Situé à Mitchell Bay, Hoeppner's Vista est en face de Snug Harbor Resort, cette propriété est parfaitement située pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis qui cherchent à profiter du Westside de l'île de San Juan et de toute sa générosité. Les baleines fréquentent Open Bay qui est à seulement 5 minutes en bateau du rivage de galets de la propriété. Apportez votre bateau de pêche ou louez-en un à Roche Harbor car vous êtes juste au coin de la pêche au saumon et du crabe d'été. Le quai peut amarrer des bateaux à moteur jusqu'à 40 pieds ou des voiliers jusqu'à 50 pieds.
Les invités sur le bateau comptent pour l'occupation maximale.

Le niveau principal a un plan d'étage spacieux et ouvert afin d'inviter tout le monde à la conversation tout en profitant d'une vue imprenable sur le coucher de soleil spectaculaire. La cuisine entièrement équipée, avec ses comptoirs ouverts, offre un espace spacieux pour déguster du crabe frais ou des huîtres de Westcott Bay (Westcott Bay Oyster Farm est à seulement 10 minutes en voiture de la maison).(Veuillez noter que cette maison ne convient pas aux fêtes ou aux grands rassemblements car elle est située dans un quartier calme.)

Le salon au rez-de-chaussée offre une grande télévision à écran plat avec un réseau Dish qui est adjacent à une cheminée électrique à l'ambiance chaleureuse avec un affichage de la couleur.

La chambre King California au rez-de-chaussée avec salle de bain attenante offre une vue spectaculaire sur l'eau, tout comme les deux chambres queen de niveau inférieur qui partagent une salle de bain 3/4. Le rez-de-chaussée dispose également d'un deuxième salon avec une télévision à écran plat. Le canapé-lit est situé dans l'espace de vie principal à l'étage.

Profitez d'un verre au coucher du soleil sur le pont avec des sièges pour 6. La vue englobe le Snug Harbor Resort, l'île Henry et l'île de Vancouver au loin.

Hiking all over the island. Enjoyed the beautiful coastal scenery and spent quality time with my son

Beautiful art deco house with beach access. Very comfortable on 2 floors with beautiful ocean views and sunsets. It had all amenities that I needed. Clean, in a very good location. I will used it again.

Fantastic San Juan boat vacation

Two families took a 30' boat from Everett, moored at the dock, and took day trips. House was perfect for the 6 of us. Fantastic views, clean, huge kitchen with prep kitchen/butler pantry, quiet, peaceful. We loved the mid century decor, too. We will definitely be back!

BEAUTIFUL home in a great location!

We rented this home with my mother, my spouse and our 3 kids. It is an absolutely gorgeous home. We loved all the big windows and patio. The only downside was some minor uncleanliness with dishes - we had to rewash about 80% of the dishes as they were visibly dirty. I informed the property manager and they provided fair compensation for that. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To start with this is the best place you could stay on San Juan Island. This was our 4th year and we hope to stay there many more times in the future. That said there are a few things that would be great if they could be upgraded. Starting with the deck outside the master bedroom, there is a cracked board that if you didnt see it and stood on it you might go through. The deck furniture is aged and the wooden table has no finish, fortunately I brought a tablecloth or it would would be smelling like crab for the next renter. They did replace the stools and are very nice. Overall it is a great place if you have a boat and want to enjoy the water. The view is amazing and for the most part the house is fine. Nothing fancy but thats not what you are paying for

Great View, Tired House - Look Elsewhere

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent 3 nights at this property and appreciated the great view. However, the house shows it’s age and overall feels very tired. We noticed the windows were dirty as soon as we walked in, overshadowing the great view. The furnishings throughout the house (couches, tables, lighting fixtures, etc) seemed very worn and dated, which did not give us the experience of “relax you’re home” vibes we get from other rental properties (including those from SJPM).The hot water from the faucets had a stink the entire weekend, which made showering very unpleasant and prompted us to use bottled water for brushing teeth, drinking, etc. In the lower level of the home, there was unfinished work particularly missing baseboards on one side of the common room with patches of mismatched paint on the wall, which gave an impression that this house wasn’t fully maintained.The electrical outlets on one wall of the mater bedroom simply did not work. This included the light switches themselves as well as the outlets, which made for an awkward experience, particularly as lighting was very poor at nighttime. The screen door to the patio fell off the track, and we had no luck getting it back on. Just another example of the house feeling poorly maintained/inspected by the owner/SJPM. Overall, we were very disappointed in this house If you don’t mind an old house which is not very inviting but has a great view, this would fit the bill ideally for a spring/summer vacation. Otherwise, there are plenty of nicer options at this price range with great views.

Cool house but was not clean upon arrival

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had a great set up and we loved the view and the foosball table. The tv was tricky to navigate and Netflix was in another language. The worst part however was that the house was not clean. Hairs and a personal shampoo bottle in the shower. The downstairs bathroom floor was dirty. Plates were wet and /or dirty. Our daughter went to sleep in the downstairs bed and it was full of sand. And the most disgusting part of all was someone’s fake eyelashes stuck to a bedside lamp. I was too repulsed to remove them. Considering the large cleaning fee charged I would expect a clean house. We would not stay in this house again and would think twice about other rentals on the island if using the same cleaners.

Great location, but the house is falling apart the and the amenities are poor

The views were definitely the saving grace! Otherwise, the property is quite challenged. It felt like nearly everything was falling apart. The bar stools and kitchen table chairs were broken, the master toilet moved when you sat on it, the outside balcony felt like it could break if you leaned on it. The showers were small marine like showers, the bathroom towels were old and moldy, the toiletries were cheap, and there was no Kleenex. The kitchen lacked the basics and there is not a grocery store nearby. Overall, the quality was extremely disappointing for the very expensive price tag.

Fun time on San Juan island!

A Waterfront Hideaway

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this location, visiting Friday Harbor daily and Roche Harbor and Lime Kiln each once. The drives were all easy and scenic. The sunsets were beautiful, though the sun through the windows was rather hot in the late afternoon. Still, lots of cool air came off of the water and, with open windows, we were able to cool it down before too long. Everything was comfortable but there were a lot of extra light switches for some reason so we spent a good amount of time trying to figure out which ones did anything and how to turn on and off certain lights. We also had a problem with odors in the fridge but didn't tell property management about it until our last day. They did promise to deep clean before the next guest. Overall, it was a relaxing trip and we always appreciate the professionalism and hard work of San Juan Property Management.

The dock has been replaced recently and it is really nice. The house is comfortable, and the views are amazing! The only negative that we could come up with is that the coffee pot takes 25 minutes to brew a pot of coffee! Besides that, we look forward to many more visits at Heoppner’s Vista!

Clean and spacious with everything in the right place. Lots of seating room in the great room. Extremely clean, no cobwebs in the corners. Hotel-quality linens. It's the perfect place for a family vacation.
