Okay stay

We loved the space and location. However, we did encounter many issues, like a leak , ant problem and the sliding door in the back not being able to close. The managing company was responsive but the door issue did not get resolved quickly enough. A back door should be able to lock properly.

Great stay

Great layout with beautiful new well appointed open kitchen good for gathering with seamless flow between house and pool deck with cabana bar and great grill. Close to beach and restaurants with walkable shopping

Largo home close to beach

The 7 minute drive to Indian Springs beach was a plus, the pool was very nice to come home to and relax. My grandson would give that a 5. The home is older and furniture is a little uncomfortable but overall for the price and cleanliness of the property I’d stay here again

Great vacation!

Our family enjoyed staying here! Very quiet neighborhood and it was close to the beach, restaurants and some shopping. The pool was great for afternoons/evenings when the beach got too hot. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Awesome place for our vacation

This home was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Very clean, upkept, and spacious. The pool and bar were great amenities. The value was terrific and booking, check in, and check out were flawless. Excellent communication the whole way through! We were so pleased staying here!

Okay stay. We encountered a few issues, one which was a safety issue and did not get resolved quickly. There was an ant problem in the kitchen and master bathroom. The managing company just gave use ant traps; prob not the best long term solution considering it’s in different areas. There was a leak in the guest bathroom when showering; this didn’t get addressed quickly. So we did use that bathroom as we didn’t want further possible damage. It turns out the plumber said it could be water coming out from shower onto the floor; the water was seeping through the wall into bedroom floor on the other side. Likely I guess, but they was a panel on bedroom wall on other side from shower; I assume prior water damage. The sliding door had locks on both sides. However, one side didn’t latch and lock properly causing a safety issue. The only other door was a screened door beyond the sliding door so not very safe. The pool was not cleaned the whole week we were there. We did put a latch on the back gate due to the sliding door not being able to lock, which didn’t allow the pool guy the come through. However, we were told the pool guy would return, but he did not. Also, when the managing company came to fix the sliding door, it was unannounced. That was concerning since we have a pet in house. There were too many issues and we felt like we had to be there when the plumber showed, the person fixing the door, and the managing company’s rep. Def not what we expected for a vaca.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to everything

We had a great week! The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet. The beach was only a 4 minute drive! Having the pool was great after a day at the beach! My only recommendation is a few more blankets. The online help was timely and prompt when we had a question. See you again Largo!

Relaxing Florida Home

Loved the open concept of the single story house. The pool was clean, warm, and enjoyable. Check in and out was easy. The description of the house was accurate. It’s located in a nice secluded neighborhood, convenient to the beach and area restaurants, stores, and attractions.

Beautiful comfy getaway

Amazing house & area. Had absolutely everything we could need during our stay. Everything was spotless and beds were super comfortable. Pool was great to cool down in. Area was super chill to walk our dog in and locals were sweet. The grill was perfect for our dinner. They even provided beach chairs, shampoo/conditioners, laundry pods, and some coffee. 10/10 would stay again we had an amazing time!!! 🌞

Cozy home!

The house was great - cozy and quiet. The only negative was the pool not being heated. It was unseasonably cool - and the pool to cold - not heated at all. It was a bit of a disappointment not being able to use it. Great stay otherwise!

Nice home needs heated pool though

This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to the beach and the trail where I can ride my bike. I was there in February and the pool is not heated so I didn’t get to use it at all. I even bought a solar cover for the pool but it was too cold to work so I won’t be renting there again. I paid for a pool I never got in.

Largo Florida Home - Bugs & Power issues

There was beer cans, dog poo over the back patio/yard area, the lights for the outside bar didn’t work, the back sunroom also had no working power to the fan or tv, there were a couple live big roaches in the kitchen & a huge dead one in the garage, this caused us not to bring food or cook in the property, also there should of been a least 1 tv in the other two smaller bedrooms, also should of had more than two towels in master bath since we were there for 6 nights, besides that the house was overall very clean.

Awesome home

This was a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. I could get on my bike and get to the beach or the Pinelass trail which was awesome. My only issue with the place, and I didn't know until I got there, was that the pool wasn't heated. Coming from up north in February we wanted to be able to swim. If it was 80 degrees out we could get in but not totally in and as soon as the sun went down there was no way.

Pretty nice place!

Very clean! Great impression on arrival! The kitchen had plenty of dinnerware, cookware, utensils and new appliances. Great place for meal prep. We used the screened in outdoor space daily. We also used the large gas grill in outdoor covered area. Nice feature! Our stay was for 2 weeks so we knew we'd be buying essentials like paper products and soaps but disappointed that no coffee filters were provided with the coffee maker. (we left a pack of them for the next guests) Quite good to have washer and dryer available! We found the mattresses a bit soft but manageable. Aside from the first night listening to noisy neighbors partying outdoors till 2:30am, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Great area for dog walking. We had a quick response from Vacasa when we called about garage door issue. Thank you! This was our first rental with Vacasa. It was assuring to know that we could call 24/7 with any questions or concerns. This rental property, Corner by the Coast, was just as described and pictured. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Corner by the Coast a huge disappointment

When we arrived half the electric was out in the house. Called Vacasa and they said someone would be out to help us. No one ever came. Had to call VRBO to help us reach Vacasa and solve the problem. Home and pool unclean. All beds and linens full of dog hair. Had to wash sheets and towels before we could even use them. Floors unclean. Stove constantly beeped. Gave up using the stove and kitchen halfway through our visit. Dishes unclean in cabinets. Look elsewhere to stay in Largo! Beware of Vacasa rentals!

Amazing house for everything!

Can't say enough about this house!!! it is in a nice and quiet suburb that is literally close to everything! You are 10 minutes away from a peaceful beach at Indian rocks, about 1.4 miles Downtown Clearwater and St. Petersburg are on opposite ends of each other, but are still close by.. The best thing is that you are less than a mile from the grocery store and the liquor store. The house has all of the amenities needed for a little vacation. The outdoor area is great as well! The pool felt great every day. There is a grill and seating area for dining outside. We spent most of the evening in their screened in outdoor lanai at night. It was the perfect house for our little family of four.

Great getaway

The description of the home is directly on point. The pool and backyard is very nice for relaxation and privacy. Lots of items available for a beach day; chairs, coolers and kid toys.
