This beautiful complex offers a luxurious, relaxing getaway for guests looking to unwind just steps from the shore. With newly renovated rooms, gorgeous views of the ocean, and several different floor plans, there is something for every guest here. The distinctive beauty and charm of this property sets it apart from the rest.

Quartz countertops compliment the brand new appliances in each kitchen. All furniture is brand new and modern inspired. There is beautiful laminate flooring throughout the house for a nice modern, clean feel. Each room has high end ceiling fans which will provide comfort during the summer months. There is a flat screen TV in the bedroom and living room with cable TV package included. A shared courtyard features shaded space to sit and enjoy your surroundings. There is also a shared laundry center with front loaded washer and dryers.

For larger families, there are additional options.

1 BEDROOM – Sleep comfortably on a (California King Size bed). This unit includes full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas range, dishwasher, and fully stocked with kitchen supplies. (Sleeps 4)

2 BEDROOM – Guests will love this 2 bedroom unit, offering privacy and a relaxing atmosphere. Bedroom 1 offers (King Sized Bed), Bedroom 2 (2 Twin beds), and sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. (Sleeps 6)

3 BEDROOM – Relax and enjoy the largest unit in this complex. Offering a stunning view of the ocean from the bar on the deck, guests can enjoy a relaxed living space complete with bar stools, a dining room table, sofa sleeper and flat screen TV in the front room. Bedrooms include California King sized bed, Queen sized bed, two twins and a sofa sleeper. (sleeps 8)

Great place to stay.

I lived that it was close to the ocean and you could hear the waves at all times. One thing I wish it had was central air, but opening up the windows helped cool it down.

Family with adult children beach getaway

Nice, clean place just steps to the ocean. Not a great beach on this end, but nice rocks to sit on and watch the sunset! Can get a bit loud at night but otherwise a lovely place to stay and relax.

An enjoyable stay in Oceanside, California

We really liked the three-bedroom unit that we rented. By some coincidence, our unit was the unit that is featured in the advertisement. The only problem we had during our stay was the lock on the door... apparently the battery that makes the lock function properly died after the first time we used it, but finally was repaired oneday before we moved out.

Spartan Race 2024

Myself and three others were in town for the Spartan Race in Pala, CA. We saw this property on a website and thought it would be perfect for our trip. We were able to check in a bit early, Sean assisted with all the complications we ran into (door code, where things were located inside the house...) Overall, none of us have anything negative to say about this property. The pictures are what it looks like in person! We used the BBQ grills the first night. The patio was awesome with comfortable seating and lights that made if feel special. This is a property that families or groups would enjoy using. I can't wait to be back again soon!

We contacted customer service daily and never got a response. The front yard that was shown in photos was fenced and bolted off, and the garage had a huge dump placed there. During our stay men came and moved cement through our porch and gates all day every day, throwing it into the dump. It was loud, unsafe for small kids, and totally false advertising compared to the photos of a luscious yard. We had to slink in/out by the dump and trash cans in the alley because they fenced and bolted the front access. The whole time we were there the fridge kept getting warm (50 degrees). I emailed daily for help and got 0 replies. The AC was freezing at 67 and could not be adjusted. Aside from all of those things, the house is clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is okay, but the beach walk felt more like 15-20 min. Just don’t think the property will help you if there’s an issue!

Location, location, location… but needs lots of improvements and upgrades

Location, location, location…. BUT We enjoyed a family beach vacation in Oceanside / Carlsbad this month of August. The weather was really nice and the location of this reasonably priced unit was excellent… but there were so many details that made this rental uncomfortable at best and maybe even unbearable. Let’s start with the master bathroom: no hot water and very low water pressure in the shower. The hand soap was just a refilled bottle of cheap soap. In the shower were decent body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Then there was the cheap wall mounted Conair hair dryer that probably was there since the 80s. The closet was in the bathroom - very dark and hot but enough space. The master bedroom was large and king sized bed nice but unbearably uncomfortable with lack of air conditioning or even a breeze… felt like an oven. The bed sheets and towels were like the quality from a cheap hotel. The guest bedroom with a queen bed had a wall mounted screen and nice bed - but mismatched, low quality sheets - unbearable heat and only an additional cheap floor fan that did little to help the situation. There was also a nice closet though. The other bathroom was better - hot water and good water pressure, but the same wall mounted old hair dryer and in both bathrooms old and dirty toilet brushes. The room with the two twin beds much of the same - and also unbearably hot and no additional floor fan. Moving on to the living room - comfortable couch / sofa bed and much bette

Great Oceanside gathering spot for the price

Stayed here for a week centered around a family reunion and the shared patio became the nightly gathering spot for 10-20 people. That patio is spacious and gated off so multiple tenants could easily share the space (though our neighbors during this stay were not interested in patio) We had 5 in our 3-bedroom and it took some adjustment on first night to get airflow and lighting in apt right (keep bedroom doors open and window a c units on and recommend putting a blanket over master bedroom window as safety light on directly outside window). But after that each night was comfortable despite very warm evenings for Oceanside. Loved the location just shy of beach but the tides do limit how long you can spend on the beach. Oceanside is extremely walkable and since we had car was easy to transport folks to bigger beaches near the pier Oven, fridge, trash, laundry all worked as expected and free. Tv is older Samsung model so could not get Disney+ to see Loki finale but had cable, Netflix, Amazon and Hulu access. Only downside is that only had a few beach towels and no other beach equipment so we did a target run and donated 4 beach chairs, a boogie board and an umbrella to the property. Check the laundry room for these and maybe other items they add Gated patio area made us feel completely safe at night even with occasional loud people or homeless in area. Close to train tracks but I never heard them unless outside Would return especially for large gatherings again (though would try to get family in other units at same time)

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this vacation rental! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean the property was. It was clear that the hosts take great pride in ensuring their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to everything we wanted to do. Whether we were heading to the beach or exploring nearby shops and restaurants, everything was conveniently located just a short distance away. This made our trip so much more enjoyable and stress-free. Additionally, the rental was incredibly family-friendly. The hosts provided thoughtful amenities that made traveling with children much easier, and the layout of the home was perfect for our family. We felt right at home and appreciated the attention to detail in making the space welcoming and comfortable for guests of all ages. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and family-friendly place to stay. We look forward to returning in the future!

Oceanside Condo rental

Easy to book through VRBO, had some trouble communicating pre-trip with the rental staff about the possibility of an early check in before 4pm. We came from Phoenix so we would need to know before we left in the morning if the rental would be available early. After multiple emails I kept getting a standard response which did not help me plan if we should leave early for an early check in. We received a text of the approval for an early check around 1pm on the same day which was too late for us to have planned to leave earlier. When we arrived at 4 the location was easy to find and the condo was clean. It is a nice set up with everything you would need for the stay.I Had a little trouble with entry/door.It is a very short walk to the closest beach but that beach only exists at low tide for about 4-5 hrs everyday. The condo looks to be ducted to have central A/C but does not. There is one window unit in the main kitchen/family room area that keeps that area cool. There is no A/C in the bed rooms/back of the condo but only low output ceiling fans in each room. They do provide floor fans in a couple of the bedrooms that can be taken out and plugged into the wall. In the warmer summer months this means warm sleeping conditions. If you leave the windows open you will head the train/train crossing that is just up the street many times a night/morning, if you leave the 2nd bedroom open you will get the noise/smoke from the grill/patio area. Which did go on past 10pm a couple nights.

The condo was excellent. Nice space and layout. Kitchen was well stocked. The patio is shared among the 5 units. Unit 4 had a tiny balcony for standing only. It only received a 4 star rating because of the location related to our activities. While it’s across the street from the water, it was a ways from a nice beach area. We packed up our car and drove to the beach. The walk from the condo to a beach is nice and only 10-15 minutes but too far if you have a lot to carry.

Great place

We had a nice relaxing time! Comfortable beds, good size kitchen, nice view, great dinning table for food and games, quiet neighborhood. Very tiny garage. Could walk to the pier and beach. Only recommend oiling the doors so they squeak less and having dish soap. Not sure if the dishwasher worked right- dish soap and rinse packet still in pocket and dishes semi clean after two trys- May need to fix. Lots of dishes and utensils made it very comfortable to cook and eat. We had a great time.

Great Stay

Loved that it was so close to the beach. Clean, with everything you need to cook your meals. There is no sandy beach during high tide, which wasn't a problem for us because we just did other things during that time. There is no central AC, but the unit has portable AC units, which cool down the space nicely; however, the unit in the master bedroom can be loud when you're trying to sleep. Unit has many bath towels and beach towels. We used the central laundry facility several times, which was very convenient because it is right below the 3-bedroom unit in which we stayed. All in all, I would totally stay here again!

Loved this place!!! Book today

Location was amazing, the condo was perfect for us and our two kids. Vacasa was great to work with. We initially booked a smaller place but decided to go with a bigger place. They were quick to respond to the request and the chance was easy. There was an issue with the grill that was reported, and Vacasa had it fixed within 12 hours. This place was perfect with great access to the beach.

Awesome family getaway!

This condo was just a short walk to beach access "although this portion of beach was not child friendly". But we were just a short drive to a family and child friendly beach. Plenty of on street parking and Lifeguard station #9 was a perfect place to watch the sun set. Inside the condo was modern and spacious enough for 5 adults, a 5 year old and a very active 2 year old. If we ever stay in the oceanside are again we will definitely be booking here.
