Ride sharing companies can provide delivery to the property address. Make sure they use the address 1005 12th Ave South, Nashville, 37203. You can be picked up from this location as well, either from the front or back of the property. (Do not use North, it will take you to another location.) Rooftop video projectors are stored in the 3rd floor bedroom closet.

Very nice!

This place had ample sleeping space and bathroom space. Place was pretty clean when we arrived, but nothing to turn us away. It’s a little difficult finding the entrance driveway, but other than that, the place was great!!

Nashville experience

I love the location. The rooftop was great. The place is even larger than I had expected!!It appeared very clean topically, but needs a deep cleaning baseboards, outlets, doorknobs. I was surprised by the 40/hour fee for the early check-in, but I’m sure that was in the fine print. Didn’t love that they ask you to keep linens on the bed when you check out. They state that the reason is for easier counting of the linens, but it left me feeling a bit uneasy.

Friends Trip

Gulch was a great place to stay. We had two cars and only really used Uber a couple of times to places. The area around the place was cute with food shops and fun. Over all I would say it was a great location for a group to stay if they are looking to have fun in Nashville.The house itself was another story. When we got to the place we found scratch marks all over the walls and paint chipped on walls. Also one of the cabinets in the kitchen was falling off its hinge. Some of the bedrooms had no lights because the light fixtures didn’t work. And then when we walked to the top floor we found out that the master bedroom was actually changed and converted to two separate bedrooms which was fine but I wish we had know. Over all I would say that the place is ok to stay in but a little under kept to feel like I was staying in the same clean place that was in the photos.

Do not recommend - Not as advertised - Dirty House

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this house. The pictures are extremely deceiving. The owners do not keep up with the house or keep it clean (Dirty walls, Dents/holes in walls, Stained couches and chairs, Empty beer cans on the roof, Broken microwave, Dirt/Dust everywhere). I would hope expect vrbo to have higher standards, especially for a listing at this price point.

Awesome time

We were there to celebrate my husbands bday and this house was perfect. Fit all of us with room to spare. We were able to walk to the gulch and to broadway. The rooftop was so beautiful to hang out on in the evening. The lights made it the perfect ambience. Absolutely perfect location and a beautiful house. Would definitely book again!

Great place for girls trip

This property was a great location! With the # of beds, and bathrooms it's worked great for us. Loved the rooftop! We could come back from downtown and relax on the rooftop and unwind. Thank you and would definitely stay again!

This location was perfect. An easy walk to the Gulch and Broadway. We felt very comfortable and safe in this location. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Perfect house!

We rented this for a bachelorette party and had the best time! It was the perfect amount of space for our group. Great location to everything. We are able to walk to the gulch and take quick Ubers to Broadway. Definitely would recommend this house.

Perfect for a big group!

We had 10 people stay in this condo and it was the perfect size for all of us. We loved how open the space was and the weather was nice enough for us to enjoy the rooftop. The location is perfect. Super close uber rides to broadway but out of the chaos! Would highly recommend for those looking for a place for a big group.

A great weekend away

We had a great trip and the location worked well for our group. There was a break-in at an adjacent property while we were there which was unsettling, but we felt safe where we were. The alarm system worked well and the directions were clear for accessing the garage. This property is best for a group of people, not couples, just because of the bunk bed room. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this property to others.

Bachelorette party

Stayed here for a bachelorette party and the property was perfect for our weekend! Felt very safe and the host was fabulous at communicating. Beautiful home and plenty of space for our group. We also rented the house next door which was great and owned by the same property management company. Very impressed with how quickly this property company responded anytime I reached out. Thank you for everything!

Anniversary Trip

We stayed to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. Overall the property was great, though there were some cleanliness items we did note. The bathrooms and bedrooms were generally clean, the sheets and towels were too. But the walls and floors show a lot of wear and tear, and we found remnants of the previous visitors (popped balloons and glitter) in a few spots. One microwave didn’t work but a second was in the kitchen, the coffee pot didn’t work great, and we couldn’t find the projector for the rooftop. But overall we had a great visit with great accommodations!

Good for a bachelorette trip

This was a good stay for a quick bachelorette trip. Plenty of space and bathrooms-the laundry room was an added bonus. You can tell this area is used for bachelorette's, parties, etc. It’s pretty basic in covering what you need to stay somewhere for the weekend. I will say that having to contact the property manager through the app is cumbersome and would have liked a phone call. They were quick in fixing the bed frame even though it broke again. HOWEVER, where is the full length mirror? In a house of 9 girls—with no fit check? Not our favorite. A few other towel racks wouldn’t be amiss. Also, there are no sun blocking curtains in the entire house and that includes the master bedroom—only decorative curtains. We made uncomfortable eye contact with the neighbor man while changing. That sun is in your eyes at 6am whether you want it or not. Otherwise, would book again if there’s a new king, a few full length mirrors, and some blessed curtains.

Terrible Experience & Customer Service

* lint all over the laundry room floor (fire hazard) * broken bed downstairs (first floor) * projector never worked (even when one was brought) * Bad pans (all scratched & peeling into the eggs) * System battery dead (beeping constantly) * Leftover trash from previous parties * No bathroom photos * No privacy with curtains / rods are almost coming apart (very problematic being girls) * Glass in rooftop planks * All remote batteries dead / some don't have backs * Banged up walls / scuffed / stained * Dryer sheets and wad of hair under master bed * planks on rooftop coming up (baby tripped over this) * every outside trash was filled to the brim the entire week * back door on main level didn't lock (privacy concern) When I addressed these concerns with Unwind Luxury Vacations, the response was “ Thank you for letting me know about these issues. I'm sorry to hear you've encountered some problems. I'll address each point with our cleaning team and maintenance crew.” When I reached out to the guy in charge of the cleaning crew, he said it was above his pay grade and no response from the owner. I came here for my bachelorette trip and it was a terrible experience.

Great getaway with plenty of space

A group of us stayed here for a quick getaway in Nashville, plenty of rooms and beds and very close to the action. The place is super modern and the rooftop is awesome. Would stay here again!
