Lovely 4 bedroom cape cod home - 2 bedrooms with Queen beds downstairs and 2 bedrooms with 3 twins each upstairs. Only 4 minutes to Boardwalk and Beach! One full bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. Beach badges provided. Large outdoor shower in backyard. Cozy gas fireplace for cool nights. Desk/comfy desk chair for remote work.
Great room opens up right onto kitchen so you can cook, talk, eat and relax. Spacious fenced in backyard with deck and grill - perfect for kids or pets and fun barbeques. Open to full or half summer and winter seasonal rentals too. Sheets and towels and additional desks or monitors available for an extra fee.

This older home comes with a desk and desk chair for comfortable work from home arranagements. Smart TVs available throughout the house. HDMI cable provided but bring a laptop or streaming stick (e.g. Chromecast, Roku, Apple TV) for easier connection.

Great house!

Property is just how described. Stayed with family for a wedding. Clean, plenty of beds, great layout and location was great for our needs. Fenced yard for the dogs was a plus.

Nice Fall getaway!

We had a very nice beach getaway after Labor Day with a few friends! The house had everything we needed, and was very close to the beach. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great location, great host!

We had a great week. The house is ideally located near the beach and boardwalk. It accommodated all of our guests perfectly. Lisa, the host, was very prompt in all communications leading up to and after our stay.

Beautiful cozy home in a perfect location near (but not too close) to the amazing boardwalk where all the adults and children were able to find fantastic entertainment. We will be back!!

Gorgeous, clean and an easy quick walk to the beach!

Thanks for a perfect visit. The extra touches made the house feel like home. It was clean and bright and we loved gathering in the private back yard for meals and front for people watching. We appreciated that the house was stocked with everything we needed and and had a dishwasher! Jenks is just down the street and we spent lots of time on the boardwalk. Planning to be back next summer.

Lovely home, great location

Perfect home for family and pets. Updated and neat with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Great neighborhood and location. Close to the Boardwalk, beach and restaurants on Arnold Avenue. Owner checked in a few times to make sure our stay was as expected. Would definitely book again.

A Relaxing Week at the Beach

Great home on a quiet street and only two blocks from the beach and the boardwalk! This has all the conveniences of home, with a well supplied kitchen. We were able to make a number of great meals. Love the open concept kitchen/dining/living room where we could play games, watch tv and cook. Nice outdoor shower and very large shady backyard to relax outside Walkable to downtown area (about 4-5 blocks) where we had some very nice dinners and ice cream. Enjoyed morning and evening walks around the boardwalk and around the lake. We are all looking forward to staying here again next summer!

Great Vacation spot

We had a family vacation in point pleasant. The location of the house was very close to the board walk and beach. It was a great location to do everything point pleasant had to offer! We enjoyed the house which had plenty of space for all of us! I would highly recommend this rental because Lisa was amazing and easy to reach if needed. Great holiday get away!

Our family gathered at the rental house for the Christmas holiday. The house was cozy and comfortable for the six of us with extra beds to spare. Having the beach and boardwalk nearby as well as the town with plenty of shops and restaurants was key in our enjoyment of the property in Point Pleasant Beach. Lisa was on top of it all with great instructions and recommendations. We would highly recommend this property to others at any time of year.

Great beach house with huge backyard!!!!

Our stay was fantastic!! We got everything out of the trip that we wanted from relaxation to going to the near by brewery and walking to the beach! The house was perfect with all you could need and a huge backyard for our dog to run around and just mins from the beach and boardwalk! We could not have asked for a better weekend! Lisa's place is definitely one we will be coming back to :)

Beach Lovers

We had a lot of fun at Point Pleasant beach. Being able to walk to the beach was great. Unfortunately no overnight street parking was a problem for us and we didn't know about this before we rented. The backyard furniture and grill need updating. We like to bbq and the yard was disappointing. However all in all, it was a fun week.

Wonderful Thanks Giving stay at the beach!!!

Adorable beach house with beautiful open floor plan so the whole group can eat, drink, and be comfortably seated! We spent Thanks Giving here and could not have had a better stay! It’s a short walk to the beach to enjoy walking the boards or enjoying the sunrise! The owner left a great welcome basket which was a nice warm touch after a long drive. We came with two dogs and the fenced in back yard worked great. (No escapes, lol)

A Perfect Point Pleasant Beach Christmastime Visit!

This home was perfect for us! We loved the gas fireplace and the large yard for my dog to explore. You couldn’t ask for a better location. We were able to walk to the beach/boardwalk every day. At night, the peace and quiet of the neighborhood helped us to get a restful sleep. Lisa was very responsive, and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect house and location for a beach getaway!

This beach property was ideal for our adult family reunion. The open floor plan allowed for casual and comfortable visiting and dining. The spacious bedrooms with bureaus and closets were tucked away and offered privacy when needed. The big backyard was furnished with plenty of chairs and had a bonus outdoor shower! Only two short blocks to walk to the beach entrances and boardwalk enabled us to come and go with convenience. Great restaurants nearby - within walking distance as well. We miss it already! The perfect beach get away!!!!

This was such an amazing trip for my friends and I! This house is in the perfect location of Point Pleasant Beach. Far enough off the boardwalk that you get some quiet away from all the businesses but close enough that it’s a short walk to everything you need. The house is absolutely wonderful, very clean and spacious. It has a beautiful backyard to hangout in with plenty of seating and lots of room for games and activities! The host went above and beyond to make sure that my friends and I had everything we needed during our stay, and was also super helpful & quick with responses when needed. I can’t recommend this place enough. I can’t wait to book with them again!

Not as expected

I did not find the previous reviews to be accurate. Items in the house need replacing, such as the carpet on the steps. Some of the pictures of the furniture online do not match the furniture we found in the house. The blue couch is actually brown and has many stains. Upholstery on the kitchen chairs is also quite dirty. Many of the kitchen items (pots/pans) were dirty or scratched beyond use. The garage flooded in a storm and remained wet for several days. The dampness combined with the garbage can odors made for a bad smell each time we walked through to get to the backyard. The shower liner had mold, as did the upstairs air conditioning units. The house is in a great location, and with some repairs/replacements would be worth the money.

Great location, but . . .

The best part of this property is its location. Less than a five minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, yet quiet at night. The second best thing about this property is the responsiveness of the property manager. However, there were also a number of issues with this property. When we first entered the house we found a dirty kitchen table, shower curtain and liners filthy and with mold, and a barbecue with a broken leg. In addition, the beds offer no support and they all squeak loudly. The backyard was almost useless because of the large Mulberry tree that drops thousands of berries in June and into July. The purple berries fell on the lawn and patio. We swept it a number of times each day and each trip outside required cleaning dog paws and shoes so as not to bring the purple mashed berries into the house. We also found pieces of broken glass in the backyard. Very concerning. Remember that the property description is created by a real estate agent in order to only mention the positive.

Great Location

This property was perfect for our beach getaway. The house is on a quiet street yet so close to the beach and the town. The house was spacious and clean and the bed in the master was very comfy. The welcome basket was a nice touch! Communication with the owner was simple. We will stay here again!

Wonderful Winter Getaway!

Highly recommend this beach house - in winter or summer. This beach house was a welcome respite from the daily grind and had all the essentials for comfort and relaxation. Nice and roomy, combined spacious living room and kitchen area. Loved the layout with 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 upstairs. 2 bathrooms was perfect for the 4 adults! Great walking areas nearby - close to the boardwalk (about a block away) and the walk there is just lovely. Nice small lakes/ponds to walk around and lots of sidewalks for exploring the fantastic homes in the neighborhood. Even though off season, there were great fish and seafood restaurants open for take-out, (and eat in - if you prefer) and superb nearby ice cream. We were able to cook several of our meals as well, as it is fully stocked kitchen with all cookware , plates and utensils. Looking forward to our next visit there, in season or maybe sooner! Hi and happy to have you visit! I'm a single mom and business owner who loves Point Pleasant Beach. My family spent summers there and I was lucky enough to purchase this home. I hope to live there permanently someday. In the meantime, I host this rental property so you can enjoy the town as much as I do. The town is accessible, approachable and fun. There are fun things to see and do and great food to enjoy year-round. The beach is super close and the residents (mostly families) who visit and live there are welcoming and friendly.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Super close to the Boardwalk and Beach, quiet, friendly street, big back yard and plenty of room for guests. I love the open great room so people can be together too.. Lots of parking too. Finally, it's just a little over a block to the beach (4 min walk) and only about 1/2 a mile to downtown (15 min walk at leisurely pace).
