Welcome to the Silver Surf Gardens. Previously marketed as Premier Hosted: Beach Haven. This 5 star reviewed condo is air-conditioned and newly remodeled with a three-bedroom two-bathroom floor plan, conveniently located blocks to the beach and the longest pier in Southern California. This condo was recently updated with all new lighting, TV's, and fresh paint. Guests love the walkability of the condo which has a 90+ "Walk Score" ! A great place to go back to after a day out walking, riding, running, surfing, or just hanging at the beach. The condo is walking distance to numerous restaurants, brewpubs, every Thursday farmer's market and evening Sunset Market, Regal movie theater, and small live theaters.

Great location

Perfect condo for our family stay. It was clean comfortable and well stocked with thoughtful extras. (Kids dinnerware, movies) Being able to park and walk everywhere was a huge plus. Highly recommend. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Will definitely stay here again.

Surfing stay

It was a very beautiful accommodation, and everything we needed for daily life was provided. There were also beach toys and gear for children. The beach, cafes, and supermarkets were all nearby, so we had a very comfortable stay. We would love to stay here again.

The place was amazing and clean and wonderful. The beds were so cozy. Everything we needed was there. The host was extremely communicative and easy to get a hold of. The location was close to downtown and everything was walkable. I cannot recommend this place enough. Wow. So much better than staying in a hotel. A home away from home experience with the California charm and feel.

Marina’s place has a great location, walking distance to the beach/pier area. Inside, it was very cozy and stocked with everything we needed. You can tell the place is well maintained and cleaned thoroughly before arrival. The best part was Marina’s communication and how she went out of her way to ensure we had an excellent stay. If we ever stay in the area, we will be sure to book this place again!

Check-in was simple, the condo had everything we needed, including a high chair, pack and play, beach towels, beach chairs, a wagon... Literally everything we could need! We loved the area too. Super close to the beach and easy to get to Legoland, Disneyland, and the San Diego zoo. Will definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed our stay

SilverSurf Gardens was a perfect place for our girls trip. We enjoyed everything this home had to offer. We loved it was a short walk to the beach. We were grateful for the beach toys and the wagon to pull them in. We also loved being close to shopping. We hardly drove much. Thanks for an amazing placs to stay!!! Definitely would come again.

Clean and Spacious!

The condo was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids. Clean, spacious, and well appointed with two types of coffee makers, an air fryer, and everything needed for a day at the beach. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go, and appreciated the close proximity to the Thursday Night Market.

Perfect location and Great place

This was a great place to stay. Very clean, well maintained and comfortable. Had lots of extras from full kitchen and coffee, to beach chairs, wagon, towels, and a garage to park in. Just a very short walk to a beautiful beach. It’s centrally located to walk to shops and many restaurants. The host was great with communication and instructions and availability if needed. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We chose Oceanside, because it’s the perfect blend of laid-back beach life and legit nightlife/energy—exactly the vibe I wanted.

The scene: Wide golden sandy beaches stretching for miles, with the iconic -Oceanside Pier—one of the longest wooden piers on the West Coast—jutting out into the ocean. People fish off it, stroll the planks watching surfers catch waves, or just chill as the sunset hits. The Strand boardwalk runs along the coast, buzzing with joggers, cyclists, dog walkers, and palm-lined ocean views. Daytime it’s all sun, ocean swims, surfing, paddleboarding, or grabbing tacos near the water. Then at night, downtown lights up: rooftop bars like The Rooftop Bar with DJs and ocean views, live music almost nightly at The Pour House or Coomber Craft Wines, craft spots like Kilowatt Brewing (with its space-themed speakeasy The Space Pad), quirky vibes at the pirate-themed Haunted Head Saloon, plus trivia, comedy, line dancing, and more eclectic fun.

What I enjoy most: Waking up to the sound of waves, being active on the beach all day (surf, walk the pier, bonfires when allowed), then having great food, drinks, live music, and nightlife right in downtown or steps from the coast. It’s got that chill coastal feel with enough unique, fun energy to keep things exciting every day—like a perpetual beach vacation without the crowds of busier spots!

Unlike busier complexes right on the main drag, this spot feels like a hidden gem—quiet neighbors, gated parking in many units, modern updates like air-conditioning and open layouts, plus that effortless access to ocean views, surfing, bonfires, tacos by the water, and evening fun without the constant noise or crowds.
