Communication and customer service

We had an amazing time the location is perfect. We've stayed at many VRBOs and this one has been the best so far. Thr customer service was amazing. They were able to have our condo available prior to check in time. We weren't able to get in initially due to us not working the door combination correctly. But Rachel was able to walk us through it and so very helpful. Just cant say enough great things about our stay and facility. We will for sure be coming back next year.

We wanted to be near the end of floating on the Comal and Schlitterbahn. Easy walk to both. Comfortable beds and all the necessities! Great place overall.

Great place to float the Comal

This place is an excellent place to stay. Kitchen is well-equipped and the furnishings are perfect. Access to the Comal is right on the property or just across the street at the bridge if traveling with a group staying at nearby places. Love this place!!!

Will definitely be back! Had everything we needed and more! Perfect location, on the river and a short walk to Schlitterbahn. Appreciate having all the rules/expectations clearly communicated!

Condo on the Comal

The condo was clean and comfortable. The walk to Schlitterbahn was quick and you save on parking! The online description was accurate and pictures don't do it justice...the condo is better in person. Great for all aged

Love this place!

We stayed for an extended weekend and had such a relaxing stay. Location is awesome (right on the Comal) and is about 3 mins from every thing in town. Property was clean and well maintained. We never heard any noise from the hallways or neighbors so, we slept like rocks! Parking is very limited and is strictly enforced. Access to the property and amenities are also strictly enforced. You will be given wrist bands that must be worn during your stay. This was our second time staying at this property and we will stay here again the next time we head back to New Braunfels.
