Relax in a professionally decorated retreat and enjoy AMAZING VIEWS from the 7th floor beachfront balcony of one of the coolest family-friendly resorts in Panama City Beach- SPLASH! Splash 705W is a beautiful, comfortable, and clean condo that is thoughtfully updated throughout! The master bedroom has a king size bed, a SMART TV, and a spacious private bathroom. The hallway has a bunkbed with under-bed storage, a large wardrobe cabinet for extra storage space, and a second bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and a Keurig Duo. The living room has a 55 inch SMART TV, a recliner, and a queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. The laundry room has a full size front-loading washer & dryer. Keyless entry allows for immediate access upon arrival time and there is no room key to lose. Daily setup of two beach chairs w/ umbrella has already been paid for by owner for guests who stay between March and October ($50/day value). Free WiFi is available. There are also games, beach toys, extra beach chairs, a small cooler, and books available in the condo for guests to use during their stay. Most importantly, this condo is directly managed by the owner Andrea (AJSunsetProperty) so you will always receive prompt communication and personalized service! SPLASH is a fun family-friendly resort located directly on the beautiful “World Famous” sugar-white sand & clear turquoise water of Panama City Beach! It has set a new standard for family vacations by offering something for all ages including a children's waterpark, lil' tot splash pad, covered and uncovered pools, hot tub, fitness center, ping-pong, pool-side Bar & Grill (seasonal), a Coffee, Ice Cream & Donut Shop (seasonal) and gas grills available for use by guests. Resort "quiet hours" are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.. There is an Alvin's Island Beach Store with a Candy Shop conveniently attached to the large covered parking garage and accessible by a brightly decorated skywalk. SPLASH is located on the desirable, quieter West side of Panama City Beach, but is only 2 1/2 miles from Pier Park- PCB's premier attraction for shopping, dining & entertainment. For those looking for a slower paced shopping and dining experience, SPLASH is only about 7 miles to the start of Scenic Highway "30A".

A Rental Agreement will be required to be e-signed during the booking process. SPLASH requires a Registration Form listing all occupants and a one-time fee of $40 due upon arrival (which includes one parking pass & all armbands required for use of pools and other amenities). Signing guest must be at least 25 years old, provide Photo ID upon arrival, and be an occupant during the entire rental period. This condo is for FAMILIES and is NOT for College &/or High School Groups. NO parties allowed. NO pets or animals of any kinds allowed.

NO SMOKING in the condo, nor on the balcony, or anywhere on SPLASH property. Anyone doing so will face eviction by security, loss of all money (including security deposit) and will incur additional fines. Guest will be fully responsible for anything missing, damaged, permanently stained or if extensive cleaning and/or odor removal is needed upon checkout. A $350 Security/Damage Deposit is required and will automatically be placed as a hold (not a charge) on the credit card before arrival and will be released upon guest departure after confirmation of no damage, missing items, or need for extensive cleaning.

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. (Central time). If the housekeeper finishes early, guest will be contacted about early check-in. Check-out is strictly at 10 a.m.(Central time). The door code will be sent 24-48 hours prior to arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are booking through a 3rd party booking site (such as VRBO/Airbnb/TripAdvisor/etc.) rather than booking with AJSunsetProperty directly, the "Service Fee" that you are charged comes directly from the booking company for using their platform and is not a fee from me.
