New construction (2021) conveniently located in the 7 South area, close to Oaklawn Racing đand Casino, Historic Downtown Hot Springs, marinas, shopping, entertainment and many other attractions. Ideal location to experience everything the area has to offer.

Featuring new modern decor, condo is located on the third floor for amazing views of the lake. There is an elevator and stairs conveniently located nearby. One reserved parking space and additional guest parking near the pool.
Open the front door accessing the keyless entry and see lake views from the kitchen, dining area, and living area, all the way to the lakefront balcony. Hardwood floors throughout with an open floor plan.
The kitchen is well equipped, with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and full size washer and dryer. The bedroom to the left has a king size bed and large closet, with bathroom next to it. Dining area has a large dining table with seating for 6, and a bar with Keurig coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker. For your convenience, we supply coffee, sweetener, and creamer.
The main living area has cozy, comfortable furnishings with a sleeper sofa and 2 recliners.
There is a 55" smart tv, in case you just want to relax and watch your favorite movie or sports game. You may access the large balcony from here as well.
The oversized primary bedroom suite has a king bed, smart tv, walk in closet and luxury bedding. Sliding doors lead out to the large furnished balcony. The spa like bathroom has double vanities with granite countertops, and a large spacious rain shower.
You'll enjoy waterfront views with a cup of coffee in the morning while watching activity on the lake or relaxing in the evening watching serene sunsets. This is the perfect place to watch fireworks on holidays.

Beautiful condo and view of lake Hamilton! It was a perfect spot for us and our 2 kids. The pool was great and it was convenient to restaurants and other activities! We will definitely be back.

Very nice decor. Quiet area. Close to most attractions.Very thin walls throughout... essentially no privacy with anything louder than a whisper. Neighbors were very quiet so no issues from outside in.

Fantastic Condo. 2nd Time to stay
We loved this location so much in July, we booked our stay here for our Christmas getaway. Highly recommend this property. Beautiful condo, and contact with property mgr is very prompt

Great Stay!
Excellent newer property with a nice view. Nicely furnished/decorated and well stocked with all the essentials needed for a pleasant stay. The owner was very attentive to my needs. Would definitely recommend this property!

This place was exceptionally clean and beautiful. I hope future vacationers help to keep this place so clean and pretty!! Check in was so easy and the location on the lake was perfect. Hope to visit again soon!

Loved this condo!
This property was perfect for me and my husbands 30th Anniversary long weekend trip!! A beautiful place to stay and we loved the balcony! It has a very large open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living area so there is plenty of room for entertaining and hanging out!!

great condo in a great location
condo is brand new and nicely decorated. wonderful extra large balcony with plenty of seating and great views. has everything you need. host very easy to communicate with. would definitely stay again!!

Updated and spacious
Nicely updated condo with spacious rooms and balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. I would definitely stay here again if in the Hot Springs area.

Corvette Weekend October 2022
Beautiful property with stunning views of Lake Hamilton. This is a top notch condo and the property owner is super nice and very helpful. Condo is at Lookout Point very nice and quiet. Would love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a super nice place to stay.

Clean, comfortable and updated
We stayed here 8 days to enjoy the area, golf, relax, etc. The space was beautiful and just like the online pictures. It had everything we needed to make this our home base and cook most of our meals here. We would stay here again if we were coming back.
