Check in was remarkably easy. The condo was clean everything we needed was available. The location was perfect for tubing ont he Comal river and very walkable to the historic downtown. We would stay again.

The property felt very safe with gates around the parking lot and a security guard present. It was in a great location near the everything we wanted to do. The river access was perfect for our kids to play and we were very grateful for the provided tubes. The unit was clean and provided pretty much everything that we could have wanted. However, there were a few things that weren’t working properly and a few things about the unit that we felt like could be improved on and the hosts were very polite to our email regarding these suggestions. Overall, we would come back and rent another unit from this complex but not this particular unit.

Fantastic location for immediate access to river

The place was perfectly located in the heart of the Comal tubing area. Clean. Beds comfortable. Not super large but comfortable for our group of 6.

The place was spotless. The location was great. Bring extra towels if staying more than a few days. The bed wasn’t very good, but who comes for the bed. Furniture in the rest of the house was fine. Enjoyed who stay again.

The place not worth for what you pay for

The place it s old, and have to much rules, even cleaning police they charge you for cleaning fee but expect you to clean everything for them. It s just not the worth to pay this kind of money for this place

We are very transparent about all fees and rules for this particular complex (which are made by the condos association). All fees and rules are listed in the rental lease agreement, which you can read and decide if you want to pay and stay at the unit. For anyone reading these reviews, please be sure to read the majority of our reviews from the past couple of years. While this property IS dated, it is very well kept. There is a reason we have a 9.0 rating on VRBO with this unit!

The location is 10/10 - directly on the Comal with amazing river access. The condo area was quiet with plenty of parking. If you’re going to float and go to Schlitterbahn, you can’t beat it. The condo itself is very dated. It was clean and functional, but compared to condos we’ve stayed at all over the country - it was in need of upgrades. It was affordable, so that’s a plus. Overall, enjoyable vacation because the river was right there.

Each of our vacation rentals is individually owned, and while this unit is clean, comfortable, and fully functional, the owner has chosen not to make cosmetic upgrades at this time. That's also reflected in the pricing, allowing guests to enjoy one of the best locations on the Comal River at a more affordable rate.
