This cottage is fully equipped for outdoor and indoor enjoyment. Board games, books, DVD's and various toys are provided. Pack n Plays, booster high chair and toddler dining chairs provided.
The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for a fun baking day or a lovely evening meal. There are two indoor dining tables and one outdoor table. Two grill options are offered as well as a large fire pit for roasting your favorites.
The small beach is a rare find in this area and perfect for children. Beach toys, beach towels and chairs are provided. Take out one or both of the convertible kayaks that also can be used as paddleboards. Crab traps and boiling pot also included. Both front and back yards give plenty of space, nearly 3 times the size as any house in the neighborhood.
The driveway includes parking for 3 cars.

You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and kayaking may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or using the kayaks. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
