Newly Renovated in Mt. P - 1 mile to Shem Creek, 10 min downtown CHS

Hardwood floors throughout, updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Ideal location to spend time at beaches and also be 10 minutes to downtown Charleston.

**This is a residential neighborhood, noisy gatherings at night are absolutely not permitted. This can result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.**

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms. The master has a queen bed with a double vanity/sink attached to the room. A large walk in closet provides plenty of space to store your belongings. A smart TV is mounted on the wall with full streaming capabilities.

The second guest room has a queen bed and mounted smart TV on the wall.

The third guest room has two twin beds and a closet to store belongings.

Downstairs is a living area with a brand new 55 inch Smart TV and kitchen/dining area that can seat seven. Off the dining area is a screened in porch and adorable back yard to enjoy our beautiful Charleston weather!

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental in the city of Mt. Pleasant. Permit number ST250126. Town of Mt. Pleasant Business License number 20136852. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 9pm-7 am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine that guests will be responsible to pay.

Family Friendly and Recently Updated

My family of 5 recently stayed at this home and really enjoyed our stay. The location has been recently updated--floors throughout, bathrooms, and kitchen equipment are all up to date. The owner was outstanding to communicate with and we loved our stay. Highly recommended!

Prime time rental

This rental property is prime time!!! It is so close to everything we love about Mount P and is in a wonderful neighborhood. The place was so clean and the information from the owner was great and easy to access. The addition of the kid friendly touches like the kid table and a few toys had my two and a half year old entertained and I was able to relax in the outdoor space because of the screened in porch. The only thing I would suggest for future visitors is an option for a baby gate on the steps. All the bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are open concept so the slates between them are something our two year old could have slipped through. Our stay was above all expectations and we will be reoccurring customers.

Great stay for our family. Came for baseball tourney- but explored a lot more!

We came to Mount Pleasant for a baseball tournament at Shipyard- and wanted to have more space than a hotel. This was the perfect spot! Plenty of space for our family ( 2 boys ages 9 and 12), great to have a kitchen ( and 3 grocery stores nearby), a very nice laundry room which came in handy and a cute outdoor area and screened in porch. The location was about 20 min from Shipyard- if other families are looking for a place to stay when visiting for this tournament. It is also very close to Shems Creek ( which we explored and had dinner) and close to the Navy Ships and not far from Isle of Palm, Sullivans Island. I would highly recommend renting here for your visit to the Mount Pleasant area!

Perfect Location

It was right between Charleston and the beaches so it was the perfect location for us. Shops and food close by too. House was well kept and my son wants to add that he loved the presentation. Lots of Puzzles and books, and my teens even enjoyed playing with the wooden train set 😂. Overall, great place and great experience (the dog next door was so sweet). Looking forward to returning on our next trip down.

A Wonderful Place to Stay near Charleston!

This property is a great location in Mount Pleasant. Easy access to anything, and very easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. There was ample parking, and there were no concerns with any neighbors. The place was extremely nice with comfortable beds, nice shower and bathroom (and half bathroom), and a wonderful kitchen! We had an excellent stay and would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you!

The property owner was awesome. She was extremely helpful and quick to respond anytime we reached out. Great location in Mt Pleasant, close to everything. Great place for our family with 3 young kids.

Perfect spot!

We were not sure that staying in Mt Pleasant (as opposed to Charleston) would be a good idea but it turned out to be perfect! This house was super well located near anything you might need and close to other cool destinations as well (Sullivan’s Island, Shem Creek, etc) and very convenient to Charleston - 10 minutes away! The house was just big enough for 5 people and we’ll equipped. Will definitely rebook here if back in town.

Great visit for Thanksgiving break

Enjoyed out stay. Communication with property owner was good. No issues. Townhouse was clean and as advertised. Great location if visiting Charleston. Close proximity to Charleston, Folly Beach, Patriot Point, Shem Creek, Isle of Palms, and Sullivan Island. Will look at staying again next time we're travelling to the area.

Highly recommend. Great location.

My husband and I stayed here for five nights in April. We would definitely stay here again. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently location to restaurants, shopping, beaches, downtown Charleston. There is a wonderful screened in patio and pretty little garden. We sat out on the patio every evening. The property owner was great, very helpful and contacted us to ensure any questions were addressed. The property was very clean, everything looked new and fresh.

My husband and I have three children and have lived in Mt. Pleasant for years. We have a long history in Charleston after attending College of Charleston and working at MUSC Children's Hospital. We love to travel and explore new places. You can usually find us fishing in the Lowcountry creeks, spending time at the beach, boating, and exploring hidden places for shark teeth.

The location of this townhome is truly ideal for someone wanting to explore all that the Charleston area offers! You will be a quick ten minute drive to downtown historical Charleston, 10-15 minutes away from the beach at Sullivans Island or Isle of Palms, and only 1 mile from Shem Creek (now with a sidewalk all the way). There are endless options of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers all within five minutes.
