Chesapeake Bay Cottage

En moins d'une heure du D.C. Zone métropolitaine, vous êtes transporté vers votre propre rivage privé sur la baie de Chesapeake. Ce chalet est situé dans un quartier calme en pleine nature.
Ce chalet offre une jetée privée, une petite plage de sable, une grande cour, un porche grillagé et une terrasse. Profitez de levers de soleil spectaculaires chaque matin. Grill et profitez des repas sur le pont. Lisez un livre sur le porche ou détendez-vous simplement au milieu de vues à couper le souffle. Allez vous baigner dans l'eau ou prenez le kayak (simple disponible) pour explorer les rives de la baie.
Ce chalet offre deux chambres à coucher plus une tanière privée avec un lit de jour et un lit gigogne en dessous. Un matelas pneumatique pleine grandeur est également disponible. Deux salles de bain complètes et serviettes de bain disponibles.

Great place with a great view

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house had enough room for us to enjoy a nice Christmas Day and dinner together. And the view of the Chesapeake Bay is beautiful.

Loved It

We really enjoyed staying at this location. It was perfect for our family and the mini beach with a gentle water was perfect for our 9-month-old grandson. We definitely hope to come back.

Nice get away

Nice house on the water. Plenty of space for our family. Kayaks were nice. Not too much closeby in the town, but that is fine if youd like a quiet, relaxing stay.

24 hour Water Views

This was the 2nd stay for me and my girlfriends and this time we had beautiful, warm weather the entire time. We loved the screened in porch on our 1st stay when we had rain during our entire visit. This 2nd stay with beautiful weather allowed us to spend the day on the beach bayside. It was perfect!

Great vacation getaway

Beautiful property on the water. Interior was comfortable and pleasant. Was easy to child-proof for our 10-month-old. Kids loved the little beach in the back yard! We also enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the water.

Lovely getaway

Beautiful property with gorgeous sunrises in the morning, plenty of outdoor deck space, fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Had everything we needed for a holiday family reunion.

Relaxing/quiet long weekend

Had a great time at this property. We spent most of the weekend in the screened in porch just reading and relaxing and watching the osprey. The neighborhood is quiet. The property was clean and as advertised. We would definitely stay again.

Scenic, peaceful waterside retreat

Amazing sunrises! Quiet neighborhood. Spacious, comfortable, and well equipped home. We enjoyed the peaceful sounds and sights of the waterfront. This was our 2nd visit as we enjoyed the property so much the first time.

Perfect cottage

Cottage was exactly as described but somehow pictures don't do it justice. Perfect location for our family to have a relaxing vacation, but close enough to be able to easily visit locations such as Washington DC. House had everything we needed, and more. Thank you for sharing your property with us

Family getaway

The property is very nice and it’s quite. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay with family. Property is clean. We enjoyed the view of the bay and watched boats and sail boats as well as enjoyed the outside, the sun room and the fireplace with our babies. Checkin is easy. We have no complaints about the property and look forward to hopefully staying here again in the future.

Relaxing Girls Weekend

This home with its spectacular view of the bay is perfect for a small group. Weather wasn't the greatest, but we could still enjoy the screened in porch. Lots of extras in the kitchen, and with linens, that add that extra touch. Owner was very responsive when the refrigerator needed fixed. We definitely want to stay here again.

The house was nice and we loved how close we were to the water. Deck and screened porch were lovely. We were disappointed there was no pier as it is advertised on the site. Also we had no hot water in the second bathroom. Did speak with host but no one came to fix it. Over alk we had a very nice time.

Peak Experience in Chesapeake

I highly recommend this beautiful property in Chesapeake Bay. The furniture and decor are all brand new and the little touches combine for a very relaxing atmosphere, which was just what we were looking for. Our host was very easy to communicate with and told us to “help ourselves” to anything in the fridge or cupboard. We drove up to Annapolis, but mainly stayed by the fire, looking out at the spectacular view. I hope we can come back in the summer when we could use the beach, kayak and sunroom. Thank you for a great weekend!

Wonderful weekend

We travelled from Canada and shared the cottage with our son, daughter-in-law and 16-month-old grandson for 3 nights. The cottage is exactly as described and had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful weekend together. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. There’s a grocery store a few minutes away and Annapolis is just a short trip for exploring. The best part is the beautiful, peaceful waterfront location and the many windows and screened porch that allow maximum enjoyment of the view. The cottage host is pleasant to deal with and responds quickly to messages. We’d love to visit again!

Tranquility on the Bay

Great stay! Quiet, peaceful, clean and safe. The house had all important amenities plus extras of everything (towels, sheets, toiletries, etc.). Gourmet kitchen was well equipped with great views of the water. The dock is slightly shorter than pictured due to storm damage and the leftover section has been moved over to the sandy area but there was still enough room for our little ones to be entertained for a while though. Loved hearing the birds each morning and small waves crashing at high tide. Kayaks were super fun too as there wasn't much boat traffic at all. Really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living with the screened in porch and multiple deck spaces. A great place to unwind and reconnect as a family!

A jewel on the Chesapeake Bay!

We had a fantastic stay! The lovely cottage was quiet, peaceful, clean and safe – and the bay views are to die for!! The host assured that we had all the important amenities plus extras of everything (towels, sheets, toiletries, etc.). The kitchen was fully equipped too! Everything was exactly as described. We spent Saturday morning sitting out watching the gorgeous sunrise and listening to the bay sounds. Although Sunday’s weather was cloudy and rainy, the peaceful atmosphere cannot be beat! We came in from out of state and were able to reconnect with local family – it was a fantastic time. Lots of nearby restaurants with delicious food – Skipper’s seafood can’t be beat; we also had sandwiches at the South County Café – delicious! Although we didn’t have time, locals rave about their breakfast too! I would WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend this gem of a place! I am hoping we can come back again when the weather will allow for kayaking!

Wonderful private and relaxing getaway

The view cannot be beat! The neighborhood is so quiet and private. The deck is amazing to sit and relax under the big tree for shade, and enjoy the amazing view. The beach is a little bit different than shown in the picture, but it was still wonderful to sit for hours and enjoy the sounds of the water.
