Profitez de cette plage privée située à l'ouverture de la baie Mitchell sur le côté ouest de l'île de San Juan. Cette maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains est parfaite pour les familles ou quelques couples qui souhaitent se détendre et profiter de la vie insulaire. REMARQUE: DÈS MAINTENANT JUSQU'AU PRINTEMPS 2020, IL Y AURA UN SITE DE CONSTRUCTION ACTIF À PROXIMITÉ DE LA PORTE DE CETTE PROPRIÉTÉ. LA CONSTRUCTION SERA MINIMALE À NON EXISTANTE PENDANT L'ACTION DE GRÂCE, NOËL ET NOUVELLES ANNÉES.

A l'étage comprend un lit queen size, une chambre avec lits superposés avec 3 lits superposés (6 couchages) et une salle de bain 3/4. Le rez-de-chaussée a une cuisine entièrement meublée, une grande salle et un coin repas. De plus, au rez-de-chaussée se trouve la 2e chambre avec un lit queen et une salle de bain complète. Il y a un barbecue extérieur, une grande terrasse avec de nombreux sièges donnant sur Open Bay et l'île de Vancouver.

La maison est idéalement située et à proximité de Roche Harbor et Friday Harbor. Very clean, was as shown in the pictures, well maintained. Beds were comfortable and the whole place was very relaxing. The view is amazing and we saw otters, seals and lots of birds. Hope to visit this one again.

House was very clean and in a quiet area. The view was amazing and the house felt very homey which was nice on the days we were stuck indoors due to weather. Matresses were very comfortable, we slept very well here!

Perfect for visiting family

We invited my nephew and his family to visit us on San Juan but our circumstances changed and I needed to find alternate housing for them. Having them in the Open Bay Beach was the perfect answer. They had a fabulous time and take away great memories of their visit.

Beautiful location

This was a beautiful location to stay at. The only thing we wished for was bigger beds. The internet was not reliable so working while visiting wouldn’t be possible, but with the views you wouldn’t want to work anyway. Beautiful home. The house was very clean and the location was very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Great time, visited English Camp. Hiked to to scenic overlook about 1.7 miles. Great local food, celebrated my youngest’s 30th bd at Duck Soup. Saw 2 whales right off the properties beach! It was a great yomdd we with family.

The listing is spot on. Beautiful scenery and very peaceful. Easy to put out kayak in from the beach. Nice gravel beach, easy access. It would be nice if there was a privacy hedge planted between the neighbors. One of the neighbors is the owner of the unit. Overall great stay.

Great getaway

We had a fantastic time. The house was clean, well laid out and had the most spectacular views. It was awesome to just walk down a few steps to beach. Even though we shared the beach with the house next door, we had the place to ourselves and our kids could have played in the rocks and explored the tide pools for hours. We can’t wait to come back in the summer and enjoy the deck and sunnier weather!

We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at Open Bay Beach. The home had central air previously, but with the cooler temperatures on San Juan Island in the waterfront homes it was deemed unnecessary. We have since updated the listing, and we apologize for the amenity list not being updated with that detail before your stay. Hopefully the cool breeze off the Bay was enough to keep your stay cool and comfortable.

My son enjoyed the basketball court. We picked kale and strawberries from the garden to have with dinner one night. We had a visiting seal and even saw orcas from the deck one night. The only downside is the internet isn't very reliable or fast, but that's probably an island wide issue. I wouldn't depend on this internet if you were needing to work remotely while visiting.

Fantastic Location

The location really can't be beat. The beach is at your door, and its lovely. Convenient to Wescott, Roche, Lime Kiln, Mount Young and Grant, and the Alpacas. Town is just twenty minutes. One oddity: there were just four of us so the upstairs bathroom layout wasn't an issue. However, if there were another couple in the second bedroom upstairs, they would have to pass through the other upstairs bedroom when gong to use the bathroom. Should be a hallway with a door into the main bedroom. Great place though!
