Second time staying at this place and probably always will be out go to when we come to Nashville! We loved staying here for my bachelorette weekend! The house had plenty of space, a cozy feel, and the deck with lights outside was such a nice touch. Check-in was super easy, and the host was amazing with communication; checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s also in a great location, less than 10 minutes from downtown and close to stores. Highly recommend!

Essentials, Quiet, Would Stay Again!

Van's house was as advertised: lovely deck, kitchen and bathrooms had essentials, it was very clean and not cluttered. We appreciated the ice in the freezer on those hot days! Van was quick to respond to my questions and accommodating. We would for sure stay again!

June trip

Very pleased with the house. Everything was cleaned and ready for us. The water pressure was great along with the hot water. We never once ran out of hot water with four people taking showers. Dishwasher was very convenient and had all the essentials for cooking. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay here with friends for a weekend reunion trip. The house was spacious and had everything we needed, and the back patio was a major plus. I woke up every morning to have coffee outside and enjoy some peace and quiet.

B Day Get Away

3 friends with 3 spouses made the trek from the big town of Canada (It’s a suburb of the States) Had an amazing weekend. Van was outstanding to deal with.

Great place.

Great place in a nice neighborhood. It was only 2.5 miles from the heart of downtown. Cool restaurants and close grocery store nearby. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Host was awesome with communication and everything was exactly as described. Would stay here again when visiting.

Nashville Bachelor Visit

The house was everything we could have wanted close to downtown Nashville. Has pretty easy access to the highway. The grill and backyard were a nice place to hang out and relax.

Nice clean home

We had a very nice stay. The location is centrally based which made it easy to get anywhere.The home was clean and inviting. Van was very helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed. The welcome folder really helped with giving us ideas for making our sray better.

We absolutely loved the location of this house! It was about less than 15 minutes from all of Nashvilles tourism places! Super clean, quick response from the host, we’d recommend to anyone!!

Perfect for a Girls Trip!

The house was very clean and all of us had more than enough room. The bunk bed was surprisingly comfortable and I slept great on it. We never waited more than 8 minutes for a Lyft driver.

Great Stay in Nashville

We stayed three nights at this cute house. The place was clean and well stocked, perfect for 4 adults. The location was convenient and easy to access. Van was communicative and helpful. Would definitely rent again!

Amazing stay

Van was over the top!! His customer service was spectacular. Very friendly and so easy to work with. We enjoyed the house immensely and so glad we opted for a VRBO vs a hotel We had relaxing family time and Uber was very easy and affordable to take to downtown. We would most definitely stay at this property again Van thank you so much!

What a wonderful place! Very clean. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. This place had everything we needed for a group of 6. We cooked breakfast in every morning and dinner in one night. About a 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway. Back porch was wonderful to have our breakfast on and play cards. I would highly recommend staying here. 3 minutes to a couple grocery stores. We will definitely come again!

Perfect for a guys’ trip

This property was perfect for getting together with my old buddies. Comfortable home and super convenient to the airport as well as downtown. Much better than sharing hotel rooms and didn’t cost much more.

This was a great property and the owner, Van, was fantastic to work with. He couldn't have made it any easier for us to stay, relax and enjoy. Would absolutely stay again!!
