Ce magnifique condo est conçu pour refléter les couleurs de la rivière et est situé sur la rivière Comal, en face du parc aquatique Schiltterbahn, et à quelques pas du centre-ville de New Braunfels. Nous avons toutes les commodités que les célibataires ou les familles peuvent apprécier. Vous pouvez mettre votre tube dans la rivière à Inverness et aller tubing sans attendre dans les lignes de location et de payer pour le transport. Vous pouvez traverser la rue et vous avez accès au parc aquatique Schlitterbahn. Vous pouvez facilement marcher jusqu'aux restaurants et la vie nocturne située au centre-ville de New Braunfels. Ce condo dispose de deux chambres entièrement meublées / deux salles de bain complètes, un espace de vie confortable, laveuse / sécheuse, cuisine et salle à manger pour un maximum de six personnes. Nous offrons un parking couvert, piscine, grande terrasse pour divertir, des grillades, des tables de pique-nique situées sur la rivière.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a central location to float the river or go to Schlitterbahn. All the beds were comfy and we had plenty of space for our family of 5.

Unable to stay due to hurricane and owners were great!!

Hurricane Beryl came in the Monday we were supposed to check in. The owner was very nice knowing we were driving in from Houston. We purchased the insurance and needed lots of information to get our money returned. She was so helpful in anyway possible she could be. We will be going there soon as so missed our trip at her wonderful co do.

Great Location

Having stayed in several locations on the comal, this is the best. Inverness is perfect and this room was as well. Beds and couch are very comfortable. Security to keep randoms out is not over bearing, its perfect. Only thing i could see someone say is hot water doesnt work, however IT DOES, just takes a few minutes to warm up. Will stay again!

Great Two Weeks

Condo was welcoming and clean, communication quick and easy. Nice to be able to see the river from balcony, but the community decks were nice too. New Braunfels is such a cute little town, very walkable; main street one direction, ice cream, pizza, couple of restaurants the other. So nice to have an elevator and cart for moving in and out. Would stay again.

View on the river

It was a relaxing stay as I was there on Business, Quiet though it is off season that I stayed Willstay again of business leanins to that part of the country.

Great place to stay!

Our stay was great and enjoyed it. Only issue we had was when we parked our second vehicle under the covered parking when a storm rolled in. There were 3 total cars parked there but we received a text saying to move our car or it would be towed.

Best Manager and location

Debra was very communicative and on the spot with a small issue we had. Beautiful condo, 2nd bedroom sleeps 4 easily with bunkbeds and Trundle. Shuttles to rent tube was just up the street and you can exit right at the condo. Highly recommend!

Right on River

This condo was perfect for our family weekend get away. We had three adults, three teens, and two children. We were all comfortable. Condo was right on the Comal. We were able to put in and float about an hour to the last exit, and then it was a easy walk to the condo. Kids loved playing in the river and swimming in the pool. Easy access to activities.

Inverness/Greatness

It was a very nice condo. You immediately get the impression Ms. Jenkins takes pride in her unit. We’ve stayed in several condos on the Comal and this one by far was the cleanest upon arrival. The parking is a little tricky, but don’t let that deter you. Ms. Jenkins is very communicative. They also have excellent security at these condos.

Great stay!

We had a great time during our stay! We have stayed many many times in new braunfels, and this condo has the best location. We never had to drive anywhere- we walked to schlitterbahn, the farmers market, naeglins, muck and fuss, etc. Also this location is great because the outdoor area is amazing you can grill and relax by the pool and river, while you cannot at warneke, the complex right next door. As for the actual condo, the updates are beautiful and everything was very clean. It is actually even nicer than it looks in the pictures. Bunk bed trio was super fun for our kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Walking distance to downtown, Schlitterbahn, and Comal River. There is NOT 4 baths per listing description, only 2. There is no true Master Bed/Bath. Bath access door needs to be replaced with solid door.

Best Memorial Weekend Ever!

From the moment we found this place, till departure it was an awesome weekend; one for the books! 💯 The communication with the owner was 10/10 and there patients for me to respond with information they needed; due to my work schedule, much appreciated for that! The condo was beautiful, easy to find, and very convenient for us since we floated the river and literally exit at the condo! One of the best features we liked was the binder of all the information we need for the river & around town. Wasn’t moments before we found it we were like “okay anyone know where we need yo go?”, then we found it! Without a doubt we will be coming back to the same location and same condo!! Thank you for the awesome birthday weekend!

Condo on the Comal River

Property is in walking distance to the water park. You can also float the Comal for a short float and walk back at the last public exit. The old downtown square is also in walking distance. So overall great location. Area for improvement is the pool. The pool on property was not much to look at. Water is cloudy and the kids didn't want to swim in it. Maybe consider a pool update/renovation. Beds, bathrooms, and kitchen is all good. Are for improvement would be the main couch. Since its a pull out bed its un-comfortable to sit on and the couch cushion don't want to stay in place. LOL.

Horrible property manager

Property manager was no help, washer was broke, she knew before we even got on the Property, even left a note attached to washer and called me as we were checking in, said she was working on repairs but doubtful, we were on vacation so just enjoy. Who cared about the washer, use the dryer and wear clothes over and over, it was vacation. There was 6 adults, I teen! 8 towels in the condo, 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, used plus disposal and sink had a horrible odor, kitchen couldn't be used. Comforters and sheets smelled. Needless to say Walmart made a killing with us. She sent me a text that I would be reimbursed but I have yet to see anything of that nature. Property manager name is Debra Jenkins. Beware! The amount we paid for the unit was not worth it! Horrible experience!!
