Winners Circle House near Oaklawn Racing & Casino

This one level 2,300+ square foot totally updated/renovated open floor plan home comes complete with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, large eat in kitchen with table seating for 8, large wet bar with separate ice maker, as well as a game room with an air hockey and foosball table. All but one of the bedrooms has a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed. Granite counter tops through out and three of the bathrooms have large built in showers. There is a covered back porch with seating. You can walk to Oaklawn Racing & Casino as well as local favorite dining hot spots.

Perfect Stay

This rental was perfect. It had everything we needed. Laundry and dishwashing pods, bathroom toiletries, and SPACE. This place is so spacious, especially for a large group to spread out. We enjoyed having our own couple's bathrooms. The large dining table is idea for eating and games. The game room was very fun. TV's in every room. This place is very clean as well. Perfect location between downtown and uptown. Perfect stay for our family!

Awesome place to stay! Close to Oaklawn and easy to get anywhere in Hot Springs. This was our second time staying and can’t say enough good things about it.

Oaklawn Fun

We came to Hot Springs to attend the horse races for the weekend. The location of the house is perfect, a block from the track so you can walk which was great. We headed to the casino in the evening and hung out at a few of the local bars without ever moving our vehicle. The house is beautiful with plenty of room for us and our adult kids. We will definitely be back in the future!

Best location for a weekend at the races

I booked this property solely because of how close it is to the track. But this would be a great spot for any visit to Hot Springs. The four bedrooms are spacious and the entire house is well appointed.

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. We have stayed here several times and plan to go back. It is always clean, nicely furnished and large enough to accommodate the whole family on our annual vacation. The owner is always quick to respond when we have questions and accommodates for special needs. Awesome place. Highly recommend.

Eclipse Weekend

We had a fantastic stay at Winner’s Circle House. Jim was a great host and very responsive. The house is as described with plenty of space for 6 adults. The location is great and a quick walk to the racetrack. One downside was that there is not a grill.

This is a great house to stay at. Very spacious and clean. I choose this property because of the closeness to Oaklawn Track, literally one block away. Highly recommend.

Minor adjustments

This was our second time booking...love location. There does seem to be a musty odor especially with wet/damp weather. Checkout is too early for the price. Rushed to leave and pay for two days and loose 6 hours of 2nd.

PERFECTION!

I was the first to arrive and the text I sent my family, who were driving in from out of town was, ‘PERFECTION!’ From my first contact with the owner until check out, we were never disappointed. The location, the layout of the house, the comfy cozy furniture, and all the amenities, were really - top-notch. More lovely than the pictures. I highly recommend.

Close to everything.....

The home has been completely updated and was done nicely. The 4 bathrooms are so nice, the couch is nicer than most in other VRBO's and the beds were so comfy. The dining room is large & the kitchen was nice also, it has the basic needs. One negative: My only suggestion would be that the bedrooms need blinds badly, 5:45 am you will be awake with sun in your eyes especially in the Master bedroom & front bedroom. Its located close to town & walking distance to horse races. We enjoyed the house & Hot Springs!

Awesome home, space, and location. Everyone really enjoyed it. The only complaint I would speak on was our inability to access channels via Direct TV. Everything else was on point!!!👍

Great place to stay!

We rented this with some other couples to celebrate a birthday. We loved that we could walk to Oaklawn & didn’t have to deal with traffic. Was impressed with how quiet it was with it being close to Central Ave. House was very clean, great experience! Our only complaint would be the air. But that wouldn’t keep us from staying there again.

Everyone enjoyed their stay. Accommodations were excellent. Easy walk to the track. The place was clean and livable. Only suggestion for the owner is put thicker curtains in the back room on the east side. Sun wakes you up too early.

Perfect spot for a weekend at the races!

First, the home has been completely renovated and is beautifully done. The location is ideal - you are a VERY short walk to Oaklawn and the casino. There were 7 adults this trip, and each of the four bedrooms and baths was private and well-appointed. We had a wonderful catered meal Friday night and Jim let our caterer come to the house early to set up appetizers. My only complaint is a small one - the kitchen needs some champagne flutes! Seriously - what a wonderful weekend with friends in a great house so close to the racetrack!

PERFECT PLACE for a PERFECT Getaway

IF you are looking for the perfect spot in Hot Springs, THIS IS IT! Plenty of space for 8-10 adults. Walking distance to Oaklawn Resort and out favorite pizza place. Very quick, clean, huge TVs in every room WITH Direct TV, and so much more. WE will be back OVER and OVER! Jim is so easy and a pleasure to work with. IF I could give this place 6 stars I would.

Winners Circle wins the blue ribbon!

We had 4 couples going on our annual vacation. Hot Springs and especially this house did not disappoint! Beautifully decorated, warm and inviting and so spacious. Modern and updated perfectly. We all wanted to stay longer! The bedrooms and baths were a great size and the large kitchen and dining room was perfect for us. So convient and close to everything. And last but certainly not least was the great communication and friendliness of our host. We could not have asked for anything more. Do not miss out on this gem! It is very much worth it.

Hot Springs Weekend
