By booking this property, all guests acknowledge and agree to the listing’s house rules and booking requirements.
We require all guests to sign a rental agreement and verify their ID. A secure link will be provided after the reservation is confirmed to complete this process.

★ NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE ★
This is a non-smoking house, so we kindly ask all our guests to refrain from smoking inside. To keep the completely smoke-free, we have implemented a $500 fine for everyone that smokes inside.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
The Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, I use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.

★ TRAVEL INSURANCE ★
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for unforeseen events beyond our control. To protect your travel plans, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which can provide coverage in case of unexpected disruptions.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★
We welcome your furry friends. Please let us know if you would like to bring your pets. The Pet fee is $150(non-refundable) for up to 2 pets under 40lbs.

★ ROAD NOISE ★
The road the house is on does tends to experience higher traffic being close to downtown. Although inside it may not be noticeable, but if you are a very light sleeper or sensitive to noise or have a pet that this would be an issue for, please take this into consideration prior to booking the home. There is a sidewalk on both sides of the street and plenty of streets inside the surrounding neighborhoods to walk your furry friend on as well as the backyard to let your pet out.

★ HOUSE RULES AND GUEST ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS ★
1. Parties & Events
No parties or events of any kind are allowed.
Violation will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

2. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please keep music and conversations at respectful levels during these hours.

3. Smoking Policy
No smoking, vaping, or incense burning is allowed inside the home.
A $500 fee plus any extra cleaning costs will apply for violations.

4. Pet Policy
Pets are allowed only with prior written approval.
Pet fee: $150 non-refundable (covers up to 2 pets under 40 lbs).
Additional deposit may apply for pets over 40 lbs.

5. Security Cameras
Security cameras are located at:

Cameras are for safety purposes only. No cameras are placed inside the home.
Tampering with cameras will result in $500 penalty and/or immediate eviction without refund.

6. Guest Limit
Maximum number of guests allowed: 14
Undeclared guests will be charged $100 per guest, per day.

7. Check-in/Check-out Policy
Early check-in and late check-out are only available with advance approval and payment ($20/hour).
Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $50 fee.
Stays exceeding 2 unauthorized hours will result in being charged the full nightly rate, without granting possession for the day.

8. Security Deposit
A $350 refundable deposit is required for:
Guests with no reviews
Certain bookings at the host’s discretion

9. Guest Information
Full names and ages of all guests must be provided at the time of booking.

10. Cleaning Policy
Excessive mess beyond normal guest use (e.g., stained floors, dirty walls, glitter, confetti) will incur a $150 additional cleaning fee.

11. Communication Requirement
A valid, working phone number is required before booking.
If we are unable to reach you before check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund.

12. Property Maintenance
In the event of a maintenance issue or guest complaint, guests authorize the host or service team to enter the property to address and resolve concerns, without additional permission.

13. Respect for Property
Please treat the home with care.
