Un spacieux 5 chambres, 2 salles de bain maison à deux étages qui a tout. Ce 1600 Sq. Ft. la maison dispose de 5 chambres pouvant accueillir 12 personnes confortablement. Cette maison est une location idéale pour les familles - ou les groupes - recherchant une escapade fantastique sur la côte du New Jersey. Emplacement idéal en face de la plage et de la promenade. À moins de 10 minutes à pied du train et de la ville et de nombreuses allées de stationnement pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 voitures. Le rez-de-chaussée est à concept ouvert et est idéal pour les grands groupes. Profitez de la terrasse de la cour qui comprend un barbecue et une douche extérieure. Le niveau principal comprend trois chambres, une salle de bain complète, une cuisine avec tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, un salon et une salle à manger, une buanderie et un porche fermé. A l'étage 2 chambres et une salle de bain complète.

JUST A GEM!

This property is the best VRBO for me so far! Location is awesome, walking to restaurants, local bars, beach and boardwalk! House had everything plus more then what we are used to. The hosts truly care about their property and it shows!!

Perfect house

This could not have been more perfect. The house was beyond clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The pictures online do not do this rental justice. Will def look to rent when in town again.

Perfect!

I absolutely Loved this home! If anything the photos do not do it justice. We recently downsized from our home in the Boro so rented for the Christmas holiday and Everything was Perfect! Clean, beautifully decorated, roomy, comfortable, every amenity one could need. Host was immediately responsive to every question. Awesome location - right near the boardwalk/beach/ restaurants/ close to downtown! This made our Christmas a most memorable one, I cannot be more grateful. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!!

Look no further, this place is a GEM!!!

We cannot say enough good things about this fantastic rental home! It has everything you need and more. We've booked several rental homes in the past, and this is honestly the most comfy, spacious and clean home we have ever rented. At the last minute we had to make arrangements to travel to NJ for a funeral of a close family member in the middle of December. We arrived in the evening with our adult children after a long day of travel from CA. Upon finding the home, we were delighted to see a beautifully lit Christmas tree inside the front window. It was an unexpected surprise and such a nice touch. Then, when we entered, our spirits were lifted even more by so many thoughtful holiday decorations such as a decorated mantel, poinsettias, and even a holiday shower curtain! Everytime we looked around, we spotted something else. Talk about putting you in the holiday spirit! It was so uplifting to us due to the reason we had to travel back east. In addition, Diane, the owner, was always available and was quick to respond if we had a question. Although we visited in the off season, we would love to return in the summer with additional family members to take take advantage of the warm weather and all that comes with the Jersey Shore. Thank you Diane, we loved your place!!!

Very Nice Beach House with lots of Extras!

Very comfortable, loved the beachy decor. Great place for families and attention for kids. We are 60 plus and it took a minute to figure out the child protect covers on stove. It has a 4 lady boy type chairs. One was out of alignment. Frig.was clean, large and cold. Three bedrooms were downstairs. Very convenient for old people, one was bunks but the lower bunk was maybe a full size. Back yard was very nice and large. Location was about a block off the ocean but you can't see it. Neighborhood very nice. There is also parking on the street and even in this off-season it was used. The guys like the location of the boardwak and were able to get 5 miles in. All TV's worked but we are electronically challenged and took a bit to find our choices. WIFI was good. Beds comfortable, wish there had been a king size bed. Good experience.

This house was perfect for our family! There was plenty of room for 12 of us to fit comfortably. The amenities were great and the owner was a pleasure to work with. The house was very clean and had lots of room. It was a great place to stay.

Amazing Place

Most posts tend to overpromise and underdeliver, but in this case, it is the opposite. This place was way bigger than it said, and it was amazing. The location is perfect, the house is amazing, and even though we didn't get to experience the backyard because of the weather, the backyard is perfect to hang out in. It is very big with multiple grills and privacy.

NYE at the Jersey Shore

My group had a great stay in Point Pleasant! The house was very close to the beach and the boardwalk and had more than enough room to fit a larger group. Diane was attentive and quick to respond. We 100% recommend staying here!

Great location and house!

Diane was so easy to work with and the house was awesome! Plenty of room and the house has everything you would need. It made it so easy to stay for a holiday visit to family in the area and so enjoyable with all of the beautiful Christmas decorations! Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful location & house.

Really appreciate everything about the house and ameneties. Used all 5 bedrooms for our 9 folks and were very comfortable. Walked to so much including our event at Lobster Shanty. Also aporeciated the owner/manager. She was excellent at communication and responsiveness. Thanks so much.

Fantastic Group Stay!

There were 6 of us attending a wedding at a local Pt Pleasant venue. This home was more than perfect for us both in size and location! From the adorable beachy details all around the home to the size of the awesome backyard, it was by far one of our favorite houses so far! The hostess thought of, provided, and labeled everything! Front enclosed porch was perfect for group coffee and people watching. We would love to stay here again someday :)

We were pleased that the house had so much space for our group to hang out both together and apart. Ample and secure parking, too. Great location - convenient to Point Pleasant beach and boardwalk, as well as Asbury Park and Seaside Park. Nice winter weekend getaway with friends.

Comfortable Family Home

Main floor has allot of open space for family to converse and enjoy time together. Upstairs allowed younger adults/children get away and have own space. Host excellent to communicate with.enjoyed the extra touch of a Christmas decorations
