This 2 bedroom apt offers a cozy & peaceful and location. It is located in the Latin quarter, within walking distance of âRue Mouffetardâ, âplace de la Contrescarpeâ, The âJardin des plantesâ, Ile Saint Louis, Notre-Dame Cathedral, le âParadis Latinâ Cabaret and the Saint Germain area. One finds plenty of restaurants, shops, cinemas and many cultural sites to visit.
The wooden beams on the ceiling give a romantic feeling. The apartment is located on the third floor and is very calm. It is a peaceful oasis within the vivid activity of Quartier Latin.
The apartment has been fully repainted recently. The main bathroom is also totally new. The small bathtub will was replaced by a nice shower. Tiles, paint and sink where also replaced by modern ones.
All 4 windows of the apartment offer great views : the ancient Paris city, Lutecia, had its arenas located there. You may visit the garden and sit on the ruins of the arena. If you have kids the zoo and museum of natural history are in the âJardin des Plantesâ is a short walking distance away.
Apartment set up - the living room and dining room are linked. Kitchen is open, integrated in the dining room and offers a bar. The lounge area comfortably seats 5 guests. The dining table could seat up to 6 guests. Both bedrooms have their private bathroom & toilets. Bedrooms are located at opposite sides of the flat to increase privacy.
The apt has the convenience of a 2nd bathroom linked to the second bedroom. It is small but it is rare to find 2 bathrooms in Parisians apts. The second bathroom is a convenience bathroom, It is not meant to be used as a main bathroom.
Two famous French Universities, the âSorbonneâ and âThe CollĂšge de Franceâ are located in the district. Last but not least, if youâre a jogger or a stroller, the Jardin des plantes garden is open and free.
This location in the Latin quarter is a perfect base from which to visit Paris. It is very central. There are 2 subway lines and 2 railways stations nearby. It is never more than 15 minutes by subway to the most interesting sites in all of Paris.

It is the main residence of the owner. He rents when going to his secondary residence. For a guest, renting a main residence is a warranty of high quality : it is always maintained at top level. Obvioulsy, the owner puts away personal belonging. There is more than enough space available for guests.
