This home is near many local shops and restaurants, and if you don't bring a boat, you can easily get out on the water with one of the local fishing, boating, or diving charters. It's also a short drive along scenic US-1 to several local attractions, like the Dolphin Research Center, Florida Keys Aquarium, Seven Mile Bridge, Sombrero Beach, and The Curry Hammock State Park. You can also try kiteboarding, windsurfing, shallow-water fishing, and hiking! Relax after a day of adventures in the waterfront pool.

The home has a full kitchen for easy meal preparation and plenty of space for dining inside and outside on the back patio. Stay connected during your stay with cable TV and free WiFi.
  
THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
