The newly-installed air-conditioning upstairs will also ensure the stays cool despite how warm it is outside. Step out to the wraparound deck and you will see how truly special this getaway is with multiple tables to lounge at and a private hot tub to soak sore hiking legs in under the colors of the sunset each evening. If you feel like venturing out a bit, this community offers shared tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, and plenty of walking/biking paths to explore the area. Not to mention, each night can end with a warm homecooked meal prepared in the full kitchen!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
