The home sleeps a total of 9 guests and includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large private deck, perfect for spending time with family and friends. We have added a large air hockey table that keeps the score for you. Keep yourself and your kids entertained with a game of air hockey! The home is renovated with designer touches throughout to make the home unique, stylish and the perfect home away from home. Large dining room table to fit all of the guests, additional chairs are provided for the dining area and the deck. 3 TVs in the house, 1 in the living room, 1 in the master bedroom and 1 in guest bedroom. All TVs have Apple TV with subscriptions to Disney+, Hulu and ESPN.

Parking: Long driveway on the side of the house provides plenty of space for 3 vehicles. Street parking is also available.

Guest access: access to entire home with the exception of several cabinets in the laundry room (owner's use)

NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Outdoor surveillance on site, no cameras on deck for guests privacy.
