Brand New 2022 property! Welcome to "The Bluegrass Beach House!" This recently renovated and updated home sits on Lake Michigan with its own private beach! The home includes 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds and 2 bathrooms, with common areas consisting of a large wrap-around, bi-level deck, and open kitchen, dining room, living room area on the main floor, and second media area downstairs.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 and features plenty of dining and social seating for all your friends and family to enjoy meals, play games, and just catch up over a glass (or 3) of wine! With a fully stocked kitchen, appliances, and grill, you'll be set for all your cooking needs.

We invite you to sleep in and have breakfast and coffee on the deck as you watch sail boats and freighters make their voyage across Lake Michigan. Spend your afternoons sunbathing on the beach with a book, swimming, kayaking down the shoreline with the 2 provided kayaks, or exploring all the hidden gems our local White Lake area has to offer. Don't know where to begin? Our local management team is here for you! Tell us what you're interested in and we'll happily point you in the right direction. After an eventful day, gather and relax around the fire pit, and enjoy some smores while listening to the waves of Lake Michigan lap against the shore under the moonlight. Rainy days are nothing to worry over at The Bluegrass Beach House. With ultra-high speed internet, 2 separate TV areas, board games, and puzzles, there's plenty of quality time to be had without even leaving the home.

We perform a deep cleaning prior to your arrival, with sanitization of all work surfaces and high touch areas, as well as high temp wash of sheets and towels. This home also has a brand new washer and dryer for your washing needs throughout your stay.

Beach Vacation

We spent a week at the cottage with our 8-year-old daughter. The size of the house was perfect for the 3 of us, as well as for day visits from our immediate families. Our daughter loved the bunk beds but had a hard time sleeping by herself downstairs away from the main bedroom. The house was clean, the beach and lake were terrific, and the property manager was responsive and accessible when needed. Ultimately, we were sad to leave!

Relaxing stay on the beach

This place is amazing. The beach is much better than the pictures. This place was perfect for us because we wanted to get away from the city and have our own beach for a week. The 2 kayaks were perfect for our family. The house is very clean and nicely remodeled. We will definitely be back!

Lovely property

The location, access to the beach, & views of this home will be a highlight of our summer. The property was clean + welcoming, & we slept comfortably. The lake is rather chilly & there was quite a bit of algae, but we still enjoyed ourselves immensely. We appreciated being able to utilize beach chairs, kayaks, & the firepit as well. We dealt with a lot of weather during our stay, but the deck is a fantastic place to relax, share a meal, & take in the view. Highly recommend!

Incredible house with and incredible view!

This house is exceptional! The listing said it was recently renovated and they did a phenomenal job. It looks like something out of a magazine, yet super comfortable and family friendly. I really liked that it was tucked away in a forested area and yet the beach was your backyard. There were daily sightings of deer families, turkeys, bunnies, all sorts of birds etc. We spent a lot of time on the top deck, hanging out, eating our meals and just enjoying the great view. Sunsets were lovely each night. This house has direct beach access with well built/maintained stairs and literally miles of beach to walk on in either direction. The house was super clean and although the house has well water, this is the first ever Lake Michigan house we've stayed in that DID NOT have a well water smell when you showered or washed hands!!! So many bonus points for this! Excellent relaxing vacation. We will be back next summer!

Lovely quiet oasis -best view ever! A perfect choice!

This property is superb! Every detail of the property is extremely thoughtful. The quiet location has the best view I have ever seen. Immaculate, beautiful, restful and so much more. Plenty of space for a large family. Easy to check in, immediate response to text (had a question). I have never stayed anywhere this lovely. Absolute perfection. Kayaks, water toys, puzzles, games, smart tvs, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. I can't imagine a better place on the lake. A true gem!

A Secluded Retreat

We loved our stay at the Bluegrass Beach house! The main floor is cozy and inviting with beautiful views of the lake. The kitchen is well stocked, and there are plenty of movies, games, and puzzles to choose from. We had most of our dinners on the deck and used the gas grill that is conveniently located right outside the sliding door. Going to the beach was a breeze, especially because of the large selection of beach chairs and other accessories. We also enjoyed the small lower deck with more spectacular views. The house is not huge, but we never felt cramped, and the bedrooms provided the perfect amount of beds for our family. Located down a dead-end road, the house offers privacy and seclusion. It really was a perfect place for us to relax and enjoy life on the lake for a few days!
