Pros:House was very spacious and clean. Nice neighborhood, close to stores and food. Great outside area in the backyard for gatherings. Great communication between the owner when small issues arose (Internet connectivity issues or tv remotes not working)Cons: The house could use some updating, such as a brighter color scheme throughout, better lighting in all rooms. Better design and/or more furniture in the basement to make it not feel so empty and univiting. More towel(face/washcloths)availability, if all of our guest actually came there would not have been enough towels. We had to wash/dry them each night and re-use.

Lets start by saying it was spacious and slept 9 of us! When we got there, there were sheets and towels in the dryer soaking wet and smelled like mildew so bad! The master bed sheets were covered in hair we wouldnt even sleep in it had to strip the bed. When we contacted the host he asked us to rewash the smelly laundry that they left in the dryer, and we had to wash the master bedsheets but the washer door would not stay closed so the washer would not work properly! So we did not have clean sheets for our stay! The microwave, toaster, master bedroom tv did not work at all we had to hook up the living room tv for it to work! All the pans handles were falling apart! The couch was filthy and the back sliding doors had what looked like dog nose marks all over it just very poorly cleaned! Then to top it off when i reached out to him about all the appliances not working he informed me they were working before our arrival, but when you read his reviews multiple people say microwave, toaster and TV does not work! He was very rude and unprofessional at the end i would definitely never atay here again!

Perfect location for my daughter’s wedding between her home and venue and rehearsal. Kitchen was perfect and had a lot of amenities. The microwave didn’t work and the basement probably could use some fixing up but overall for what we were there for was perfect and I would stay there again with my family and their spouses.

BEWARE! We arrived to a filthy dirty rundown 81 house that we wouldn't stay in if it were free. We have been using VRBO for 30 years and never had an experience like this. We chose not to stay because it was so bad. We went to a hotel instead. The floors walls and windows were dirty. The furniture is old and dirty. The microwave is non-functioning. The downstairs bathroom had no working lights. The air conditioner only has two upstairs hallway registers to cool the entire house. To say it was appalling would be an understatement. And the smell....

Family getaway

We were very pleased overall with the home: cleanliness, location, amenities. The only disappointment was the landscaping crew working with their loud equiptment at 8 am, was hard to relax with my coffee and woke the kids up. Would recommend scheduling that when the house is not occupied.

We recently stayed at this property and found that while it met some of our needs, there were several drawbacks that made our experience less than ideal.On the positive side, the location was great for what we needed, and the home offered plenty of space to accommodate our larger family. It was relatively clean, and we appreciated having room to spread out.However, the property is very outdated and in noticeable disrepair. The microwave was unusable, the towel and toilet paper holders were broken, and the ceiling tiles in the basement were falling down. The backyard was a complete mess and not usable, which was disappointing. Additionally, communication from the host was lacking—I had to reach out for both arrival and departure instructions, which added unnecessary stress.Overall, while the space and location were convenient, the condition of the home and the lack of responsiveness from the host were major drawbacks. It's surprising this property has a high rating on VRBO—it didn’t live up to that expectation for us.

Host was responsive and helpful.But never had direct communication regarding check in or checkout. We had plenty of space for our group and the couch was comfortable. Backyard needs tlc. Half of the the patio chairs didn’t have cushions they other half didn’t seem safe to sit in. Broken toilet paper holder in the master, no sponges or dishcloths in the kitchen, toaster didn’t work. Mold in the shower in the master. The property is dated but with a little tlc could be much improved, as a group we had a wonderful visit

Large House

The house was big and convenient for our family to attend our brother's wedding at the Ken Caryl Vista. The downstairs rooms are massive, plenty of room for baby pack n plays or air mattresses.

Good locaton, next to no communication.

Overall, the stay was positive, but the homeowner never responded to me. I did ask before about finding the code to enter into the house and he did respond for that, but after asking about potentially leaving at a later time there was never any response. Overall, clean house, great amenities, perfect for my trip, just wish there was more communication.

Not 5 legal bedrooms! Ask for basement window photos!!

House is pending for sale. 2 basement bedroom are listed as "non-conforming". Look at review from 10/8. Dish TV's were not fixed (owner said he was not aware of issue). Toaster was broken. Kitchen baking pans were rusty. Light bulbs out in multiple areas. Outlets loose and not functioning. Mold in bathrooms. Many ceiling tiles water stained. Structural issues!! and GAS LEAKING from hot water heater line. DO NOT RENT!!

This house was pretty well described in previous reviews. Had the room we needed, comfortable beds and based on other reviews was about what I expected. Other reviews stated house needed some TLC this is true. Unfortunately the deck was pretty much unusable because chais were either broken or missing a cushion. 2 of the 4 TVs were not connected to anything making them unusable. We had issues with DishRV that can’t be blamed on the host. Toaster didn’t work and microwave door stopped latching. I don’t like being negative here because it met our overall needs. Just want the next person to know what may be an important issue for them.

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful and set up great gave us plenty of room to space out with multiple sitting rooms. The area was perfect none of us had any concerns we could walk the subdivision and feel safe. This house was in middle of everything we had to do.

Great house

Great house. Our check in time was 4pm but we didn’t get the code to the house until after 5pm when I finally contacted the property manager. We were stuck outside in the rain waiting on him to provide it. He also did not answer the phone number provided. Once he realized what was going on, he did update it quickly, but it was clear he forgot and never apologized.

Although this VRBO was in a great locations I would NOT recommend staying here. Our flights got in early so we asked to check in early. The host said his cleaners were there and he would message us back when it was ready. Four hours later and it was check in time so I asked if we could get in the house. He responded that we could and I immodestly asked for the access code. But he didn’t respond for an hour while we waited outside. We ended up having to go in through the backyard door which was wide open. He responded later that night to “check the app” but there were no check in or out instructions only after I called him did he add checkin instructions (this was hours after we had been in the house). Once we were in the house there were countless issues. (AC not working,half the outdoor furniture was unusable and broken, one basement room had a broken rocking chair in the corner and the other room smelled like weed ao bad that we were not able to sleep in it, there was pet hair everywhere, the drop down ceilingwas falling down, and the whole place seemed dirty). Again, I would NOT recommend this home. The only good thing was the location

Nice place but definitely needs some TLC

Overall house was comfortable. Lots of great space. Struggled with timely communications with owner (or maybe it was Vrbo site and how quickly messages are dumped in In Box?). Kept having to bug owner for info. Didn’t receive any checkout information until shortly before checkout time. Suggestions: Definitely recommend they have a binder/book or something in the house that is more clear on where things are, how things work, checkout instructions. Kitchen could use some serving bowls. Main bath shower needs looked at. Ceiling is cracked and breaking down in hallway area. Patio chairs are missing cushions.

70’s rambler near Red Rocks

Great location to Red Rocks. Ample space. Backyard is rocks that you can’t walk on. House is getting run down. Cracked ceilings, floors and broken vents. Nice manager and clean enough. Flash back to the 70’s

Not worth the money

We were very disappointed with how poorly the house was equipped. There was no place in n the house that had sufficient lighting to read. The kitchen had 4 cereal bowls in n a house for 10,no can opener, not a single dish towel, limited silverware. We replaced light bulbs in the basement the fixtures did not work so that bathroom was totally useless. The large patio was also useless as all 8 chairs were torn or had no cushions. The yard is dead grass and weeds. We won’t go back!

Great place to stay!

Multiple places to hangout if folks need some space or plenty of space in the open kitchen/dining/living-room area if everyone wants to be together. Quiet neighborhood with trails nearby. Close to 470 so very accessible to many activities.
