Charming and beautiful home with a wall of windows in the living area that makes the inside feel like you are outside. Some noise from the road during the day, but quiet at night.

I like the experience the only thing I didn’t like was that they don’t have A/C and in the website it doesn’t say anything about it until I call the owner for a question and he ask me if I was fine with that and I had to say yes because they don’t give the money back, also no grill on the place but other than that everything was find the place was really nice and clean.

Kuki’s House was wonderful

Property was very well kept, most importantly it was clean. Rooms were a great size bathrooms were very spacious. The great thing about this property is the view love all the windows in the living room upstairs floor. I could see it getting dry chilly in the snow so prepare and bring lots of wood. I give this house 5 stars my only recommendation is the living room couch is not comfy at all, not a deal breaker- I also loved that this property has a gas stove it’s hard for me to cook in a electric stove since we love to cook! We would definitely recommend this home to our family and friends. Cute place.

This was an awesome cabin! I can’t find 1 thing to complain about, absolutely recommend this place.

It’s clean, and spacious, beautiful and in a beautiful setting. I wish we could’ve enjoyed it for more days! Maybe next time because I would definitely stay here again! Will recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful cabin!

Cabin was gorgeous! We loved the big window in the living room. Front area is bit hard to keep warm due to the glass windows but we lit the fireplace and it was fine. Rooms got very warm. This cabin lacks toiletries in the restrooms so make sure to bring your shower supplies… but other than that everything was as it was listed.

Winter Wonderland

Lovely vacation rental in the very quiet neighborhood of Lake Arrowhead. It was our first time visiting the area so we had no clue but the owner was friendly, informative, and most importantly helpful to get our questions answered from afar to ensure our time is spent well and comfortably. Instructions in a binder was very clear and super helpful. Owner gave me a call to help us figure out where to go when we were lost in the area. Kids (8/10) loved the charming place with many rooms to hide and seek. We would absolutely love to come back here. Thank you for making our stay most enjoyable!

Great time

We loved this house! It was close to the town but secluded enough to still feel calm and quiet. The only negative comment I have was the heating in the house as the living space was cold but the bedrooms were piping hot. Other than that, it was perfect for our weekend.

Perfect Getaway

We were only here for a night, but it was perfect. Spacious, clean, & near nice little village in Lake Arrowhead where we walked around and had Belgian waffles at a cute restaurant . Thank you!

Rhodes Family Vacation

This was the first time for some of my family to visit the area. We enjoyed staying at Kuki's Boat House. Very spacious and very clean. I will rent the property again. We also liked that the property owner checked in on us and kept us informed about the weather and the power outage that we experienced.

Beautiful House

Our 4hr drive became an 8 hr drive so when we arrived and found the binder (exactly where it was said to be) it was so nice to have a step by step with photos on how to 'open' the house! Lots of room, nice big kitchen, lovely huge windows - we made dinner every night and ate together in the dining room while watching the grey squirrels. Perfectly located close to lots of hiking, we found tons to do just down the road. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

My friends and I had a great stay at the property. We were very pleased with the east communication with the host and the thorough instructions for arrival and departure. Our one-night stay was quick but memorable and we enjoyed our time. Plenty of space and amenities in a gorgeous setting. One thing to note would be that there isn’t any air conditioning, so upon arrival it was a bit hot, but after opening windows/doors and utilizing the attic fan it cooled off substantially. Also, the house is next to the road so there was some traffic noise in the early morning hours that we weren’t expecting. Thanks so much for a great stay! If we are ever back in the are we would be excited to enjoy a longer stay!

Nice house, great location

We stayed here for a night while visiting friends in Meadow Bay. The house is bigger than it looks online and exactly as advertised. No issues whatsoever with access. There is a manual with easy to follow instructions for the TVs. Everything works. The house was very private and quiet but with some road noise from Grass Valley which quiets down at night. Will definitely use again.

Awesome house but....

This is a great house and the owner is very nice. The house is centrally located to the village and other surrounding areas. One little problem. No A/C. when it was 92 degrees outside it was 92 degrees inside. There are only two ceiling fans and that's it. If you rent this place, this summer, be sure to bring a couple fans with you.

Excellent Floor Plan for a Family Getaway

I took my 91 year old father to enjoy some fresh mountain air. My wife and I also took our 3 millennials for a weekend getaway. The place was clean and well appointed with amenities. It provided everything we needed to have a relaxing stay. The check in process was smooth and communication with the property manager was easy. I really appreciate the very friendly check out process. It was smooth and most of all... you didn't rush us out at 11am. Most prperties rush you out at 11am BUT your check out time was 12noon and that made a world of difference! We were able to enjoy a nice breakfast and didn't have to rush my 91 year old father. Thank you for that... 12 noon check out time is very much appreciated. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you.
