Beautiful location, walkable to all the local restaurants. Janet was wonderful to communicate with and let us borrow her state park pass for a beach day. Wonderful accommodations.

Ahhhhh Bay Street!

What a wonderful place! Jan, our hostess/property owner was amazing! We felt as if we landed at the home of family! Every single detail of the carriage house was covered. It made the perfect home base for us to work from! Jan was warm and welcoming and we loved sitting with her on her beautiful front porch! We would 100% recommend this property especially if you love Beaufort as much as we do!

Great getaway! Adorable cozy unit in the perfect location in beautiful Beaufort with a short walk by the bay to get to restaurants and shops. The host/owner was easy to communicate with and the unit was clean and exactly as described. Would definitely visit again!

We found a tiny gem of relaxation in historic downtown Beaufort SC. Located behind a beautiful home, this one room retreat offers an ideal location from which to enjoy the town of Beaufort. It is within an easy walking distance to dining, shopping, and exploring the town. Nicely furnished and offered all we needed for our brief stay. The friendly owner greeted us, and check in was a breeze.Ideal for a single traveler or couple.

Very nice and cozy

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. The place is very cute and quiet, in a great area. We walked downtown every day. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Beaufort.

Perfect Beaufort getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning for another visit. This property is so well appointed, is very clean and well located and Jan is the perfect hostess. The waterfront view is so nice and the walkability is ideal. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay with enjoyable and easy walk to downtown

Cozy, clean and comfy studio apartment with beautiful bathroom!! The bed was super luxurious and the fixures were so modern. Things to be aware of is that it has a mini fridge and no stove but that didn't bother us! The walk to town is an easy 5 minutes with a beautiful water view. We happen to be there when the local library was having a book sale and it was First Friday downtown! Jan recommended Plums which was delicious and we recommend Old Bull Tavern but make reservations in advance because it does get crowded!! Hunting Island State park has gorgeous beaches and its a 30 minute drive from the location! We will be coming back soon for another trip!

Anniversary Getaway

Beautiful cottage, Perfect location

Everything about this cottage was perfect for a couple visiting Beaufort. The cottage was very clean and neat, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is right off of Bay Street and within walking distance for the historic area of Beaufort. This was our first time in Beaufort and would love to visit again...and if so, we would definitely stay here again.

Great Little Place!!

This was the cutest little mother-in-law Suite I think we've ever stayed in. It is in a prime location on Bay Street with an easy walk to downtown with a great view of the bay and your choice of shopping and restaurants. Our host was kind and reached out to us the first day we got here to ensure that everything was okay. The unit was clean as a whistle and we highly recommend it back
