Guest Access:
You have full access to everything on the private 1st floor guest suite, with private entrance, front patio, and back patio with fencing for privacy. Bathroom and hallway closets are locked for owner's only. You'll have available a large walk-in closet in the bedroom.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is relaxingly quiet, safe & not busy. It is tropical, serene, lush and green with birds chirping from all the trees. A quick 5 minute walk brings you to Fort Mose a 40-acre waterfront state park where you can launch your kayaks or take in some historic culture.

We are super close to Vilano Beach and close to Downtown which is a straight shot down US1 to San Marco Blvd leading you right there by the historical Castillo de San Marcos Fort.

Explore the unique charm of downtown, St. Augustine along the edge of the saltwater Matanzas River, (Matanzas Bay) with a never-ending variety of weekly events. A walking city with ancient cobblestone streets lined with small-town shops, dining on local seafood/foods, sipping local beer and wine, listening to local music, and taking part on local historic tours. The list just continues from visiting historic landmarks or sailing the bay front or tour the oldest city in America by horse drawn carriage. Water lovers can seek out one of the many beaches to just getaway, parasail on the bay, kayak, jet-ski, surf, SUP, or fish your worries away.

This property is licensed with the City of St. Augustine, St. Johns County and state of Florida for vacation rentals. All state & county taxes are included with the price.
