Welcome to our First Floor Lakefront Condo on beautiful Lake Hamilton. Two bedroom, 2 bath condo on the main level with a fabulous view to enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunset. Situated in the desired 7 South part of Lake Hamilton. Just minutes away from Bathhouse Row, Oaklawn, Casino, Garvin Gardens, Groceries, Wal-Mart & tons on restaurants and shopping. Enjoy fishing from the dock, laying out, or floating on a raft. Or if you prefer take a dip in the pool and enjoy a lounge chair as you soak up the sun. We offer Fast WIFI for all your devises & streaming channels on the smart TV. We have a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. We also offer a traditional coffee maker along with coffee, cream, and artificial sweetener. A a washer and dryer are in the unit for any of your laundry needs. Both bathrooms offer towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. We also have a boat slip available upon request. There is an additional $50 fee for the boat slip. Please verify it is available prior to booking. The master bedroom has a King bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. There is a futon in the
den. There is an assigned covered parking for one vehicle. Additional parking available by the pool. We do allow a maximum of 2 SMALL dogs, with a $75 pet fee, but they must be NON SHEDDING ( no exceptions) You must be 25 to book and stay during the entire trip. This is a non smoking unit. That includes any and all smoking. Lol. We do not allow parties or unauthorized guest. Quite hours are from 9pm to 9am. We look forward to hosting you. This is personally my favorite property and I will live here when I retire!! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!

Lovely home base for Hot Springs stay

enjoyed a lovely stay with our family of 5 and pup.Easy and clear instructions for arrival -and then the condo was just as expected, everything clean and in working order. Kids enjoyed the flamingo bathroom theme! Our stay was short, but left us wishing it was a few more days!

Condo on Lake Hamilton

The condo was very clean, and the check in process was very smooth. The kitchen was well stocked. The view of the lake is beautiful, and overall it was a very positive experience. The host was very responsive.

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We are originally from Hot Springs and visit annually and this is probably our favorite property yet. Everything was in working order and we liked the open concept for visiting with family. The condo has everything you will likely need for your stay and is located in a nice, quiet area.

Quick Girls Weekend

Great location and the condo had everything we needed! We didn't use the pool, but we enjoyed sitting outside on the spacious deck, enjoying the lake view, playing games and wine. Thank you for a great weekend and being a great host.

Perfect

This is the perfect place in every way. Walk in condo. On the water. Great view of the main channel between Long Island and Point Lookout. Very easy to get to anywhere in Hot Springs you want to go. This is not a tiny condo. Plenty of room and all amenities you could want. Clean. Comfortable bed. Large kitchen. I could go on and on. This will be our choice from now on. Wish I owned it rather than Karen :)

Just a little R & R

We have stayed at this condo before and really enjoyed our visit. That is why we booked here again. The balcony provides a wonderful view of the lake. The location is close to all the places we like to go. Perfect place to stay and enjoy some relaxing time. Will definitely consider staying here again.

My husband and daughter 9 and my 77 year old parents stayed here last weekend for my mom’s birthday. It was very clean and everything you needed was provided. Very beautiful view off the back porch. And no steps for my parents to maneuver which was wonderful. Thank you !

Karen was very easy to communicate with and her home is absolutely beautiful. There was a misunderstanding on my part regarding the property rules and Karen was extremely cooperative and offered a very kind solution. The property is conveniently located right on Lake Hamilton, close to many restaurants, stores and lake activities. It's a short drive to the downtown area. The condo is supplied with everything you need to be comfortable while away from home. Be sure if you bring dogs that there are no more than 2. They must be small dogs and also both must be breeds that are non-shedding. You also need to list these dogs in your booking. This property is extremely clean and everything beautiful. Highly recommend.

Grandkids weekend.

My wife and I spent a long weekend with grandkids at the property. We were very pleased with the accomodations and the condition / cleanliness of the property. We had some questions that the property manager was able to answer promptly. We were very pleased and would definitely stay again!
