The back yard links the two homes and provides a space to be together. We have cornhole (aka "bags") yard game and shaded trees with privacy fence. Each home has a full kitchen, off street parking (one covered carport).

The space is all yours except for two locked supply closets. Please do not use aluminum foil in the bottom of the oven in house B.

Northwest Oklahoma City in general has a lot of "walk by, pedestrian traffic". Some homes within a block of ours are some of the highest valued in OKC, some need to be torn down. The Plaza District is the trendiest area in OKC!
Rent "birds" scooters and ride them to the Douglas Street Car Platform 5 blocks away.
Rent bikes with OKC Spokies.

-Please be aware that our space is designed to comfortably accommodate more than 6 guests. In the event that your party exceeds this number, there are 2 air mattresses available within the property. Feel free to use and inflate them as needed for additional sleeping provisions.
-We kindly request to refrain from sending mail/delivery of any items to the house address. This request is to prevent any inconvenience from both parties, as we've encountered issues with mail delivery before and we want to make sure that your valuables will get to you safely in due time.

1. General Conduct
- Respect the Neighbors: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. We have a noise monitoring device that measures noise levels without recording conversations.
- No Parties or Events: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior written approval.
- Guest Limit: Only the number of guests stated in your reservation is allowed to stay overnight at the property.
- Remove Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes inside the property to maintain cleanliness.
2. Property Care
- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors at least 20 feet from the property. A fine of $300 will be applied if the guest is found in violation of this policy.
Pet Policy:
- Pets Allowed: Please note that we do cater to pets in the property.
- Cleanliness: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
- Report Issues: Immediately report any damages or issues to the host.
We can also accommodate early check-ins whenever the property is ready and no issues are present. We update our guests on any possibility of an earlier check-in!
