This stunning estate brought to you by Desert Vista Luxury Homes offers privacy, tennis and pickleball, golf greens, huge pool and phenomenal views in every direction including city lights, mountains, lush desert and fiery Arizona sunrises and sunsets. Perched hillside overlooking the iconic Boulders Resort, this home is also a short distance to coffee, shops and dining in the quaint town of Carefree on the border of North Scottsdale. It is a privately gated 2-acre property offering resort living complete with a pool table, ping pong table, outdoor lounge seating by multiple fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, 60' lap/diving pool, infinity edge spa, and full private tennis court with pickleball and basketball, and a brand new multi-hole golf chipping and putting course, too!

This home has been newly furnished from top to bottom, both indoor and out by a professional interior design team with no detail left unattended.

Between the main home and the guest home, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 extra sleeping spaces for 6 separate sleeping areas if needed. The main home has 3 bedrooms each with en-suite private bathrooms (King, King, Queen), and the main home also has an office with a Queen sleeper sofa and an adjacent half bathroom. The guest home has a King bed in the bedroom, Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a kitchen, fireplace, its own laundry and 2 bathrooms (one is an exterior pool bath with outdoor shower).

Expanded cable options on every large flat panel HDTV in the home and the fastest available WiFi service throughout will keep you connected and allow you to stream content of your choosing.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEATING: We generally recommend that the pool be heated to the mid-80's between October 1st and June 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is available for $75/day with a 3-consecutive day minimum so definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

Wonderful Winter Stay

Another great trip to the desert

Great location that's convenient to town, has excellent views of Black Mountain, and the neighborhood is great for walking. The house itself is loaded with amenities, our kids loved the tennis/pickle/basketball court. The back yard had citrus trees too! While we were on vacation, we still had some work to do, so having an office was a nice bonus. The property management folks were super friendly too. All around excellent experience.

Amazing property

We rented this house on our family vacation. Everyone loved it! Location is very nice, great dining near by, out of the city, yet close enough. The house is very nice, big pool. The host was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travel frequently and have rented large luxury homes all over the US. This is one of our favorite houses we've rented. The house was beautiful inside and out, well decorated and stocked. Felt like a home, not a rental. Our group ranged from 2 years old to 70 years old, and the house was enjoyable for all ages! We never imagined how much time we'd spend on the court. We spent most of our time playing basketball, tennis, and pickleball. And the pool area was fantastic too. The location is private and the property is massive, so you feel like you have a resort to yourself. We will stay here again!

The property has everything you need, perfect views, gorgeous pool setting, multiple outdoor spots to sit to enjoy different times of the day. We played tennis every day and the court was in great condition. The property has been well taken care of with lots of supplies to help you get started when you arrive. Grocery very close by. We will most definitely be returning to this property or another one managed by the same owners:)
