Splash Resort Condominium on Panama City Beach is a luxury gulf-front condominium perfect for families.
The fun starts at the sky-walk entrance and continues with family-friendly features like the arcade and mini-bowling alley. Two unique, bi-level pools stretch across the entire ground level, looping, swirling splashing underneath you.
A second beach-view pool occupies one side while the other is a kid-ready water theme park complete with waterpark-like slides, waterfalls and bucket loads of even more water as well as a jacuzzi.
Our Unit is complete with granite countertops, high-end appliances and so much more.

This 1 bedroom 2 bathroom unit sleeps 6 guests perfectly. The master bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen Tv, a closet, and access to the private master bathroom. The master bathroom has a unique sink layout and a garden tub perfect for a relaxing bubble bath. Tucked off in the hallway is bunk beds perfect for the kiddos! The guest bathroom has a standard layout with a glass stand up shower. The living room has a sofa that doubles as a pullout bed, a lounge chair, a flat screen TV and access to your private balcony with beautiful view of the sandy beach. The kitchen is stocked with white appliances and has everything you may need to cook a great meal.

Look out over the emerald waters and the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico as you relax and enjoy our new upscale condominium! We have discounted our rates $100's off the on site management set prices! Splash, is a unique resort on the west end of Panama City Beach. The west end of the beach is much less congested with easy access to back beach road bypassing traffic. Splash is loaded with amenities the entire family will love, all overlooking the gulf. Toddlers can run through fountains on a padded surface (gated area.) Kids will love the Splash interactive water playground with a splash bucket and water toys. Don't forget the arcade and work out facility also with ceiling to floor view of the water.

Stay went well. Not really issues, but 1.there was NO storage for clothes in master Bedroom.2. Master bedroom mattress and box springs needs replaced. They had had it. But over all I would give it 5 stars.

Views of the Gulf of America were beautiful from our balcony. My family and I enjoyed seeing the sunrises and sunsets and watching the aquatic life as well. This condo is on the east side (left tower) floor 12 so while still a ways up not too terrible on height. Overall very clean and well kept with the only minute issue of a light being out above the guest shower. Pretty busy during our stay the first week of June with mainly family and kidos just like us. Traffic was busy the closer to Pier Park you got but not so much near the Splash, usually you could navigate around it. Plenty of things to do if you want something different than the beach for a few days.

Fun Vacation Spot

Condo is well-kept and worked well for our group of six. It has a 12th floor balcony view of the ocean. Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Easy access to the beach. The kitchen was great for breakfast and lunch prep. Location was easy drive to lots of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed having the free beach chair service
just make sure you go early to reserve a seat!! Would recommend and would stay here again!

Took a short Spring Break here. Room was clean, resort property was in good shape. Great beach access. Amazing view from the deck. The weather wasn't ideal, so it was great to have the Splash Area and heated pools. Highly recommend.

Nice beach view

We had a pleasant time at our condo here! It was the most beautiful view of the ocean front that I’ve witnessed. I loved the being high for that reason, but a few mornings it was 30 min to an hour wait to take the elevator out because it was full of people trying to check out or check in. If it weren’t for that reason then it would have been perfect. My bed was very comfortable and my kids enjoyed having the bunk beds and pull out couch. I would say they need more towels available but we did have washer so we used that! I think it was very fun, and nice place to stay!

First time visitor to Splash - was very impressed!

This was our first visit to Splash Resort and we were very impressed. The staff was very friendly, our unit (really the whole complex) was very clean, and the view of the ocean was beautiful. We had one small issue with the refrigerator/freezer (someone had turned the freezer to the coldest setting and it had frozen the water line = no ice; sounds like a design flaw in my opinion) Raj was quick to call Splash Maintenance which helped to diagnose the problem. One small detail that really stood out to me was the abundance of luggage carts available to use! I'm used to going on a hunt for these carts come time to check out (especially during Spring Break) but there were probably 30 carts available at all times! The kids loved all of the different pools (at least 5 of them that I saw) and the beach was clean and not over-crowded. Definitely a great place to visit!

Everything was “okay”

We love Splash and have stayed there multiple times. Great resort. This particular room was nothing fancy. I’ll say first that the bed in the bedroom was amazingly comfortable. The furniture in the living room was old and worn. Balcony furniture was very basic and minimal. The shelf in the fridge shattered when I sit a 2 liter of Pepsi on it and the other shelves in the door were cracked. The room as a whole needs a major upgrade. The worst part, which isn’t as much about the room itself, was that when we got there the room was not clean. My youngest son has many severe food allergies that he is airborne and contact reactive to, so you can imagine my horror when we walked in and saw the counters, tables and floor in the living room covered in food crumbs. As soon as I stepped into the kitchen my shoe slipped on something chocolate and it smeared on the floor (that happened twice). We called the property manager (I never complain, ever, but I’m confident in saying the living room and kitchen were “picked up” at best and not fully cleaned). They did send someone over but I had already spent my first hour there cleaning because I was too scared to wait. The lady that came was very nice and wasn’t typically a cleaner but did go around cleaning things that were missed by the original cleaner. Overall I would not book this room again

I returned from this vacation 2 nights ago and I'll summarize the pros and cons below. My wife and I brought our kids to this resort specifically because it had pool access if the beach was too cold. Pros: Easy entry upon arrival and check in. Outdoor pools were heated and had both sun and shade options. Full size fridge and stove. Beautiful view from balcony of water/beach including sunset. 2 brand new Weber grills on East building ground level. Everyone visiting had kids so nobody partied late or was loud. The bunk beds in the wall were great for the kids to sleep. Keyless entry so you didn't have to worry about losing a key. Proximity to Pier park and surrounding attractions. The beach chairs included in the rental were very nice to have included. The dvd player had Netflix, Amazon, MLB, etc. Cable was also nice for downtime. Ensuite bathroom was great. Cost was reasonable. Laundry was in room. Owner answered questions honestly and timely. Elevator worked quickly and wasn't hard to catch. Cons: Balcony furniture was in rough shape to the point where it was almost unusable. Toilet was running when we got there. When both balcony and front door were open at same time, the fire alarm went off. Cons not related to owner: Security guard is wannabe cop. He was giving bracelets to random people. He didn't allow parents to go on the slides with their kids. Drinking alcohol on the pool deck was allowed if he was in a good mood. The kids pool wasn't heated. There was a rat more than once an the pool deck near the grass. Staff didn't believe it when it was addressed. The main manager didn't care and dismissed concerns from other visitors. The beach access in the middle of the towers is public beach access and anyone can enter. Overal​ the trip was enjoyable for my family. The owner of this property was easy to deal with. The room was big enough to accommodate 2 adults and 4 kids if you needed to. If I were to do it again I would: Bring my own frying pan, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, cooking utensils and lawn chair for the balcony. I hope my review helps you and you family make an informed decision when exploring vacation options on a budget.

We stayed at the Splash Resort for the first time last week of August, and it was fantastic. The condo was perfect, and everything was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils and dishes we needed. The beds were really comfortable. The view of the sea is breathtaking. A big advantage is that we had included with the condo two sun loungers and an umbrella on the beach. The only downside is that the water in the pools was quite cold, so our 4-year-old son didn't want to swim in the pool and preferred to go to the sea. While we were there, there was never a long wait for the elevator. Overall, a great resort and we will definitely come back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to PCB and to Splash, and we will not be returning. The unit was ok, there were several issues that FourStar addressed and fixed immediately. I was very impressed by FourStar! The unit had everything we needed and a gorgeous view! There were stains on the couch and unsightly bug traps left out in the open. It’s the Splash property and PCB itself that we aren’t impressed with. There was trash everywhere, kids in the adult only hot tub, and people without armbands. I never saw a Splash employee and therefore no one to enforce the rules. For such a beautiful place, it’s very disheartening to see it trashed.

Loved our Stay!

This unit was perfect for our family of 4. With two small children the bunk beds worked out great, and we felt the unit was overall spacious! The property was very kid friendly. We appreciated the included beach chairs/umbrellas. This unit had great amenities, washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc. We would love to come stay again! So many wonderful memories and photos to take home with us!
