You’ll also have access to a wide range of beach gear, including chairs, snorkel sets, boogie boards, foam surfboards, stand-up paddleboards, and coolers—everything you need for a fun day at the beach!

During your stay, you’ll have full access to the entire property. Relax in the garden, refresh in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, or unwind on the patio as you watch the sun set. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood.

Comfortable house for my group of 7, good WiFi in a quiet neighborhood. Nice big TV with some board games for the kids (lots of pieces were missing so we had to make do). Only issue we had was the shower in the master bathroom needs a shower door as water gets all over. Overall excellent stay, thank you!

Nice house, great location

We enjoyed staying here for our family (all adults) trip to the Big Island. Beds were comfortable and having our morning coffee on the lanai was so relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and meal prep utensils.The BBQ was handy for a sunset dinner at "home".

This place was great

Had a blast here. Location was solid. House was great. They provided us with really everything we could want and gave us access to some fun thing too like bikes, snorkel gear, etc… would stay again.

Perfect house...LOVE the patio (lanai)!

This house was perfect for six adults. I celebrated my 50th birthday (my "Hawaii Five-0") with my fiancé, best friend, brother, son, and daughter-in-law. I could spend hours on the lanai looking out into the ocean. I saw the sunrise and set numerous times during our 8 night stay. The house was roomy enough for all of us and we each had our separate bedrooms. I thought the living area would be hot without central AC, but with the doors open and the fans on, it was comfortable inside and on the patio. The beach items came in handy too! Everything was just perfect. I would stay here again and again! Definitely recommend!

BEAUTIFUL House and property!

Everything was very clean and the view from the house is gorgeous. The lanai is dreamy and all of the beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

Well Stocked, well located

Family of 6 from Colorado came in and made this our home for a week. House was very well stocked and accommodated our every need. I do feel like it needs to be called out that there is no central AC here, but individual window units in each bedroom. Nonetheless, this is a comfortable hoouse. Beds / linens / pillows were outstanding and again while the the whole house had a nice level of comfort overall, the lanai is where its at - We spent every morning here, drinking coffee, eating breakfast, conversing, watching/listening to the nature around us. It was such a great place to have available to us and we really enjoyed our time here. Nice, quiet location/neighbors, yet minutes away from all the action. Only complaint I have is that the house didnt feel fully clean or deep cleaned ever i would say; game pieces under (slightly moved) furniture, century old cobb webs, mold found in the washing machine... But even with all that in mind, the negatives dont outweigh positives at this place; we all would stay here again in a heartbeat. Live Aloha

Nice but could be improved

My spouse, two young kids and both sets of grandparents stayed here for a week in May. The house was very clean and just as described online. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but I will highlight a few things to be aware of and hopefully encourage the owner to improve for others staying at the property. First off, I texted the property manager the second day we were there asking if there was a broom and I NEVER heard back. Bad sign if it was something really important. They want you to take care of the floors (signs posted to remove shoes and not drag luggage) but they provide no tools in order to keep them clean. With kids and the island life inevitably the floors would collect some dirt which they did and there was no good way to clean them. Also, be prepared for a challenging cooking experience. There is one decent pan and semi decent knife to use, the others really need to be replaced. The gas stove didn’t produce even heat which also made it frustrating. Also no kitchen shears for opening bags etc. One AC unit needed to have its filter cleaned upon our arrival which we did ourselves. That helped with the overall clanking noises these produce. No central AC, just units and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. These keep the rooms cool but do not cool the common areas so be prepared to open the doors to let the breeze in. This works well in the morning but not later in the day as things heat up. Speaking of later in the day, when sitting on the patio in the evening you will have cockroaches flying and crawling all over the place. It’s Hawaii so it’s not unusual but it’s something to be prepared for. Also even with Deet spray on, you will get devoured by the biting flies and other small insects. They also didn’t have enough bath towels for all occupants. We shared with our kids and then had to run a couple loads of wash halfway through our stay (not a big deal but they could at least have enough for the amount of beds they provide). The neighborhood is quiet though and you have a peek a boo view of the water. The outdoor shower is nice for cleaning off after coming in from the beach. Yard was pretty with beautiful birds coming to visit regularly. They provide some snorkeling gear and beach toys for kids which we appreciated.

Lovely Roomy Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My Son, Daughter and Spouse, 2 grandchildren and I enjoyed our stay here as a base for exploring the nearby parks and beaches. The air conditioned bedrooms were a plus. The back bedroom could use a fan. The kitchen was great and well stocked, which was much appreciated. The lanai was our favorite hangout. If the lanai doors had screens, they could be left open to catch the breezes at night. Without screens too many bugs get in. All in all, this was a lovely roomy place and we had great time here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location for us! (Four adults and three older girls.) The house was stocked with everything we needed - bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, even a couple sets of snorkel gear and a pair of body boards! The beds are genuinely queen sized. The house has A/C units in each of the bedrooms and we slept comfortably. The main living space has no A/C so I don’t know how it stayed cool but it did. The large dining table is on the lanai and we were able to eat every meal comfortably outside, even when a surprise rain shower popped up. There are lots of joggers up and down Ali’i Drive in the morning, and the car traffic knows to watch out for the pedestrians. La’aloa Avenue also provides a giant slope for hill repeats if you’re looking for that. You do need a car for the Big Island, and for this property as well, but the grocery store, etc, at Keauhou Shopping Center is very close and convenient. My friend’s daughter says the boba at Da Shaved Ice Place there is the best she’s had!

The home was beautiful, clean & spacious. It offered everything we needed for the beach, cooking & living for 10 days. The beds were also extremely comfortable and that is feedback from the whole family! The view from the home was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet but also kid friendly. We were a quick walk to a local beach and about 10 minute drive into town. Would love to stay here again and highlighy recommend this property!
