Newly updated 1930s Montgomery home located in the heart of Historic Old Cloverdale allows you to be close to all the top historic attractions, restaurants and shops, while enjoying the peace and quiet of the historic neighborhood.
This charming 2 bedroom, 2 full bath home with central air and hardwood floors throughout has many modern amenities to assist with your every need.

We are a husband and wife team who do everything together. We have both worked in the hospitality industry and have traveled throughout the US and other countries. We enjoy providing services to our guests and want to make every experience in our home a fantastic one.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Our first time in the Montgomery area was during the pandemic and we stayed in a couple short-term rentals vs hotels and we were amazed at the type of homes that were available in the city and surrounding areas. We decided that the city would be a great place for a vacation home and decided to purchase and found this gem in Old Cloverdale. We spent months adding our special touch to the home and making the necessary updates. The original features of this home is what gives it character with the high ceilings and beautiful original floor to ceiling windows and molding throughout.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
This home has so many unique features, but the backyard with the large pecan tree is one of the main attractions of the home. When in season, our guests can enjoy picking pecans in the yard and catch a glimpse of the beautiful red cardinal that frequents our pecan tree. We have set up our home to provide convenience to any traveler, providing travelers with complementary coffee & assorted teas, washer and dryer with complementary laundry pods & dryer sheets, dish washer, complementary body wash, shampoo & conditioner and many other special items that we would want to have access to if we were traveling.
