Close to all the fun things Hot Springs has to offer like bathhouse row, Majestic Park Ballfield, trails, restaurants & shopping! Located in a neighborhood for a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Dogs OK with extra pet fee (yard not fully fenced).
Comfortably Sleeps 6! 2 big bedrooms with KING beds! Pull-out QUEEN-size sleeper sofa. Upgraded mattresses on all beds!
Great amenities and upgrades to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable such as:
* Huge deck with string lights, comfortable couch and Fire Pit!
* Diamond/Crystal digging kit with a bucket, shovels, rakes and a foam knee board. We are only an hour from Diamond Crater State Park and about 30 minutes from crystal digging sites as well!
*One Story home with just 2 stairs to the front door. The side entry from the driveway does have more stairs, but those with limited mobility can access from the front door.
* Welcome basket with basic snacks and bottled water, candy bowl and a few things to hold you over until you get to the grocery store. Walmart delivery is available at this location so you can order ahead!

*The extra touches we provide go well beyond the typical VRBO. We really spent time thinking through useful amenities and tried to cover everything anyone could want and need. We take guest suggestions seriously and have continued to add amenities as suggested by guests! We have hand selected all of the furnishings and decor to be not only functional, but also comfortable.
*This property is located in a great area. It is close to all the amenities that make Hot Springs a popular place to visit. Great neighborhood within an easy walking distance to Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino.

*Partially fenced backyard with HUGE deck, string lights, FIRE PIT and extra seating.
*Dog friendly! We know your dog is probably your best friend, we don't want you to worry about having to board your furry friend. We allow up to 2 dogs with an extra fee. We also make sure to do a thorough cleaning after pets have stayed with us so if the next guest doesn't have a pet staying with them, they would never know the last guest had one!
*We know it is annoying to have to buy basic cooking spices, oils and sprays when just staying for a few days. So, we have provided them! Sometimes guests add to our selection of spices but we try to have most of the common spices available!
*We have a great welcome basket with snacks, bottled water and even a candy bowl! We know arriving late at night means sometimes you just need something to hold you over until you go grocery shopping. We made sure to provide a few items to get you through!
* We don't lock up all the toilet paper! We provide a generous amount of all the necessities! Paper towels for the kitchen are provided as well as extra toilet paper in the bathrooms.
* We don’t lock the thermostat, you can set the temperature to your liking. We do have remote access if you have trouble so we can set it to your preference, but we don’t change it during your stay unless asked by you!
