Your perfect family getaway is awaiting at this newly renovated space in Hilton Head Resort! The beach is a short walk away (~7-8 minutes) across a boardwalk with spectacular lowcountry views. The resort comes complete with 3 pools, 6 tennis courts, a hot tub, a sauna, a workout center and an indoor track. This well maintained villa has a memory foam king bed, two hybrid twins and a pullout queen sofa. With brand new appliances, a full kitchen, and a 70" flatscreen, you'll feel at home!

Spring Break Getaway

We very much enjoyer our week in Hilton Head for spring break! Ryan was great at communicating and answered all questions very quickly! The bike rental on site was very reasonable, only 45 for the whole week, we enjoyed biking around the area and on the beach too! When the tide is out, the beach is a great place to ride. The beach was not busy at all and Coco’s was a fun place to get a drink or some food! The condo met all our needs and we enjoyed the indoor hot tub on the cooler evenings. The condo does face the indoor pool and hot tub, which we knew from the pictures. We enjoyed having the indoor pool/hot tub available to us, but it can be noisy at times. We would definitely return.

1st time in Hilton Head! Our accommodation's were great!

Location to the beach? Great! Staff? Friendly! Was it a good Location? Yes! Close to the grocery and other shopping. It was a home a way from home. For this being our 1st time and not knowing what to expect, we are extremely happy with the choice we made(and last minute)! Thank you to our host kept us informed and for having such nice accommodations.

Great place to stay on the ocean!

The owners were very responsible from the get-go. As we got closer to the date detailed check-in instructions were sent. Check-in was a breeze. There are luggage carts by the elevator and the villa is easy to get to (and access). Once inside we were greeting with a large TV which we really liked. Every channel imaginable! The entire place was spotless and very well kept / decorated. We were able to get some tennis in, rent bikes to ride on the beach, and take the private boardwalk to the beach. Highly recommend!

DO NOT STAY HERE

This was the worst stay I have ever experienced. The unit was dark and dingy with terrible lighting. The main area looked out over the inside of the building with the pool area. The only sunlight came in from the bedrooms. I couldn't open the windows in the bedrooms because of the stench from the swamp or sewer. The kitchen was misdesigned as you could not open the dishwasher without scraping the sink. To unload the dishwash you had to put the dishes on the counter as you could not reach the cupboards becauses of the dishwasher door in the way. Everything seemed very cheap. The only good part was the bed was fairly comfortable.

Building 3 Villa

Building 3 has an indoor pool. The quiet hours are until 9:30. If you go to bed early, this may be a problem. since noise echos in the atrium. Not limited to our room. We arrived late. Lighting is limited so a little hard to read the numbers on the lock. and the 3000 series of rooms is on the 2nd floor. The boardwalk to the beach across the estuary was really nice along with our long relaxing walk on the beach. May have been the highlight of the trip. There is a pond by the entrance to the boardwalk. Look for a Mom and baby gator in that pond. Don't worry, it is fenced. There is a bar/restaurant on the beach side of the boardwalk (coco's). We did not try it since we went to the beach early, but that may have been a fun place to go in the evening,

Nice Place

Nice place to stay, great outdoor pool, great indoor pool. Kid friendly, the host's place was immaculate and clean. King bed was comfortable to sleep in. With exception of the outdoor pool, the resort property could use a face lift, but I still had a great time.

A long way to the fun

The condo was clean & cute, but the resort itself was lacking. A 7 minute walk to beach access... which was a board walk 1/3 mile long. Resort was designed so that outside pools and parking were far far away with only 1 elevator for 75 units. The balcony was a small spot overlooking the indoor pools... humidity, chlorine, and noise. We made the best, but won't go back.

Quick stop on the way home…

We stayed on our way home from Disney for a few days at the beach. The place was clean with very nice beds. The board walk to the beach is scenic but with little ones is a hike so bring a wagon or stroller and leave it at the board walk…tired little ones take a while to walk home. All in all it was a good place for a quick stop on our way home!

Great condo!

Will definitely stay here again! Communication with owner was great. Condo was updated and clean. LOVED having a king size bed (which is hard to find). Short walk to beach….I recommend bringing a wagon. Lots of amenities at resort. Very secure. My only suggestion would be that the kitchen is in dire need of supplies……cooking pans, utensils.

Great central location on ocean side. Unit was as pictured and very clean. Unit is located in bldg w/ indoor pool, so we could hear the noise from there but it didn’t disturb us. It closes at 11. There’s supposed to be quiet after 9:30 but that wasn’t enforced, if that matters to people with children. On site facilities of tennis/Pickleball and bike rentals great. Beach was fantastic, about 1/2 mile walk across boardwalk. Would stay again.

Great location and lots of conveniences.

The property was as described and looked very nice with all the updates. The resort was great. It was a short walk to the beach across a board walk. We brought a foldable wagon to haul all the beach goodies and it was a piece of cake. Highly recommend a wagon if you plan to take much to the beach, especially if you have kids! The pools were great! Everything was as expected and super convenient and enjoyable.

Hidden Gem

The overall experience was great! We were able to communicate with the hosts effectively and efficiently through the app when we needed an extra parking pass. The unit was updated and spotless with every accommodation you would need. The check in/out process was easy and safe. Highly recommend this place for a family or friends beach vacation!

Absolutely wonderful

We stayed at this condo for a quick 4 day getaway for our daughters birthday. It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, had plenty of extra sheets/blankets, plenty of towels, and all of the extra necessities to make our stay very comfortable. It was exactly what we expected and then some! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
