Broadmoor 503 Steps to the beach! Come make lasting memories!

5th Floor (503) new luxuriously furnished with upgrades galore. Very roomy 1450SF with 2BR, 2 Baths; Master has a king and includes a relaxing lounging space with large windows to enjoy watching the dolphins. Master bathroom has a large en-suite with an oversized walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two full size beds, plus its own bathroom. There are flat screen tv's in the bedrooms and in the living room. The sofa bed has a gel memory foam mattress for added comfort.

State of the art kitchen fully equipped with all main and small appliances, and a filter coffee maker. Separate wet bar with ice maker, 6 seat dining area and 3 barstools.

Broadmoor is a low-density boutique building with only 60 units where you can relax on the beautiful sugar white sands, dip in the pool, sauna, or hot tub with no long waits. Steps to the beach!
Pickle ball, tennis court, shuffleboard and corn hole onsite. Bring your PB paddles and tennis racquets/balls.

We stayed here for our anniversary and absolutely loved it! The condo was gorgeous!! Super clean, beautifully decorated, and right on the beach. It was also just a short drive to great restaurants and local spots. Everything about it was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We truly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be coming back!

Perfect getaway!!!

We wanted a place to relax but also be close enough to restaurants and shopping. We got everything we wanted and more at this condo. It was beautifully decorated, everything was in perfect working order, and the beds were so comfortable. We hope to definitely be back!!!

Wiscos Florabama stay!

The unit was clean and the kitchen is fully stocked with all you could ask for in cooking and storage items. The owners and property manager were very responsive to all questions we had. Kudos to them!! The location is just a short distance to a lot of activities in Orange Beach, AL. The location is also not by a lot of other highrises, so it is not as busy as other locations on the blvd.

Absolutely wonderful!

We had the best time. The condo was beautifully decorated. We couldn’t have been more comfortable. This was by far one of the most equipped condos we have ever stayed in. The host was very responsive when booking. We will definitely be booking again!

Outstanding accommodation

Great experience. Beautiful condominium with all the amenities. Beautiful beach views. Only minor issue was that a parking was not included with the booking. However, I would definitely stay here again....

Condo was great, but facility bldg, parking lot, elevators was dirty, we saw roaches & mice, we saw the cleaning personnel only 1 time in the entire week we stayed there.... should keep the service much better since we also pay for it

Great unit! Clean and up to date with fully stocked kitchen, a couple beach chairs provided, but you need to bring your own beach towels which is hard when flying. We left a few beach toys/floaties and umbrella we purchased while there. Quiet beach with wonderful views.Communication was great! I had a few questions during our stay and got a response quickly! They (condominium HOA) have tennis, shuffleboard and pickleball courts which are fairly new but they only supply shuffleboard equipment. One of the questions I had was where to find the pickleball equipment, which the owner agreed the listing needed some updating. A week or so after we returned home the owner of our unit contacted me to let me know they supply them in their unit now! On the VRBO listing it states check-out time is 11am but when you receive your final booking info/instruction on how to get in etc. it states check-out is 10am with no exceptions.Overall, we loved our stay at The Broadmoor and will definitely be back!!

Not a reputable property manager, Debbie. Unclean upon arrival.

Upon arrival, the condo was not clean. Several photos show left over alcohol bottles, unclean sheets and poorly made beds. Candy was found around living room. Leftover ziplock bags in the bathroom and makeup supplies in the main bathroom. There was also a piece of driftwood holding up a piece of wall in the main closet.Debbie, the property manager verified our stay until June 21st (as is listed on our rental contract). On the morning of the 20th, Debbie called my husband and told him she had double booked the condo and we had to leave within two hours. I was not awake yet and there was no way we could pack up in 2 hours as we still had clothes in the washing machine and groceries in the fridge. She gave us a few more hours to pack but did not offer any reimbursement or an additional place to stay. She double booked us even when she verified with us the day before we had the condo for another day. She made the mistake and held us accountable for error. We will inform potential visitors (through all media possible) our unacceptable experience and demand to depart a day early. We will also explore further legal action.As a side note, the property owner has a beautiful condo and provides great amenities. The unacceptable service lands in the hands of the property manager, Debbie, and the cleaning service.

Nice getaway spot

We were very pleased overall with our choice of staying in this condo with just a couple minor exceptions. We were not told up front that this particular condo has went to $50 per car parking. This was disclosed after payment was made. The parking garage is very tight if you have an SUV because of the posts. Two nights, after paying to park there, we had to park outside of the garage because there weren’t any open spots. Just wanted you to be aware of this situation. The other we managed to deal with but wish we had known. We were traveling with elderly parents 86/84 years old. The beds are unusually high. They had trouble getting up into them. The spare would be more comfortable without the bunk beds but we realize they do this so you can fit more people. No closet in the spare. The master is divine!!! So spacious and was great to have a quiet spot to be alone when we needed. The bathrooms are newly renovated and are two showers which is extremely hard to find on a rental. The beach is a short walk compared to a lot of other places. The pool was very nice although not heated. Despite the parking and high beds we would still rent this property again. Just would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Construction ongoing

This unit was fine but walking through the construction zone and hearing the loud noise from the sandblasting all day, everyday was really unpleasant. I would steer clear of Broadmoor until after the construction is completed.

Interrupted paradise!

There was construction going on. Workers started at 7 am and didn’t finish until 5! Pool was closed due to the construction. We were not told this was going on! There was NO WAY you could spend anytime in the room while the Jack hammering was going on! So when it rained it was awful! My husband also had to spend 2 hours in the room waiting on a delivery person for a new refrigerator! He ended up having to go to our truck and get tools to help the man so he could get back to the beach ! This was awful! We were told we would have money refunded because of all this….still waiting on that!

We loved our condo but was not told the building was still being repaired from the last storm. Deck was a mess, pool was closed. We were not happy. Got a portion of money back for inconvenience. We would book again there.

We owned this unit for 30+ years and we were thrilled to find it was available to rent. The unit is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable! New owners did a fantastic job with the updates and new decor! You won’t find a more peaceful, beautiful stretch of beach anywhere! We can’t wait to go back!

Contact Before Booking

Good Notes: The condo itself was amazing. Pretty, stylish, great area. Poor Service: Check In was at 4, they did not get done “cleaning” until 5:30 pm. Dishwasher was left full from previous stay. There was no detergent provided, per the rental agreement to follow checkout requests. We didn’t receive our checkin information and checkout requirements until 7 am the day of our checkin l, after multiple attempts at contacting the manager. Awful: Parking Pass was $40, the garage parking is very limited with very tight spaces. They are currently doing construction on the balconies with no end in sight. It started at 8 am and ended at 5 pm every single day. It was constant Jack hammering that sounded like they would come through the walls. We found out about that the day of our check in as well. The pool was not open and did not look anywhere close to being finished. On a brighter note, my husband and I left our kids at home this time and we were able to make the best of our trip and had a great time! I would not bring small children who require naps or enjoy a pool until the construction is finished.

Fantastic Condo and Stay!

We had a great time at Broadmoor 503! The unit is very well appointed and we had everything we needed. The condo is decorated perfectly and we felt very much at home and comfortable. The ice machine at the bar is a life saver for the trips to the beach! Debbie was very accessible, helpful, and took care of all our needs. Highly recommended! We can't wait to go back!

Nice place

The pictures were accurate. The condo was clean, well decorated, well appointed and comfortable. The location was peaceful right on a beautiful stretch of beach without a crowd. We were quite disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed for construction and it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. The only other suggestion would be streaming devices on the televisions and instructions to purchase a parking pass. Overall we had a good experience and liked the property. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice stay

We had a great time during our stay. The location was great and the unit itself was just as described. At the time of our stay (7/2021) the building was undergoing construction to the exterior. My daughters softball team was playing in gulf shores for their yearly World Series tournament so the construction/ noise didn’t really bother us since we were hardly there during the day. Other than that the unit was lovely! Would book again if available for our next visit.
