Waterfront w/ Seasonal Dock! (Rendezvous Retreat)

Enjoy this beautiful north end home with deep water dock access! Rendezvous Retreat
Dock is not present beginning in September/October due to season change and extreme weather. Contact the office for specific dates of dock access. Dock is typically available from Mid-May through Mid-September, depending on weather and tides. Dock timing is not guaranteed.
This private, 3-bedroom house is the perfect getaway for boaters and those who just want to relax and enjoy the island.
The primary Queen bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom located on the main level. The second Queen bedroom also has an en suite bathroom and is located on the main level. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and is located upstairs along with a powder room.

There are two living areas, one with a Smart TV and the other, adjacent to the kitchen, and it is the perfect space to relax and enjoy the view of the water. The kitchen is fully equipped to make a great family meal or simply enjoy morning coffee.

Located on the north end of San Juan Island, near Roche Harbor, this is the perfect space for a family or a few couples.
The anchored, deep-water dock will provide access to boats 35 feet or less, so come and enjoy your stay at Rendezvous Retreat while boating through the San Juans.

*Anchored, deep water dock. Dock is pulled and stored most of the Fall/Winter months due to extreme weather. Dock availability is typically between Mid- May through Mid-September, depending on weather and tides. Dock timing is not guaranteed. Please contact office during Fall/Winter/Spring months with questions about bringing a boat.
*One boat per reservation not to exceed 35ft.
*No shore power.
*Sleeping on the boat is not permitted.
*No beach access or swimming due to strong tides.
*This home is located at the end of a long dirt/gravel driveway with occasional potholes.
* This is a Non-Smoking property.

Please be advised, yard maintenance may occur during your stay.

The internet / Wi-fi at this house should be sufficient for streaming video, phone calls, remote work and video conferencing.

Beautiful space

Very nice property close to Roche Harbor. A short, well maintained dirt road leads you to the house. The steps up and down to the dock was a great little workout. Was able to launch our kayaks directly from the dock and enjoy the water around the bay. House was appropriately stocked and had all the provisions needed

Idealic island getaway

This stunningly situated property was perfect for a peaceful island stay. The home was comfortable with plenty of room for four adults. Two in one queen, one in the other, and one in the full bunk bed. It is situated to enjoy the spectacular views from all living areas. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook including decent knives. The dock was in place so we went down there to enjoy our morning coffee and enjoy the king fisher , eagles, and seals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Cozy Stay

The house location is gorgeous! The views upon walking into the house are even better than pictured online. We enjoyed just gazing out the window at the beauty, and being able to walk on the dock was icing on the cake. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials and then some, and laundry room was above and beyond and all the beds were cozy with warm duvets. Super clean too. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Phenomenal house

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The view is spectacular, and the property is tranquil. We stayed here as two families with two children under 2 years old, and the setup was perfect. The kitchen was well appointed, the house was clean, and the host was very responsive. Thank you and we will be back!

I loved the bedrooms are so far from each other but still two on the main floor both come with bathrooms right off of them with access from the hallway and also bedroom. The view is gorgeous and changes throughout the day and the property makes you feel like you’re out in the woods I loved staying here

Weekend getaway with the boat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 2 nights with 6 adults for a weekend on the water shrimping and fishing. The dock was very convenient although the stairs up to the property were very steep (to be expected in this area). Nice deck, beautiful sunsets, and nice common areas. Each bedroom had their own private bathroom which was nice. I would like to see some full curtains in the master bedroom as anyone walking from the truck to the front door could easily see into the room, and the queen beds are pretty worn out. Overall though, it was a nice place to stay and I will be coming back

Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Rendezvous, and booking with SJPM is a no-brainer...everyone there is so kind and friendly, and will go out of their way to help! Rental was clean and well-stocked and we saw a pod of orcas right outside the house!

Reviewer Comments: We did adventure everyday, but enjoyed the views when we were at the houseFirst bedroom bed okay, second bedroom mattress needs replacing, absolutely horribleKitchen organization a mess, you take had to look in every drawer and cupboard because items weren't grouped together.All cupboards full so no where to put groceriesCleaning crew could amp up their attention to details in kitchen cabinets and drawersTelescope we just put away in the corner as it's in the middle of the living room and it's not high qualitySince animal, maybe raccoon, chewed off the bungee cord to outdoor trash can and made a terrible mess of the bags of garbage which was painful to clean up, we kept it in the laundry room after that. A maintenance worker showed up while we were out one day without notification. He told us he came to fix the stairs but then had to leave after we came back because he didn't have the material to repair it. Sort of weird because he came out there without being prepared?Doors need magnets because they don't stay openNo area or room to store shoes where you're supposed to take off as you enter. No entry wayWe used dining room for shoes coats etcOne tiny TV in living room, Wi-Fi spottyWe loved the use of washer dryerWe tried sweeping up after ourselves, no dust panBaking pans super rusty, long overdue for being replaced.Ended up just being okay

WE LOVED IT!

We stayed at this lovely spot for 2 nights and 3 days. It was impeccably clean and totally stocked with everything you would need for your stay. The views alone are a reason to stay there. The backdrop you get of the water and all the wildlife ,which come to say hello is breathtaking. We were able to say hello to a sea otter on the dock and good morning to the deer as they passed through the yard. The beds were comfortable as well as all the furniture in the home. If you forget something, no need to worry, the house is so well stocked for your stay, you will most likely find what you need. We would definitely stay there again as we enjoyed our time so much.. You are far away, so the wifi service is slow, but we enjoyed this, as we were there to get away from our phones and spend time together. They had plenty of games for kids and families to enjoy and a grill out back. The back yard at night is great for staring at the stars and enjoying a glass of wine. We also appreciated the owners did not leave a long list of chores for us to complete upon check out. We have a stayed in many places who charge a considerable feel and then ask us to do a list of chores as well. Here, we just needed to take out the trash and put a load in the washer. It was nice to have the owners respect the amount of money they ask for cleaning and not put this on us. The island is small enough that you are close proximity to everywhere. I think from where we stayed to the south end ,it was about 45 minutes. Overall, you can tell the hosts truly care about the people staying there and their comfort level. You can also tell this is a home well loved and cared for by the owners. We will definitely come again. We had such a lovely time. Things to consider ( which didn't bother us, but in case you were wondering): -no full curtains on bedroom windows, which makes for an early rise if the sunlight wakes you up. -loose middle board on the dock, so be mindful if you bring children down to take in the view -check in is not till 4pm

Waking up to the phenomenal views every morning was such a beautiful way to start the day. The weather was wonderful and we enjoyed walking the property and going down to the dock every day. The home was very comfortable, and the only negative was the coffee maker/pot was too small. Highly recommend Rendezvous Retreat!
