3 blocs à la plage et la promenade! Maison est sous un remodelage

Notre maison est une maison de plage classique à quelques pas (3 blocs, 6-7 minutes) de la plage et de la promenade et de l'autre côté de la rue de l'arrêt du tramway. Il est situé sur Oakwood Street; une rue large, ouverte et privée; Notre terrain est grand, parking ouvert (5 + véhicules / herbe est OK). Vous pourrez profiter de la véranda confortable et immense terrasse de jardin. Ils nous disent que c'est comme une maison loin de la maison.

Nous avons acheté la maison de l'ex-maire de Béthanie qui a conçu et construit la maison dans les années 1980. Nous re-décoré et acheté tous les nouveaux meubles il ya 5 ans.

Notre maison est idéale pour des vacances de plage d'été de la famille et non-été-end.

Notre maison est tout près de la plage et la ville, mais a encore une atmosphère peu fréquentée privée qui fait pour des vacances merveilleusement relaxant.

Family fun

This property was just what we needed for our family get away. Not to far from the beach but far enough away that it was nice and quite when i sat out on the screened in porch. Pur whole family truly enjoyed our stay.

Bethany Beach Yearly Trip

We truly enjoyed our trip to Bethany this year. The house was close to the beach and town. It was spacious and very comfortable. We were a party of 7, I would recommend the "cedar house" for any family vacation.

Spacious & Welcoming

Large, updated and well stocked home that provides everything you need for a week at the beach. We especially liked the gigantic family room with the pocket doors that kept noise levels down and young children's toys out of the way.

Great house

In an area that is being overrun with huge houses it's harder and harder to find a good house that is still affordable for 2 families but also functional. The amenities on hand were great and the place was very clean.

Beautiful house with a great location

We were a family of 10 ranging from as young as 18mo to 65 and everyone enjoyed the house! My mother couldn't stop raving about how nice it was and how roomy it was for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies, there are beach toys and gear in the garage, and plenty of games and books to choose from for the group. The rooms were a very nice size and the location convenient to the main roads. The crossover to the beach is a little tough with young kids but having a parking pass made it a bit easier. We had an issue with the AC being out in the main suite when we arrived Sat night but the management company and the owner handled it as soon as possible and we had air by Monday. Great trip and I'm already looking forward to coming back next year.

We had a great vacation. House for comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone.

We loved Bethany Beach and we will more than likely return someday. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We also appreciated the beach equipment in the garage. The only thing that we would have liked better is if we were a little closer to the beach.

Beautiful, well-appointed home!

Multi-generation beach trip and the house met all our needs. It is updated and well equipped. The beach is a .4 mile walk but the resident parking tag allowed us to have one vehicle take all the “stuff” and park very close to beach access. We are an active family that didn’t mind the walk. We had a great week!

Great house, great stay!

We had a great stay at this lovely home! Gail was incredibly easy to communicate with and very responsive. We had an issue with the AC and she sent someone over right away and had it fixed quickly. The home is lovely, and though we wished it was just a tiny bit closer to the beach, the walk was manageable and the distance to the town center was also great. Beautiful and well-stocked home!

Great family house

Oakwood home did not disappoint. Spacious bedrooms, large family room with plenty of room to lounge and play games. Porch was an added bonus where we spent our mornings and dinners in the evening. Would rent again and highly recommend.

Family beach trip

The house was HUGE and recently remodeled, clean and well-stocked. Lots of space for two families with four young kids. The owner was easily reachable via the VRBO app, but would have been nice to be able to reach the property manager quickly by cell phone/text. We would definitely stay here again!

3 blocks from the beautiful beach

The house was a perfect layout for our family with bunk beds and twin beds for the children and king or queen for the adults. Plenty of room in the open kitchen-dining table and sitting area with another large room for tv, sitting area and another table. Although it was very warm outside the front porch was an inviting place to sit. The house was wonderfully cooled by central air conditioning. Gail responded quickly to any correspondence both before and during our stay. The entry process was very simple. Definitely recommend this home!

Amazing family beach house!!!

The house itself is beautiful but the best part was all of the different sitting spaces. We had multiple families for vacation and it never felt like we were on top of each other. Gail was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend !!

Beautiful well-appointed house in Bethany

From the beginning, the house was well appointed and had more than everything we needed to have a wonderful time at the beach - beach chairs, bikes, beach toys. The owner was very responsive and provided very good details about check-in, etc. The only thing I will say is that we were 3 families so it would have been nice to have a bathroom in both of the king bed rooms.

Beautiful week at Bethany Beach!

We absolutely loved staying at Gail’s beautiful house. It has the perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms so all 9 of us were very comfortable. The living space also offered amble room to hang out and eat together. The house itself is very updated with a great screened in porch in the front. The only negative (there was one!) was that the house is on a corner and the Main Street can be pretty noisy in the morning. The walk to the beach took us about 7-10 minutes or so each way but they had a cart to easily bring all of our gear. The walk into Bethany’s little downtown was also very pleasant and quick! When we return to Bethany Beach we would definitely stay here again!
