hot in Rome and we were greatful for the cool air condition. Beautiful, spacious apartment in a great location. It was so nice to have water, fresh fruit, and snacks available for us when we arrived. Everything is clean and very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect location for exploring Rome

The location is perfect for sightseeing, within a 10 - 20 minutes walk to almost everything, and Ivana did a great job getting us situated. Uber rates between the apartment and main sights are reasonable. The apartment itself is huge, with lots of room to spread out for our family of three. We also find amenities such as the washer and dryer very convenient, so are the heaters at this time of the year. Will recommend!

Great apartment in a great location in a great city!!

We were fortunate enough to rent this beautiful apartment in Rome for three nights. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and everything else we needed for our stay. Ivana was a wonderful host and made sure we had all the information we needed to get the most out of our stay. A short walk from Rome Termini train station and surrounded by everything we needed, including some great restaurants, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Rome. A++

Thanks to our host. She was always quick to reply to messages - it was lovely to meet our host at the apartment upon arrival. The apartment was spacious and in a great location. Perfect Location

The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Termini Station and the Metro. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and bars. The property was clean and very comfortable. The beds were very nice, and the A/C was welcome at the end of the day. There is a small kitchen in it, and a supermarket about 100 meters away. The host, Ivana, was very responsive to our questions, and check in/out was a breeze. We definitley reccommend this property.

Loved the apartment and the location

We just loved the apartment. Especially loved that there is an elevator for the luggage. It is a nice large well decorated apartment. The bathrooms are large and have good lighting. We easily communicated with the owner before our trip and even durning our trip. It is very easy to get to the train station. It is central to everything. We would highly recommend this apartment when visiting Roma.

Great Place to Stay

We had such a nice stay at this really lovely apartment. Ivana was very warm and friendly. She left us a list of restaurants in the neighborhood along with addresses and phone numbers. She explained where we were and how to get to where we were going. Besides being a really cool place to stay, it is also conveniently located to so many sights. Ivana offered snacks and beverages for our stay which saved us a trip to the market. Rome is fantastic and Ivana made it more so. She was very hospitable. We are so thankful to her for adding to a memorable vacation. Thank you Ivana for your wonderful hospitality.

Beautiful Rome location near all the attractions

Ivana was a wonderful host and ensured our stay was perfect. After a long day of traveling we appreciated the fresh fruits, bottled water and warm welcome from a friend of our host. Ivana's quaint condo is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need for a terrific stay in Rome. The master bedroom has a incredible painted ceiling and plenty of space for all your cloths. The location is perfect with the main train station a few blocks away, most attractions within easy walking distance and plenty of great restaurants and stores nearby. The view off the small piazza in the kitchen has a spectacular view or the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore and historic downtown streets. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo and allowing us to experience what it is like to live in Rome! We look forward to returning in the future.
