The condo was clean well located to the river and the management company was very attentive. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Please bring back trash service. I’ve never stayed at a place where I’ve paid this much and had to take my own trash out. It’s inconvenient and an unnecessary responsibility for guest.

2/10 Horrible

The Trip That Never Happened

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately the entire family of four we were coming to visit in New Braunfels tested positive for Covid 1 to 4 days prior to our visit. We had to cancel our plans as they were going to have to quarantine through our entire visit. This rental management company would not help us at all. I asked for any help in compensation back even a credit for another stay. Their response was sorry you have passed your cancellation or change date. New Braunfels is a lovely place to visit. If you book this condo I recommend taking the insurance. I never would have thought our trip would be cancelled. As far as this location I am sure it is very nice however we will never know. We have already re-booked our vacation and not with this company.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately per the signed rental agreement, we are unable to cancel a reservation or change dates once it is less than 14 days prior to arrival.
