The home is all one floor, so everyone can come along on this trip. Enjoy kicking back in the well-furnished living room, decorated with an ocean-inspired theme. The full kitchen features full-size appliances and a dishwasher to help with clean-up (don't worry, there's a Keurig). But the colorful poolside patio might become your favorite spot - it's definitely the prime spot for grilling in the shade. The backyard is enclosed, so no need to worry while you're swimming along in the private pool. Enjoy a board game or a round of giant Jenga! As the sun goes down, enjoy gathering around the firepit or pool bar together. There's room for everyone at this home.

Really didn't have to leave / all, including pool was fantastic! After breakfast we would hang out by the pool and at night by the fire place!

Home away from home

Stayed here with our family to celebrate our oldest's birthday. We had a fabulous time. They really thought of everything, all we needed to do was show up. 20 minute drive to the nearest beach, we just beach hopped each day. Looking forward to returning.

Amazing home!!!!!

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at this vacation home! The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. We were within minutes from the airport and many beaches, activities, and restaurants! We got to visit so many different places within the days we were here! The home itself is so clean and roomy. It has so many nice things within- a private pool, pool accessories, fire pit, grill, etc. You name it- this place has it! I would recommend this home to anybody and will definitely be back in the near future! Beautiful home!!!

Great place to stay !

I have stayed here 2 years in a row for vacation and every time it has been clean and everything in order ! I definitely recommend this home ! Very cozy and peaceful and the kids loved it

Lacked the person touch.

Home was very clean and well maintained. When we arrived there was a huge pile of garbage outside the front of the house. Took a day for it to be removed. Home comes with an outdoor grill and fire pit but there was no propane. We had to buy our own. Guest should know ahead of time regarding information about having the pool heated. Communication with agency was late. Must inquire 3 days prior to have pool heated. This was not listed on the property description. We got check information 24 hours before check in. Suggest would be have a personal welcoming log book. This gives the house a personal touch. All forms of communication was late and limited.

Awesome house

This house was awesome! We really enjoyed our stay! Amazing master suite. Kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of appliances. Really made things easier because our daughter has autism and it’s hard to go out to dinner. The outdoor area was incredible! Awesome bar and outdoor TV! We ate breakfast out there every morning. What a way to start the day! A cold front had come in while we were there, but because the pool is heated, we got to swim anyways! Huge plus because our daughter is fish lol. Because of the cold front we even used the fire pit and did s’mores. I also can’t say enough. This was a great vacation and the house was perfect. We went to Madeira Beach and Treasure Island. Both were very close and easy to get parking. We even took our daughter to Busch Gardens. I already said to my wife we have to come back next year.

It was just an ok property to stay at.

First off, when we arrived at the house, the floors were very slippery with an oily like substance on the tile floor, and my 5 year old daughter slipped and fell and hit her head as soon. As we walked in the door so i found a mop and cleaned all of the floors myself. The back yard is not enjoyable because the french drain that runs along the back of the house is a breeding ground for mosquitoes and we got ate up by them every time we walked out the back door, we even went to walmart and bought 2 cans of mosquitoe fogger and it didnt help at all seems like the pest control would take care of that. The dryer didn't work when we arrived at the house, but that was repaired on Monday. The propane for the grill had 3 tanks there, but only one had propane in it, so when we wanted to use the fire pit, we had to change them out. I contacted Vacasa, and he told me he would have propane delivered the next morning, and the propane never came. The smoke detector in the bedroom was missing the battery when we arrived, so we let them know about that, and I was told to go buy a battery and put in it. They sent someone out the next day to install a battery and the smoke alarm beeped all night long so I was told just take the battery out that it would be fine there was other smoke detectors in the house. The window blinds were broken in the kids' bedroom when we arrived at the house. The shower head holder in the hall bathroom was broken, so we all showered in the master bathroom shower.

We loved everything about the home. It was very easy for my mother with mobility issues. It was spacious, clean, and perfect for entertaining our family we were visiting. It was so nice to have a space where my mother felt comfortable and enjoy visiting family. Top notch and perfect for what we needed. We will try to book again instead of a hotel for our next visit.

Perfect for families

Our family vacation had 5 people, 3 adults and 2 kids. This home had a great set up, plenty of room for all of us. The pool was nice, and clean. We utilized the patio area and the pool toys regularly. We made our Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and had ample space. The bathrooms were clean and inviting. The beds were comfy and the sheets were soft enough. We would love to come back again in the future!

More of a not so good experience...

I came here with my husband and 3 gorls under the age of 3. Overall the property was in good shape, the pool was awesome and the beds were comfy with extra soft blankets in the closet! The house was clean and spacious. The dishwasher is ridiculously LOUD! Sounds like a train - so my advice, don't run the dishwasher OR the washer at night. The water pressure is low in the shower and the 2nd bathroom tub does not drain properly. I called them about it on the day we arrived, 4 days later (the day before we leave 2 people come BANGING on the door, at noon, while my kids were napping and woke them up. Not even a knock, but a bang bang bang until someone answered the door. There was no notification they were coming either. Very frustrating!! They could use some new pots and pans. The only pan they had was super rusty and gross. The cooking utensils are all very cheap plastic from the dollar store. I was picking the plastic off so it didn't end up in the food. There are NO cleaning products what so ever and for a 6 night stay they gave us only 2 trash bags and 1 roll of paper towels. :( I wanted to like this place. I want to be able to go back...but without some adjustments it just won't happen. The beds and pool were probably the best part.

Amazing home, needs more in kitchen

This house was amazing! Clean, in a quite neighborhood, great set up. Kids used the pool and patio everyday and was a favorite spot for everyone. Would totally give 5 stars had I been more prepared with how the kitchen lacked basic items. There are no spices, condiments, tin foil, napkins, etc. I cooked every day and would have brought more from home, but had to purchase instead. Would have been nice to have basic stuff stocked, or to even be able to leave some of that for the next guest. They asked you clear everything before you check out. That being said we would totally book again. The house and location were A+.

St. Pete House

Great place with a few exceptions. There was a tiny cutting board and had to buy a paring knife since all other knifes were dull. Pots and pans and cookie sheet's were in very bad shape. Biggest disappointment was the pool. It was overflowing when we arrived and was charged for heating the pool that we did not request. It was turned off by the owner and we were still charged for it.

Wonderful rental house

Cute place, not in the best neighborhood

The property was re-modeled beautifully. The neighborhood was a little run down,, but quiet and no on seemed to care or bother us. We didnt use the pool or go out back much at all but there's a nice space back there. As long as confederate flags in the neighborhood don't bother you, this place is nice to stay in. Oh, don't lock the bottom part of the front door, only the top. There is no key, only a code and if it weren't for the back door being unlocked on night 1...we would have had to call for help.

Pinellas Park Cottage

great place to stay! the house is modern, was very clean inside and outside. Our family enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool area. Lots of things to do in the St Pete Area and easily accessible and within 15-20 minute drives. We will stay here again!
