Cette maison récemment rénovée située sur le Westside de San Juan Island est l’évasion idéale pour les groupes ou les couples désirant se détendre et profiter de ce que l’île a à offrir.

La maison de 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains située près de Smugglers Cove est le répit idéal pour vos vacances sur l'île. La cuisine gastronomique récemment rénovée comprend 2 fours, des comptoirs en pierre, un réfrigérateur en acier inoxydable et des ustensiles de cuisine bien approvisionnés.

La chambre principale située à l'étage principal dispose d'un lit king size tout neuf et d'une vue grandiose sur l'eau. La chambre principale au rez-de-chaussée offre également une vue sur l'eau. Ces deux chambres partagent une salle de bain complète.

Le rez-de-chaussée abrite une chambre lit queen-size privée et bien aménagée avec salle de bains privative.

Une escapade parfaite pour quelques couples ou une petite famille avec des enfants plus âgés. Les familles avec de jeunes enfants doivent faire preuve de prudence avec ce secteur riverain élevé.

The best thing about this place is the view. The house was very dark and the utensils needed washed before using. The BBQ had issues, but it was still a nice place because the location was ideal. We saw a hump back whale, a family of otters, and a couple of foxes so it was a nice trip.
San Juan County Park is only about 5 minutes away and the view is amazing. We saw whales and a fox here and we ate and played scrabble here. It rained a little, but there is a covered area. So fun!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This mid-century home has windows galore in every room of the house with spectacular views of the Haro Strait. We saw several Dall's porpoises, we saw harbor seals nearly every day, untold sightings of eagles, and the peacefulness was incredible. For the bird lovers there is also a bird feeder with seed onsite, and it's a birder's paradise! We took a kayaking trip with Crystal Seas (HIGHLY recommended) and paddled past the house, which was cool - we got to see it from both directions! There was plenty of room for our family of six. This property is close to Lime Kiln Park and Snug Harbor and only a few minutes away from Friday Harbor. If being on the west side is important to you, I'm not sure you can do better than this property!

Incredible views of the Haro Strait and gorgeous sunsets during our vacation. We spent 3 nights enjoying morning coffee on the deck nestled in the trees with amazing views of the Strait and evenings watching the beautiful sunset. The property is exceptionally clean and incredibly well stocked with supplies, kitchen utensils, appliances and spices. It is unbelievably quiet even with the enjoyable sounds of the birds and waves lapping the shoreline. We saw otters, deer, eagles, and a few whale spouts. Most surprisingly was the amount of lovely, entertaining birds in the trees who made daily visits to the bird feeders. The property is well maintained, comfortable and cozy. There were only 2 of us but it comfortably hosts up to at least 6 people so lots of space. Roche Harbor, Milligan Mausoleum, English Camp, Lime Kiln Park are close by and worth leaving the gorgeous views of the property. Fabulous waterfront property with amazing views!

Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at this property in the San Juan Islands and overall had a pleasant experience. The home is older and shows its age in some areas, but it is well maintained and full of character. The views were amazing and were absolutely the highlight of our stay. Being able to enjoy the birds and beautiful scenery from the property made the trip very memorable. The quiet location between Roche and Friday Harbor was perfect.Our main concerns were the limited supply and the condition of the linens/bedding. Additional towels would have been appreciated, especially for a longer stay for our group of 6. While there was a laundry machine available, we were on the go and weren't planning on doing a lot of laundry during our stay. The bedding also felt worn and dated and could benefit from being updated or replaced to improve guest comfort. The downstairs bedroom would benefit from a king sized bed as there is certainly space.There are also signs all over the house that left us feeling a bit uncomfortable to break property rules without fear of punishment/fines. Don't use the fireplace or pay $200, don't use this room or you'll pay $200, don't check out late or you'll pay $200 or 1/2 a night's stay... And when we were pulling out at 9:55am on our final day there was someone at the property making sure we were actually leaving on time!! It felt very odd and made it a little hard to settle in comfortably - We were fine with the policies but they could have been communicated in a friendlier or more welcoming way.Despite these issues, the location and spectacular views made for an enjoyable visit. With a few updates and better stocking of linens, this property could provide an even better guest experience.

Fantastic House would absolutely stay again! Fabulous location to everything on the island! Full kitchen was great, living space comfy, views amazing, beds cozy. Bathrooms clean-plenty of linens. Many serving dishes for in house meals. birds and deer a plenty.limited opening windows. limited clothing space in drawers in two bedrooms & no closet in 3rd bedroom and second bedroom closet filled with homeowner belongings. Perfect location

The house gave you easy access to all the parks and marinas. Sitting on the deck was peaceful and rejuvenating. Seeing the Orcas one evening was a plus as well. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Fantastic!

Super clean and comfortable property, amazing view, right up the Strait from Lime Kiln State Park. We saw two pods of orcas, J and L, a Minke whale, sea otters, porpoises, and lots of jumping salmon. We truly hope we get the opportunity to visit again next summer.

Million Dollar Views!!

Girls trip to San Juan Island was perfect with the lovely whale viewing house on the west side of the island. The relaxing views of the water, whales, sunsets, birds and ships going by kept us entertained for hours. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, well laid out and had everything we needed for our four day stay. I would highly recommend this property!
